From the moment they answer the phone with "How can I serve you?", you can tell customer service is at the heart of what they do. Steve is usually the person I work with, and he has always been fantastic to deal with. The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door. It's hard to find an auto shop you can fully trust these days, but Christian Brothers has absolutely earned ours.

What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. He's always looking to help me save my money so that its not wasted on the unnecessary and has been successful in figuring out problems the dealership couldn't figure out. When I've bought a new (used) car, he let me know what fails on it a lot and what to look out for (a couple years later the thing he said would go, did in fact go, and it was great I knew to keep watching it)! His daughter takes a bit of getting used to in the front office, but has improved over the last year, so for those that were turned off for that reason, its improved!

They quoted me $990 for the job. I wanted a second opinion so I called Firestone. Over the phone they quoted me $696.91. I brought my car in and when they looked at it, they discovered I didn't really need new rear brakes (6 mm of rubber left) and the rotors were just a bit rusty and could be re-surfaced. They told me to wait on the rears and do them later. I went ahead and had them replace the front brakes for just $180. It was such a relief to save all that money! Their service is excellent and I really appreciated their honesty. I highly recommend this Firestone location and will definitely be back when its time to replace my rear brakes.
