I was told by the manager Lauren that this "large dent" was already present on my car before it went to their bay and their technicians had no part in making the dent. The manager is refusing to take ownership of the mistake and leaving me with a possible $3000 worth of damage that needs to be fixed to keep me and my child safe in our car. This place has had issues with customer service in the past, and they will continue to have issues if they dont treat their customers . UNFORTUNATE UPDATE: The estimate is $7000, the store is still lying and Bridgestone/Firestone coorporate is refusing to help with damages.

When we picked it up they said "it's in great shape and just needed the coolant line replaced." I drove it off the lot and noticed the air wasn't getting cool. 2 days later, the AC went out completely. We brought it to a different shop and they pulled out the cabin filter which was entirely black and clogged (pictures uploaded). In addition to that, the Freon line had been sprayed at Walton's and had a microscopic hole. The new auto shop said "there's no way they missed this." We called, to obviously voice concerns about the cabin filter not being checked when we asked for an entire overhaul... they said "we never brought it over to our services side"... I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we were given at this shop. We were told "it's unfortunate timing and a coincidence" it's ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's bad business. I will NEVER return and I will recommend that people do NOT go here ever again. I'm confused and frustrated... come to find out they don't even check transmissions or engines at this shop!! Which was never disclosed to us. Save yourself a world of pain and money and do NOT bring your car here!

I've been going to Precision for regular maintenance and check ups on my vehicle, and all of my experiences have been fairly good - some locations had unprofessional employees at the counter, but not this one. I usually get the engine oil changed at Precision because they top all the fluids and check on my car to let me know if something is wrong. I especially enjoy that they never pressure me to take up on unnecessary services. They tell me as is - I've walked away from this place because I simply didn't feel like fixing the issue at that time, and sometimes I'd fix the issue right then. In either situations, I was treated with professionalism. I also like that whichever location of Precision you go to, they can pull up the service history. So it's pretty convenient when I can't remember which services I've done in the past. This location recently renovated the office/waiting room, and it looks pretty clean! That couldn't be further from the truth. They called me around 2 AM saying the job was complete and asked me to send the remaining balance. Just minutes later, my driver reported that the truck was shaking extremely bad. When I called them back, they told my driver to meet them about 10 miles away--only to then say there was nothing they could do. Since then, I have been calling them all morning with no answer. On top of that, my toolbox was stolen off my truck while it was in their possession. This entire experience has been unprofessional, dishonest, and unacceptable. I paid $4,000 for work that was clearly not done correctly, and now I'm left dealing with additional damage and missing property. If they do not communicate with me ASAP, I will be filing a civil suit and taking this matter to court. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
