If you're looking for a Wine Tour in Temecula, especially with a group, you have to go with Temecula Wine Trolley Tours. My family just surprised me for my 70th Birthday. My tour began by walking onto the Trolley to one of my favorite artists, Pink, blasting over the speakers and my favorites played all day. Holly, our Master of Ceremonies/Tour Director/DJ, was absolutely the best! We had about 15 people, she always made sure everyone was having a great time, even belting out a song or two. We had reserved seating at all the wineries, which were fabulous. I had absolutely best, most fun Birthday celebration. I really can't say enough good things about The Holly Trolley. A good time will be had by all, I assure you. read more

We had a great time on the Temecula Wine Trolley! Our hostess Naomi was excellent! She made our trip fun! We visited 3 different wineries. Falkner winery which was my favorite. The views were beautiful and the wine was DELICIOUS! I joined the wine club and became a member. The other two wineries we visited were Lorimar and Somerset. This trolley is a party trolley. They play music and you can get up and dance as long as you hold on to the rails. Our group was fun to be around on the tour so the day flew by. I would recommend this as long as you are with fun people! read more

I was in Temecula for a couple of days and usually just take a Lyft to each winery. I wanted to do something different and I stumbled across this wine trolley tour and decided to give it a try. I called first to ask if I could find out the wineries in advance since I already been to several and didn't want to repeat any. They did not know which wineries yet, (I called 3 weeks in advance) but Holly asked for the ones I visited previously and would see if she could book ones I never been to. Within 10 minutes, she texted me the list (Maurice Currie, Bella Vista and Falkner) for my preferred day and none of them were repeats! She text me the link for bookings and I instantly booked! Our tour started at 10am and the beautiful trolley arrived at 9:45am. Mailey was our host and D was our driver. Mailey kept the water flowing at each winery, and D had bottled water and snacks ready on the air-conditioned trolley. I honestly thought I might overdo it with the wine, but the water breaks and a little food I bought at one of the wineries kept me balanced (thank God!) On the ride back, Mailey played everyone's song requests. I, of course, asked for Prince, and we were grooving. It was a small crowd (about 10 or so other people) and they were great and outgoing folks. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I would definitely book again. read more

My husband and I say that Holly Trolley is the reason we moved to Temecula! It was our first activity visiting from our then-home about an hour away, and we had such an incredible time. The tour took us to four wineries and really gave us a great taste of Temecula and the people who live there. Our favorite winery to this day is Akash, which is the first one Holly took us to. We still see her around town all the time and she is always the warmest and friendliest person! Awesome tour and awesome people. read more

Had a wonderful time exploring Temecula via a wine trolley! I was able to book reservations online in advance and they sent all the details I needed for the day of. Our tour guide was Kacie and our driver was Benny. Both did a fantastic job ensuring we got to our locations safely while having a good time. We tried 3 wineries and all of the tastings are included in the booking fee so you only have to worry about any additional tastings or bottle purchases. Definitely check them out if you don't want the hassle of booking tastings in advance or worry about getting from location to location! read more

Wow, words cannot explain how great this tour was! I celebrated my birthday on Saturday & this was the highlight of our weekend! We visited three wineries, we got 6 tastings (at least) from each one, and Laurie (our guide) was incredible. She was so attentive, SO fun, energetic, and showed excellent hospitality. She was always available to be the photographer if anyone needed it, always there to recommend good wines, and had a playlist for the ride that made the drives from each winery entertaining! I can't leave a review without shooting out our driver -- BILL!!!! The best driver, always there with an umbrella since it was pouring down rain most of the day, and never made us wait! 5 Stars - So much fun! This was our first trolley winery tour, and it totally exceeded our expectations. From the moment we got on, the energy was upbeat and welcoming. Our host (Cat) was funny, friendly, and kept the good vibes going all day. After a few , the whole group was singing and dancing--it felt like a party bus rolling through wine country. We had a spectacular time on the Sunday tour. Cat, our hostess and Benny, our driver were so courteous, professional and caring. They made sure we got to the wineries timely. We had enough time to get food and did plenty of the wine tasting. Each of the 3 wineries that we went to provided different & unique experience, each in its own way. We enjoyed all 3! Our bachelorette group had an absolute BLAST on our wine trolley! Our hosts Naomi and Bill were 12/10. They brought positive energy and allowed us all to just relax and be present. We took the wine trolley tour and had a fantastic time our tour guide Laurie was amazing! We stopped at 3 different wineries. First stop was beautiful and picturesque! They had a port wine that was delicious with dark chocolate that you purchased with it. There were 5 tastings included in our first stop. 2nd stop was at Larimar Winery, here we had 6 tastings and ordered a charcuterie board which could feed at least 4 of us! PJ our bartender was fantastic and helped me pick the perfect wine for my taste buds! Third winery we went to was Maurice Carry Winery. We had a fantastic time here as well and Gavin and Marcus were great helping with my samples! The Peach Mango was my favorite and we bought a bottle to go! On the way home they played upbeat music and we danced! Met great people, 2 celebrating their birthdays! I highly recommend this tour! It is worth the price! read more

This was an absolute joy of an adventure! The Trolley took us to 3 different vineyards where we got to enjoy 4-6 tastings at each location. The views were beautiful, the wines were better, and the tour was fantastic. Laurie was the perfect guide who had excellent suggestions at each location as well as recommendations for continuing to explore during our stay. The tour provided small bottles of water, snacks between locations, and had areas where we could store our purchases or anything we didn't want to bring with us. Would do again! read more

The best experience for my best friend's 40th birthday! Holly was such a great host! She always made sure we are all taken care of with water, snacks, fun and the timing of everything was just perfect! She mentioned the story of each place before each stop which made the experience that much more special. She even got up on stage and sang with her wonderful voice! Had the most amazing experience this weekend for my sister's birthday! Laurie was our guide, although we were running behind and had to meet the group at the first winery, we ran into Holly and she provided us with our tasting tickets, her personality was contagious and when she introduced us to Laurie I knew we were going to have a blast! Crystal was our trolley driver and she got us to each winery safe and most importantly fun! They played great music and welcomed us with water and snacks. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to have a great time. At the last two wineries we were welcomed with our wine glasses full and ready to go! This was such an amazing and fun day. The best of all was the coordinator Holly, (make sure to ask for her). She danced and sang! We all had a blast. Left smiling and full of energy. Fun, informational, and safe! They provided water and light snacks which you definitely need while drinking wine all day. The ride was smooth and quick. Plus, there's A/C on the trolley! It was so comfortable. We had a blast! You truly have all your worries taken away while you sip on wine, enjoy the company of your family & friends, and dance to a well curated playlist. Holly took photos the entire day and put together a fun video! Made a last minute reservation for my wife and I, and so glad that I did. Holly & Bill were an absolute blast! I really appreciated The Trolley Car Bus, as it had AC, Heating, a great sound system, and a dance floor. It was brand spanking new, well engineered, and extremely thought out for their guests in mind. This dynamite team is very knowledgeable, fun, and energetic. We went to several GREAT WINERIES, and enjoyed them all. I highly recommend this tour, and will be back again with a large group of friends. read more

If you are looking for an amazing, supremely fun and memorable experience in Temecula you must absolutely book a tour with Temecula Wine Trolley. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was a day I will never forget. "Holly Trolley" and Bill are excellent hosts. The wineries she selected for us were fantastic and the trolley experience was like a party bus. We all danced and sang and had the time of our lives. What makes this tour company so special is Holly herself, who we all absolutely fell in love with. She is HILARIOUS, a surprisingly good dancer, and she number one took care of everyone on board, supplying us with water, snacks, and even sippy cups for our extra wine tastings! I can't wait to go back and do another tour with them. In my mind, it's the ONLY way that I ever want to experience Temecula. I can't give them enough stars. It was superb. read more

We chose this tour to cap off our wedding weekend up in Temecula. We had 16 of our close family and friends join us for a day-after celebration on a private tour, and it could NOT have been any better! Bill and Holly made everything so memorable, from the quick communication with booking and reservations to making sure we all got back, this was the most fun wine tour I've ever been on (and that includes tours in Napa and Sonoma). Holly was the best tour guide...energetic, funny, and knowledgeable, and it was all genuine. She has connections at all the wineries too, and we even got an upgrade for a tractor tour that was not part of our original tour at one of the wineries. Since no birthday celebration in wine country would be complete without a wine tour, I reached out to one of their recommended wine tour companies, Tour del Vino. We've done group wine tours before and while large groups can be fun, this time we wanted something private and a little more pampered, and that's exactly what we got. From the very first contact, Sue was amazing. While I had pinpointed a few wineries we were interested in visiting, she asked thoughtful questions to make sure she could create the exact experience we were looking for. She then took care of everything, essentially acting as our personal coordinator for the day. Sue arrived promptly at the bed and breakfast in a luxurious Denali stocked with bottled water, and our day began. Our first winery was Danza del Sol, where we enjoyed a private patio tasting with our own sommelier. Granted, it was early in the day and still early in the year, but I actually highly recommend that timing (the off-season) if you truly want to learn about wine. We were able to ask questions and learn so much. As we enjoyed a special food and wine pairing that Sue had arranged, overlooking the vineyard, we toasted to what was already shaping up to be a perfect day. Our next stop was Altisima, where Sue had arranged a beautiful lunch with a stunning view. We tasted five wines during lunch and ran a little behind schedule for our next stop, but that was no problem at all, Sue simply called ahead and took care of everything. On the drive between wineries, the conversation flowed easily and Sue shared interesting background about the area, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Our final stop was Doffo, where we explored part of the "Motodoffo Collection" (vintage motorcycles and memorabilia) before settling onto a quiet patio as the sommelier brought out our tastings. It was the perfect ending to the day. At each winery, Sue took photos for us, guided us through the property, and introduced us to our hosts. It was obvious she had wonderful relationships with everyone involved. It was also clear she had told each winery that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, because at every stop he received a special treat: sparkling wine, churros, and even an extra taste of port. Sue drove us back to the bed and breakfast and told me to text her if we needed any recommendations during the rest of our stay. And I did! The next evening we wanted to go out for dinner, but many places close early in the area. Sue texted me three restaurant recommendations; but she didn't just send the names, she sent the menus for each one. One of my favorite quotes is, "Go the extra mile, it's never crowded." Sue truly lives by that philosophy. She and Tour del Vino are in a class of their own. On a 5-star scale, I give Tour del Vino a 10.

This was the best wine tour I've ever had. The tour guide, Holley from the Trolley, was the best! She was very knowledgeable with the different wines and all the wineries we visited. She kept us hydrated and entertained during the entire tour. All of my guests and I were so happy with the service she provided. Her driver kept us safe and the music and ambiance was amazing. Benny was our driver who did an exceptional job driving and listening to all the shenanigans going on. lol Maille was our host and she was a hoot. She made it so much fun. What an amazing time we had with friends on the trolley last weekend! Holly was a fantastic tour guide and knew just how to keep everyone in great spirits with fun facts and great music. The air conditioning was key on the hot day and there were so many special touches, like Holly gathering up our purchases to put them on the trolley for us throughout the day so we didn't have to carry them around. Debbie was our guide and Kurt was our driver. When you get to the winery, Debbie provides you with a drink card. You get six taste tests (1/3rd of a glass) that is checked off by the wine stewards. The whole adventure takes about 4 hours. Overall, it was fun and a great opportunity to try different wines and see the beautiful wineries in temecula. Now, why the 4 star rating?? ~The bus featured a great sound system where we could choose songs from an ipad. But it was unbelievably warm inside. It was a hot day and the AC seemed to not be working, leaving most of us sticky. We were told to open one window at the front and at the end of the bus to let the air flow. After the first stop, most people just opened all the windows to get a breeze. One guy was close to just taking off his shirt. ~We felt that one of our stops at mount Palomar winery was rushed. Our package did include a charcuterie. And we ordered some other appetizers right when we arrived. We ended up having to cancel them since it still wasnt done and we were heading out. This also led to rushing to get the remaining sample tastes.
