I don't think I would refer them. It was almost $100 for an oil change. And it wasn't the best quality oil that they had. I thought that was kind of crazy. The young man kept stripping my screw first he tried to drill and it kept making that awful noise. Then he tried a screwdriver and that didn't work. Then he tried the drill again. Won't go here again. While passing through Raleigh I stopped here. I'm always reluctant to go to these places but I was due for an oil change. They were nice enough and I assume they changed my filter and added the synthetic oil i requested; however, they neglected to put 2 bolts back into my skid plate (it has to be removed to do the filter change). Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I was back in Virginia. I called to advise of the mix-up. The manager Marcus said I was wrong and he's confident. Said I must not have had bolts on my skid plate when I came in??? What? I advised I'm quite confident I would have noticed this as the whole thing was hanging off. Also, why would they not have advised me that it was off when I came in? It's a 2023 Bronco that I take great care of. He then states he'd watch the video to verify he was correct and call me back. Never got a call - shocker. Just a payhetic experience and a manager who takes zero accountability. Don't waste your time and money here. read more

Great experience here! Every employee very friendly and very professional. I've never been to a Take 5, but it was great to not have to get out of the car. I chose the high mileage oil and used an online coupon, total was $83 after coupon (my car takes 5 3/4 quarts). True to their word, once I was in the bay, it was about 10 minutes! I needed an oil change before work started and it went by quickly and smoothly. I was told to stay in my car during the whole thing. One young man was running the whole thing by himself and was able to do two lanes at a time and kept things moving reasonably quickly. He was nice and respectful and did a great job. Take 5 puts a sticker on your car and resets your maintenance for 3000 miles so you get an unnecessary oil change because of this trickery. I didn't realize it untill they gave me a new sticker and said oh 3000 is to top off the fluids. Funny at 4000 miles they made no mention of this when they charged me $100 for another synthetic oil change !! Said how people get taken advantage of, also took 45 minutes and was misquoted over the phone. Overall poor experience too bad for the men that work there that there company probably wants them to sell more than do the right thing !!! Most synthetic oil last 7500 miles expecially lower mileage cars. read more

ADVICE- Do Not Go Here . Being VERY Generous with giving them 1 stars, Started off Bad, Course they said they were OUT of the Economy Oil change which is already $55, Next level up is $89. No Excuse for being out of oil. Next, the 3 employees I saw were walking around like zombies so much so I even texted my wife saying the same. They did change the filter and thats about it -Period. They , at least to my understanding are supposed to check ALL fluid levels. I finally asked if they could refill the washer fluid in which he did do that but I HAD to ask for it. Nothing else under the hood was checked at all. ( all on video) . No tire Air/Wipers checked. I simply could not wait just to get out of there as I will check everything else myself in just a few minutes now that I am back home. This WAS SUPPOSED to be a service industry . No other fluids checked, no tires checked, no windows cleaned, they don't offer water anymore, the dudes working barely talked to you, they were unhappy and looked miserable about having to be there. Tried the "drive thru" oil change and it was really convenient the guys in the shop are nice, efficient and will take time to explain what they are doing to you! It's nice to be able to watch them do the work and now what you asked for actually got done and not wonder if they charged you and never actually changed your oil! Not really impressed. Even though 3 bays were operational when I pulled in (1 car in each bay), it still took 25 minutes before I was able to pull into the garage. It was another 15 minutes before they started working on my car. There were about 6-8 techs walking around the shop but NOT ONE of them seemed like they were interested in doing any work today. It's disappointing that a drive thru oil change concept is executed so poorly here. If management stepped in to create a little more urgency and customer-focus, I would consider coming back here for an overpriced oil change. Unfortunately, this is not a 5-minute oil change, and it's expensive in relation to the service I received here. I'll try Valvoline Instant Oil Change next time. read more

These guys left the oil filter loose on my 2022 Suburban . I was lucky I saw oil spots in my driveway . I crawled under and checked and the oilfilter was less than hand tight and dripping . This would have blown the engine if the filter had came off and would not have been covered by GM warranty ... The engine replacement would have been over 10,000 dollars . This place is a blown engine waiting to happen . I caught this but most people would have not been so lucky ... I would not take anything here ! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Staff is clueless, broke my air filter and came back 3 times and each time they acknowledged they messed it up but no one there knew how to fix it. They shouldn't have even touched it because I told them OIL CHANGE ONLY. Called because my check engine light Cane back in after leaving the second time and they said "just drive around it'll go off" BRAND NEW CAR never had any issues until they messed it up. read more

These guys are typically efficient with the whole process. It also appears they have very good quality checks to insure things are done properly. I like the wait in the car system as opposed to greasy waiting room where subjected to uncomfortable chairs and more than likely a TV set to some liberal chat bull crap.
