From the moment they answer the phone with "How can I serve you?", you can tell customer service is at the heart of what they do. Steve is usually the person I work with, and he has always been fantastic to deal with. The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. It's hard to find an auto shop you can fully trust these days, but Christian Brothers has absolutely earned ours.

When I called Christian Brothers, I had the pleasure of speaking with Heidi. She was very helpful from the 1st phone call, and throughout the whole process. I was able to bring my car in right away and they got to it the next day. After a thorough inspection, I was sent multiple videos and pictures of the findings, along with a breakdown and prioritizing what my car needed. Again, Heidi was very knowledgeable and walked me through step-by-step answering all my questions. She was very patient, kind and understanding while I made decisions. It can be overwhelming dealing with car problems and I really appreciated their help and will be back!

Reasonable price, great owner, and nice location…read more Came in for an oil change and to track down the cause of a recurring stall issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan. The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. That said, I am a big fan of this establishment and will be using them for repairs in the future (apparently sooner than I want :) Bonus: he pointed me to a wonderful Indian place across the street, Biryani, which I'd highly recommend if you have time to kill while your car is being worked on.

When we picked it up they said "it's in great shape and just needed the coolant line replaced." I drove it off the lot and noticed the air wasn't getting cool. 2 days later, the AC went out completely. We brought it to a different shop and they pulled out the cabin filter which was entirely black and clogged (pictures uploaded). In addition to that, the Freon line had been sprayed at Walton's and had a microscopic hole. The new auto shop said "there's no way they missed this." We called, to obviously voice concerns about the cabin filter not being checked when we asked for an entire overhaul... they said "we never brought it over to our services side"... I'm not sure why they wouldn't do that. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service we were given at this shop. We were told "it's unfortunate timing and a coincidence" it's ABSOLUTELY NOT. It's bad business. I will NEVER return and I will recommend that people do NOT go here ever again. I'm confused and frustrated... come to find out they don't even check transmissions or engines at this shop!! Which was never disclosed to us. Save yourself a world of pain and money and do NOT bring your car here!

It is good to know that whenever I need car repair, or just an inspection or oil change, I can trust Walton's Family Auto! They don't take appointments so you may have to wait an hour or two or leave your car over night to get the work done. They are reliable, friendly, and most importantly in this industry, honest! Thank you Walton's Family Auto for your years of service, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They don't take appointments for inspections so it is first-come, first serve. Since it was fairly busy, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. They have seating inside, however, I decided to wait at a nearby coffee shop. They took down my number and said they would call when ready for pick-up. After about 20 minutes I received a call informing me that the vehicle would fail inspection since one of the windshield wipers was torn. They offered to replace one, both, or neither (for me to replace myself or at a different location). When asked, he informed me of the price options. The prices were reasonable so I asked to swap them both out for $50. He called back about 5 minutes later to report the vehicle passed inspection with the new wiper blades. I returned, paid inside, and picked up my vehicle. Total came to a little under $90 for the wiper blades and inspection. Overall, excellent quick and quality service with great communication. I recommend this auto shop to others!

They took down my number and said they would call when the car was ready in about 40 minutes. Two hours later I had to call them because I still had not received a call and they closed in 30 minutes. When I arrived they said they weren't able to add coolant because they didn't have the correct kind in shop but the oil was changed. FOUR days later (13mi) since they supposedly changed the oil, a family friend (who is a mechanic) looked at the oil and said it was BLACK and that there was no way the oil had been recently changed. I spoke with the manager (Chris) and he immediately said "I don't know what you expect me to do?" And that he was 100% certain the oil was changed, even though he admitted the shop had issues in the past with people not providing services!!! I also asked if he could review the cameras just to make sure and he said the cameras don't work (convenient!)
