Now, it seems that an appointment just puts you next in line, and you will wait until those who arrived before you get service. Those working on the vehicles are still very friendly, including those who do the free tire air checks. The tires I bought here have the rotation and balance included so I hope service returns to the level it was at when I started bringing my vehicle here. Service on those will determine if I purchase more tires here in the future.

I got my car home and when I called back some weeks later, due to an error message with the tires showing up, they provided more horrible customer service. They asked the size of the engine, but my car is only equipped with one size of engine for that year, and proceeded to laugh on the phone at me as I didn't understand why he was asking about that when I was asking about tires? This place is within walking distance of my office, so I figured I could drop it off on my lunch hour and then walk back, then walk back after I got off work at 5 to pick it up. I walked in and no one greeted me for a few minutes even though there were 3 advisors available. Finally, one greeted me and I gave him my key fob and walked back to work. Less than 30 minutes later, my car was ready. Fishy. I'll preface by saying I work in the automotive industry so this was a little too fast for a wheel alignment, especially given how full the shop was when I left. Not only was it weirdly fast, but they charged me $130 for less than 30 minutes of work! Absolutely insane with their price-gouging. Yeah I won't be back here.

I recommend that you make an appointment if you can. They get you in and out right on time. They offer tire discounts to teachers and pride themselves on running an honest business. I got EXTENSIVE repairs and had enough money left to get gas, tires, an oil change, and windshield wipers! Unless you are a mechanic, took auto shop, or "know people" this is your new place.
