Not a good experience here. Stopped in to get a tail light replaced, there was already a wait and the waiting room now has only 5 chairs. Finally, my car gets pulled in and see my hood up. I asked one of the techs, "You aren't changing my oil, right?" He looked at me like I was nuts and said no, just tail light replaced. Hmmm ok. Next thing I know, I hear him tell another tech, "It's just a tail light on bay 3!" Ummmmm In the meantime, the franchise owner (I think?) comes in and he's speaking to another Jiffy Lube on the phone and he was very brusque. He hangs up, then the tech walks in and is patiently waiting, the owner says "Do you need to get in here?" He didn't speak to the tech very nicely, it was just not professional, especially with a waiting room full of customers. The man was driving a black Cadillac, if that's the owner, not sure. Finally leave and I get about 1/4 mile down the road and my car tells me my hood is open. I pull over and sure enough, they had opened my hood for no reason! A tail light has NOTHING to do with needing to open the hood. I'm so glad that I was paying attention because I really think they were planning on changing the oil without my permission. I should have just gone to the dealer, these quickie places are just no good and have piss poor customer service and pretty sketchy techs. Skip Jiffy! read more

I brought my car there for state inspection and caught them replacing 4 good light bulbs with defective ones to charge me an obscene amount to replace them. When I said I would report this to their CEO, Tyson called me a "douche bag". I had the vehicle inspected 24 hours earlier at Pep Boys and all lights were working. So much gratitude for this place. Today I came in for an inspection and oil change, and it turns out my car is in terrible condition- the manager on hand explained things to me really nicely, checked out my car to see what was going on, and told me I needed to get my car to a mechanic before taking it back for inspection. He was honest and didn't rip me off or charge me for things I didn't need. He also explained what was going on without being condescending. And I was treated equally as a woman- only respect from the guys. I wish I could've tipped everyone, I was out of cash! But I will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

OMG- why anyone would entrust a vehicle to this store is horrifying!! I went in to get some wipers and get fluids topped off. Everyone is quite polite, but completely clueless. They called my name to show me "my" air filter...except My car wasn't even in the bay yet. I went out in the bay to tell the guy that the air filter he was putting back in wasn't from my car as my car was BEHIND the one he was working on. All he said was "yes,ma'am". Second time back and my review still stands. This time here for oil change. Got new wipers and an overall inspection and was in and out in less than 15 min. Didn't hurt that they were being inspected while I was there. still will definitely be back. Previous review Live up to their name. Went in for inspection and I was there, beginning to end, no lie, 24 min. Thrdays after Christmas and they were busy bees. Still, they took the time to be pleasant, vacuum the floorboards, even open my car door for me. At my job, we call that the WOW factor. Customer service is almost always what brings people back. I must agree with Kristi this jiffy lube is above average they take great care of ones car to the extent of vacuuming the floor and cleaning the windows. The wait room is clean with free coffee for those that wish to indulge. Granted I personally would prefer dunkin donuts but to each their own. Once your oil change is complete they show you your filter regardless if you need one or not. The amazing part is the honesty of the staff. They told me that I could probably wait a lot longer on the filter and made note that when I get my next oil change I should change the filter. This saved me some money and ensured my return to their shop. I certainly look forward to getting both my cars serviced at this shop in the near future. Granted I sure miss the much lower prices but cannot complain about the service. read more

My saga continues! This past Friday with temps approaching 100 my cars AC went out notvfun driving a 1.5 year old car with no AC. Took my car to my . Kia dealership. I had to spend 50 dollars to rent a car plus gas. What caused my fan/ blower to stop was due to a cabin filter this same Jiffy,Lube installed the day of my original problem. Kia told me some one installed an after market filter that was 2 big. Thus preventing proper air flow and thus causing the blower to shut down. The Service Manager at KIA told me there is no after market filter for a Kia Niro yet! It can only be purchased at Kia Went to this Jiffy Lube and Same Nut refused to help,me and told me to call their offices. Guess what no answer from 3 people I called. I am at 56 dollars for a new filter. I have the wrong one thstcwas installed. Jiffy lube refused to refund me. Another 35 dollars. Out 50 dollars for my rental car. Plus my time, aggregation, and driving a car over Memorial Day weekend at 100 degrees inside the car! I am now driving to there offices on perishing road in Raleigh. Don't waste your time calling their 800 number...they do not answer..only service you get is horrible service Part 3 Man I told my issues, challenged my validity of my receipts and problem. I left totally,pissed! I called him an Ass! He came out of the office in the parking lot and got confrontation and to my face called me as ass. I win in the end! They lost! My business,others I tell. My recent experience here was not too great and insufficient. I had gotten an oil change and replaced an air filter for my VW bug, as well as a tire rotation. This time, the customer service was great as usual. Though, when I was leaving my appointment I had noticed my engine light was on but the receptionist told me it was just from the oil. I left there and for a few days my light was still on and I could tell something was off. I'm not too experienced so not until my dad realized the light was still on did we check it to see if something else was wrong. We noticed that both the air filter hose and the mass airflow sensor were completely detached. It is obvious that these were not put in place correctly after Jiffy Lube changed the air filter. If it wasn't for my dad, I would have had more problems with my car because Jiffy Lube did not complete their job thoroughly and correctly this time. We put both of the parts back in place and my car is not showing the engine light anymore and is running a lot more smooth. I have come here before for an inspection and the service was great, so my review here is an average of my experiences. Unfortunately this time though, several crucial issues occurred that make me cautious about coming back. read more

I was on my way to DJ a gig, when my car started overheating and smoking. I pulled over and opened the hood, when Charles (Jiffy Lube employee) stopped and asked if everything was alright. Despite my freaking out and eccentric use of the French language () he so generously offered to TAKE ME TO MY GIG and then stopped back by the vehicle on his way home to help my fiance and her father get the situation figured out. We need more people like this man today. He fulfilled the meaning of the good Samaritan. I would have lost this gig today if not for this man. He deserves a raise, promotion, or what have you. RUDE! For the time being, I'm currently located in Richmond VA and was visiting the area and needed my car inspected. I called at 1 to see if they had any openings (they closed at 5) and the man who answered the phone just laughed, with no reply. As someone thats worked in customer service before, I found this to be extremely disrespectful. I called the location on Creedmoor where the lady who answered was polite, said there was no appointment needed, and that it would only be a 30 minute wait. I'm glad I didn't take my business to the Falls of Neuse location where they're disrespectful and don't want to help you. For anyone reading this, I recommend just going a few miles further down to Creedmoor where they treat people with respect and do their best to have your vehicle out within a reasonable amount of time. read more

Well, not good news. The technician broke off the hood release lever from inside the car - how in the world do you do that?? The company refuses to pay for the repair. They want to send me gift certificates to use at their store!! The guy at corporate actually laughed at me, claiming I couldn't prove the guy overextended the lever. He said they never pay for repairs because "things wear out and break." I got the impression this kind of thing happens all the time with their inexperienced technicians and they never take responsibility. Oh well, live and learn. f I could give 0 stars I would. Came to this Jiffy Lube to get my NC Inspection done. The inspection didn't take long but they scratched the tint on my window. Then when I brought this to their attention, the manager was down right rude and basically said - no, we didn't do this. You just didn't notice this before. Then I said I wanted to formally complain to customer service - while we were walking back from the parking lot, he SPIT in front of me. What manager spits in front of a customer? I formally complained to their customer service and they are reimbursing me to get new tint on my window - guess that proves they messed up - or at least they are doing a better job and making up for the horrible treatment of their customers. So many other places to go to get an inspection. I will NEVER come back here. read more

Have taken both my cars here and from time to time not all things are done even though they are checked off..my most recent visit on 2/2.2019, I requested inspection , oil change and tire rotation. I had stepped outside when they were rotating the tires and they had list one of the lug nits to my challenger..after "searching" for it , they found it down below in the pit area..they need to handle things more carefully. After leaving I noticed that my windows still looked dirty on the drivers side but they were clean on the passenger side..my tire pressures all showed tire pressures were Off so the didn't check that either. Now I wonder if they checked all my fluids. I'm sure they didn't check the filters as I never saw the. Take anything off to get to them. I have had good service at this store but also some bad service. You just have to watch them to be sure everything is done correctly and that they are careful not to damage your car. read more

We go to this jiffy lube for all our oil changes and they are always very nice and professional and fast!! This last time I had an oil change they informed me of some nails in my tires and unfortunately they were unpatchable so I needed new ones. They gave me a quote but were not pushy at all. I called around and they ended up being the cheapest in town! I went back and got the tires done there and the tire company ended up giving them an incorrect quote from what I was originally told. Even that price was still cheaper than almost every other place too! But the manager Vance was great and had wonderful customer service and made sure I was compensated for the mixup. We will definitely continue going there for our oil changes and other car needs in the future! Great customer service is sadly becoming hard to find but at this jiffy lube everyone has always been great!! read more

Went to have my car inspected here, they told me I needed a new drivers side windshield wiper or they would fail my inspection... so for $30 they put on a new wiper... which was the wrong size.. when I came back they were nice enough to swap it out for the correct one. When I asked the tech how much the new wiper he put on was he said probably $19 dollars all our wipers are that price. I said ( while showing him the receipt) well I paid $30 for the one you just took off.. oh he said... then it was $30 he said... he clearly had no clue what he was talking about..My point is don't trust them. It's hard enough to find a good place for service... ones that are trustworthy... that's not this place. read more

The last two visits have been more than frustrating. We asked for an oil change and brake inspection. They never checked the air filter, didn't put in a new mileage sticker and never checked the brakes. We circled back to asked about the brakes and was told the brake technician wasnt even in and they had no idea when/if they'd be back in. read more

So I needed a quick oil change and this was the place closest to me. I decided to get there as it opened on a Sunday morning. That was a good idea. I waited until they opened and was the first one in. The old days of sitting in your car for an oil change are long over but still longed for! I hate getting out and going in for the inevitable sales pitch for a new filter this or a new flush that. . . I'm not a fan of that. If something is broke tell me otherwise lets just get on with it. The staff were polite. I dislike the oil change stickers though as they annoy me, so when I asked the staff to not put it on they were dumbfounded! He said he had to, I told him no he didn't, its my car don't put anything in there. . . so he stared at me and said he would need to give it to me. . .I took it and threw it in the trash! Sometimes corporate regulations are a bit much. Otherwise fairly quick, though its worth noting if you don't have a coupon go online and get one to save yourself, its always available and easy to use. read more
