Miguel did such a great job on my stairs. Super responsive, reasonable quote, was able to schedule very quickly.

Great job so far. Showed up on time. Knowledgeable. Gave great advice on how to improve the project.

Miguel saved us money by suggesting they overlay our two sets of poorly done steps rather than demolish them.

We were looking for a contractor that could do a couple different landscaping projects for us. We…read moreneeded our yard graded, irrigation installed, retaining walls (wood and stone), drain rock brought in and new sod installed. He was able to come out quickly for a quote and listened for what I wanted, asked questions if anything was unclear, and provided suggestions I didn't even think of. Merced and his team came out and did the entire project in 6 days, exactly as promised. Their team showed up early and worked hard the entire day. They always made sure to tidy up their tools at the end of the day too. I was very impressed with their detail of work and how well they cleaned up the entire job site when they were done. We are super happy with our new backyard and are excited that we don't have to shuffle a sprinkler head around the lawn this summer. Highly recommend A&M Maintenance for all your landscaping needs. Look forward to hiring them again.

    * HIGHLY RECOMMENDED * if you want to save time and money! :)…read more I sent out a service request with a few pictures for bids on leaf raking (front yard, back yard, side walk, driveway) around my mom's house. A&M was one of the first who responded and with a very competitive quote. There are providers who would only do in-person quotes which would waste a lot of my time if I were to have to drive there just for a bid. Some quotes are straight-up dishonest and overpriced. Compared to these, A&M stands out as the best option, and I've have no regrets hiring them! His crew came out and did a fantastic job without supervision! To summarize, A&M were able to deliver service that I'd consider efficient without wasting time going back-and-forth. - quote accurately and competitively based on pictures and details - quick and easy scheduling - effective messaging and communication - getting the job done - legit invoicing (through Intuit) I am definitely bookmarking A&M Landscape for my future needs.

From the very beginning, Candelario worked hard to stay within our budget while never compromising on quality. He even identified and repaired a drainage issue that we hadn't noticed, which we greatly appreciated. What impressed us most was the genuine care and compassion Candelario showed toward my elderly, disabled mother. He went above and beyond to make sure she could safely use her walker after the project was completed. A special thank you to Antonio, who did an incredible job replacing the handrails leading from the kitchen to the patio, applying drainage stones, and replacing our old fence. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference. I truly appreciate Candelario's professionalism, honesty, and kindness. It's rare to find a contractor who takes such pride in their work while also treating their customers like family. I highly recommend CCC Concrete to anyone looking for high-quality concrete work, and I will definitely be recommending Candelario and his team to my family and friends.

I had to get all the way to a supervisor to get the crew to stop working. They did in fact need to change the design but never reviewed it with me. A third design had to be done and they still put the sump pump right in front of my hot water heater, they did not pitch the one side enough so water sits there, left my driveway full of small and large metal shavings (and I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs who run in the backyard), did not clean up other materials, did not remove the dirt they dug up in the basement (told me I had to pay extra, you would think for 24k it'd be included. They also went to dig up my patio to run the water line, which could have been adjusted a few feet to not dig up an entire patio- again, no one would listen until I spoke to that one supervisor again, it was unreal. There were multiple times they were scheduled to come and never showed or showed on a different day then was scheduled, at least 4 times, and the crew had no idea. Fast forward to my yearly inspection, where he recommended I get a dehumidifier, and I was confused bc I paid to get one (that was one of my main things before I got talked into upgrading to a 24k job). They NEVER installed the dehumidifier and there has been new mold growth. They were not forthcoming with pics but sent a crew to spray, the crew had no idea what they were spraying for. They finally installed the dehumidifier and now I'm waiting for them to return to fix the encapsulation which is pulling apart, for the thousands of dollars it was, it was not worth it. The entire job was not worth it (3 columns designed to hold up large buildings, used to hold up my tiny house), encapsulation, dug around the edges, put in a sump pump, and now the dehumidifier. I would NOT recommend!!!!
