From the start, he was extremely clear in his communication of exactly what his bid included and what kind of results to expect and also provided other options we could pursue. His work included a generous warranty that covers not only things like cracking and shifting but also if the tree roots lift up the new panels again. As soon as we signed our contract, he and his crew were out almost immediately for demolition over the weekend and poured the new panels just a few days later before sealing everything post-cure. The final price we paid was very reasonable (almost 30% less than other bids!), particularly considering this project included the extra work of removing tree roots buried under the panels. We're happy with the result and would recommend him for any kind of concrete work.

The brick wall had developed significant cracks zigzagging through the mortar. The replacement process was quite involved as 1 or more feet of the wall above the lintels had to be removed. When they came out one of the lintels had rusted to the point that it could be bent by hand while the other had holes. Over about 3 days they replaced them and put back the original bricks. Now I can't tell that anything was ever wrong with the wall. The new mortar is a perfect match for the original. I have recommend Brick by Brick to a couple of other neighbors. And I'll be calling them back for other window and repointing with in the future.

Despite being booked out into next year, he took extra time walking me through the issues, explaining the mechanics behind each step of the repair, and outlining what he'd do if he were in my shoes. What really stood out was his honesty and generosity -- he reviewed other estimates I'd received, broke down pricing and scope, and helped me make the best decision for my budget and timing. You don't see that kind of transparency often. Further, his passion for his craft and quality were clear to me, and that masonry isn't just his job -- it's something he truly takes pride in. Lucas has absolutely earned my trust and future business. I understand fully why Mitch felt confident about passing on the business to him. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, Candelario worked hard to stay within our budget while never compromising on quality. He went above and beyond to make sure she could safely use her walker after the project was completed. A special thank you to Antonio, who did an incredible job replacing the handrails leading from the kitchen to the patio, applying drainage stones, and replacing our old fence. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly appreciate Candelario's professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It's rare to find a contractor who takes such pride in their work while also treating their customers like family. I highly recommend CCC Concrete to anyone looking for high-quality concrete work, and I will definitely be recommending Candelario and his team to my family and friends.
