Very Disappointing Experience - Bolero at Europa Village…read more I am not a member of Europa Village, but I went to Bolero specifically because I wanted to try their "large seafood paella." Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We were a group of 10 people, and our server was very pushy about ordering the chicken paella and suggested getting two small paellas instead of the large seafood paella we originally wanted. I felt like she was not listening to what our group actually wanted, and the service was not good. The seafood paella was $70, which I expected to be worth the price. Unfortunately, the rice was burned, and there was almost no seafood--just one shell and a very tiny piece of calamari buried in a large amount of rice. The rice tasted like packaged or prepared rice, rather than freshly made paella. We also tried the chicken paella, and it was just as disappointing. There was only one piece of chicken with a large amount of rice, and nobody in our group liked it. Almost everyone at our table had a negative comment about the paella. In the end, we were so disappointed that we left most of the food and threw it away. For $70, I expected a much better-quality dish, especially from a winery restaurant. The should call "RICE PAELLA," Unfortunately, the food and service did not live up to our expectations, and I would not order the paella again.

The combination of salty and sweet is perfect, with so much flavor in every bite. Definitely a must-try! The wine is wonderful as well, and Opulente is one of my favorites. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, and I love that they offer different events throughout the weekends, which makes every visit feel a little different. Great wine, delicious food, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a Temecula wine country favorite!

I've had great times at this winery years ago when I frequented Temecula wineries. I decided to…read morevisit here recently with family to sample some wines together, and the experience left much to desire. If you're not part of their wine club membership, you will be forced to sit in their lawn area--the seats and views are not great and the space is very limited. Meanwhile, their membership area has lounge tables and cooling fans, but it is strictly reserved for members despite it being completely empty at the time. The associates at the wine tasting room were not welcoming nor were they attentive either as they often talked amongst themselves even with patrons around. With how long Miramonte Winery has been around, it's unfortunate to see the service and ambiance go completely downhill. There are plenty of other wineries in Temecula at this point that I would rather visit than to come here again. I strongly suggest going elsewhere if you want to visit a winery with great atmosphere and views. I gave an extra star because the place is not the worst, it looks to be clean, the wine is decent, but the winery itself is far from good nor is it worth your time or money.

I was low-key panicking when we pulled in because parking looked completely full, but somehow I found a spot at the very last minute, so don't lose hope if it looks packed. The wine was actually really good, the staff was so friendly, and everyone there was just there to have a fun night. The line dancing was beginner-friendly, so even if you've never done it before, you'll catch on pretty quickly. Also... the little golf cart shuttle that takes you back to the parking lot afterward? Absolute best after a long night in boots . It was such a nice touch after a night of dancing. Such a fun way to spend a Friday with your girlfriends. We'll definitely be making this a tradition.

He was knowledgeable about the wines and did a great job explaining the pairings. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the pond is gorgeous. It's a great setting to relax, enjoy some wine, and take in the views. They also have a nice selection of wines to choose from. Unfortunately, the food options were a bit of a letdown. I was particularly disappointed in what they presented as a charcuterie board. There were no jams, olives, or brie, and the overall presentation was pretty underwhelming. The walnuts presentation were also soft and soggy. How do walnuts get that way unless they've been sitting out too long?! The "charcuterie board" came in a square paper box and for $42.00, I expected a much better presentation and options. Honestly, it just felt blah and wasn't what I would typically expect from a winery. Overall, the wine, service, and beautiful surroundings made for an enjoyable visit. I just wish the food offerings and presentation were more in line with the rest of the experience. I'd consider coming back for the wine and scenery, but I hope they improve their food selection. On another note, my friend order the truffle fries. It was okay but it was barely dusted with truffle.
