I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. KLM has been our condo complex's landscaping contractor for years (despite complaints to the Board…read moreto drop them) because the service is so bad: the workers have killed beautiful trees, plants, and bushes because they carelessly apply weed killer around the complex -- waving the applicators around in the air. The lawns are a mess (see photos) and the sprinkler system is not functioning in several areas. After moss treatment, nothing is done about barren ground spots all over the lawns. Vince doesn't care and just blusters about how many years he's been in the business. Incompetent. Don't hire them.
