Ripped off multiple retainer clips (no biggie, I replaced) and destroyed screws (ripped the head off and left it) for your wheel well guards (what they must remove to replace the fuel filter on my girl). I went back to ask them to make it right and they told me I needed to drop her off for a day. So I'm going to drop her off for a day for you to fix what you n get should have broken anyways? Aamco took it for a drive and tested the transmission fluid and found that the fluid was very deteriorated but nothing else wrong. Changing the transmission fluid worked wonders-the car is now running smoother and much more responsive and powerful, even then the highway goes uphill (where it was sometimes having problems before- now it's maintaining speed and power and shifting to a higher gear as it should). They even offer local transportation when you drop off/pick up. Thank You Aamco! Highly recommend, will come here for all maintenance.

The surprising part is even if my engine air filter needs replacing, they never carry it. Put it in the notes and either stock it or don't pull it next time. They provide tire rotation, but always make excuses why they can't do it or tell me the treads are wearing evenly. They are wearing evenly BECAUSE THEY GET ROTATED! I have no words. But they DO change the oil well.

He then proceeds to tell me that the warranty company won't start a claim until they have the tire in stock, and that they would only replace the one. the vehicle is AWD, so you can't replace just one. I contacted the warranty company myself, and NO ONE reached out to them about my car. I asked for a claim number or rep name from the Mr Tire employlee, which he said he never got either. Even refused to look at the instructions on how to process my warranty.

I've been going to Precision for regular maintenance and check ups on my vehicle, and all of my experiences have been fairly good - some locations had unprofessional employees at the counter, but not this one. I usually get the engine oil changed at Precision because they top all the fluids and check on my car to let me know if something is wrong. I especially enjoy that they never pressure me to take up on unnecessary services. They tell me as is - I've walked away from this place because I simply didn't feel like fixing the issue at that time, and sometimes I'd fix the issue right then. In either situations, I was treated with professionalism. I also like that whichever location of Precision you go to, they can pull up the service history. So it's pretty convenient when I can't remember which services I've done in the past. This location recently renovated the office/waiting room, and it looks pretty clean! The parking area is pretty tight so be prepared :)

I was told by the manager Lauren that this "large dent" was already present on my car before it went to their bay and their technicians had no part in making the dent. The manager is refusing to take ownership of the mistake and leaving me with a possible $3000 worth of damage that needs to be fixed to keep me and my child safe in our car. This place has had issues with customer service in the past, and they will continue to have issues if they dont treat their customers . UNFORTUNATE UPDATE: The estimate is $7000, the store is still lying and Bridgestone/Firestone coorporate is refusing to help with damages.

We brought in our Lincoln and asked them to do a "entire overhaul of all systems" we knew the…read morecoolant line was likely in need of repair and said "we are thinking about selling it so want you to tell us everything that is wrong." When we picked it up they said "it's in great shape and just needed the coolant line replaced." I drove it off the lot and noticed the air wasn't getting cool. 2 days later, the AC went out completely. We brought it to a different shop and they pulled out the cabin filter which was entirely black and clogged (pictures uploaded). In addition to that, the Freon line had been sprayed at Walton's and had a microscopic hole. The new auto shop said "there's no way they missed this." We called, to obviously voice concerns about the cabin filter not being checked when we asked for an entire overhaul... they said "we never brought it over to our services side"... I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we were given at this shop. We were told "it's unfortunate timing and a coincidence" it's ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's bad business. I will NEVER return and I will recommend that people do NOT go here ever again. I'm confused and frustrated... come to find out they don't even check transmissions or engines at this shop!! Which was never disclosed to us. Save yourself a world of pain and money and do NOT bring your car here!
