Sometimes they might have a slightly different discounted merchandise depending on what sells better with the demographic so we wanted to check it out. The dressing rooms are at the "tunnel." The sale items were indeed different from what we have in Roseville and I ended up finding jeans I liked, had it altered for $5 (the jeans were under $20, any bottoms purchased over $20 is free alteration). My item was ready for pick-up in a couple of hours. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided great customer service.. The Great Mall is one big circle and Uniqlo has two entrances on each end... I think it's the only store that has that feature. But today I took my nephew shopping and he stopped at Zumiez (his first time ever shopping at Zumiez, he never realized they'd have clothes he likes) ...a young guy comes and starts helping my nephew, no big deal. He tries on the clothes and only like the pair of jeans. AS SOON as my nephew comes out the dressing room, he walks over and asks what he likes and didn't like. He stated he was going to keep the jeans. The young man said he'll put the clothes at the register, I was like, no I can hold it, but homeboy insisted. I'm not about to argue with him, so whatever. Then it comes to my nephew wanting the jeans back because he wanted to match them to a shirt, homeboy was like, well give them to you when you ring up. My nephew then says, just to get his jeans back, I'm ready to be rung up. Okay, I'll let her know. What pissed me off is that he tried to make it seem like my nephew had to keep the jeans at the register meanwhile everyone else in line had their clothes in their hand. I went to the jeans and grabbed them from the counter and held them just like everyone else. The only reason why I am using the race card today is because 1. my nephew was the only Black kid in the store, 2. every time my nephew touched something, he came to the "rescue", 3. yes her helped other people, but not once did he keep them from holding their clothes. It just felt like he was targeted as someone who will steal. and 4. there was a group of other kids with backpacks who looked more suspicious than my nephew, but homeboy did nothing to them I will never let my nephew shop at Zumiez again. Sorry if this doesn't sound like a big deal...but in person, the whole interaction was just off and made me feel so uncomfortable.

I needed new running shoes and therefore, I came to DSW for it. Most of these shoes are affordable, which some of them are under $80. They do display ones that are on clearance now, but I only saw a few are. Hopefully, more will have a clearance. When I went to the counter to purchase shoes, I think they asked me if they can prevent my shoes from being decolorized for $8.99. I declined it, but if you want them to do that before you buy shoes, you can. I don't think it's going to affect how I feel about wearing my new shoes. I think it's a new service since I've been purchasing shoes from this store at least a few times and that they never asked me about that option.

This spot is kind of tucked away in the lot closest to 880 freeway at Pacific Commons in Fremont. They've done ok for themselves as businesses over the years typically fail in this quadrant of the shopping center, for whatever reason the stores are always changing, once H-Mart arrives at years end that'll all change though. This spot is at least facing the road on Christy Street now not tucked away around the corner where it used to be. You can order stuff here online and then drop in and just pick it up, super easy. They've got plenty of options, especially for women here.

He told us that we only had 15 minutes in the store because he had to go to lunch by his 5th hour and needed to close the store, as he had no one else available to cover for him. I'm sorry that you're understaffed, but please take that frustration up with management, not paying customers. The atmosphere in the store was extremely awkward because of his attitude. For some reason, his attitude eventually improved and he became nicer, but the initial interaction still left a very poor impression. I hope management can address the staffing situation and ensure that customers are treated respectfully, regardless of what is happening behind the scenes.
