The minute that I walked in, he immediately walked over and assisted me with selecting the right suit and pair of shoes. He listened to all of my requirements and was able to narrow down the best suit for my needs in just a few seconds. Their onsite tailor came out and took all my measurements and even had my suit ready before the week was over! I have a slightly overweight and stocky upper body type -- their tailor worked his magic and made all the right adjustments to my suit to ensure a comfortable and relaxing fit. If you're looking for a cheap one-time suit, this place isn't for you. Their clothes are all imported and are therefore much pricier than department store clothes, though you're paying for the quality and precision craftsmanship. I would rather invest in this amazing line of clothes than keep buying overpriced luxury brand clothing from department stores that lose their color after one wash and fit awkwardly. Walking in, the first thing I noticed is at the store was very bright and everything seemed to be pretty organized and items are easy to find. Their fitting room in the back was closed. They directed me to the front of the store where there are two self-serve fitting rooms. You are allowed to try on five items at a time. I don't think the employees check these very often as both had a bunch of hangers all over the floor and on the bench. Where they're lacking is their customer service. I had interactions with three different employees, none of which had name tags. One of them had a lanyard with no tag. The other two had nothing. Only reason I knew they worked there was because They were talking to each other next to the cash register. Anyyyywaaaays, I wanted to know if they had a specific product . The first two employees I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and just looked at me with what I can only describe as a blank stare. They were young so I gave them a pass. The third woman that I spoke with gave me no eye contact whatsoever. She was actually pretty rude to be honest. The only time she looked at me was when I got her attention... As I was asking her a question she immediately looked back down, continuing to put hangers on clothes. It's so rude. I was pretty offended actually .Especially because she was an older woman.
