Palm installed my Roof two yrs ago. So I'm still under warranty. There is a leak in my skyliggt. They checked it when it Rained in Mar. The lead said he has to ralk to Ben whom I called fiirst. He sent his crew right away the next day. Now it's Sept. i texted Ben and left a Voucemail too. It seems they are Out of Business since they ignored my email and about 3 Voicemail. Originally I got a cold call from them 2.5 yrs ago. They were the most expensive Bid of about $26k for the Roof job. I will be giving the Flashing repair to Another contractor. They plan on fixing that portion of the leak above my sliding glass door. Another Contractor Ampro is coming over Thurs to give me a bid for the sliding door project and replace the drywall and ceiling tiles. read more

I've worked with Jayden to complete a replacement of my backyard deck walls and stairs, and to install an underground sprinkler system for all lawns around my house. They did a great job on these projects. Tho I noticed a minor issue in the sprinkler system a few days later, they sent out people to fix it immediately after I reported the issue. Their price is at the a little bit higher end, but considering the warranty and quality control they provided, the price could be acceptable. They completed all work timely and quickly. We contracted with Palm Construction to replace the deck boards on our second-floor back deck. That deck is the whole length of our house (about 50 feet) and about 10 feet wide. We also asked them to build a cover over the deck just outside our sliding-glass door. We met with Nate and secured financing on a Wednesday. The workers showed up the very next day. Today, exactly one week after work began, I signed off on the completion of the job. The work is beautiful. The communication was superb. After contacting them with pictures of the unlevel deck I didn't hear back from anyone. After I filed a review with Yelp I finally got their attention and they were able to come out and fix the problem. This is a VERY high pressure sales company. They come in easy and get nasty if you aren't buying. They offered the least and quoted the most. I would definitely NOT consider them for any work. Also I noted some of the positive reviews have names suspiciously close to the employees. Just go elsewhere and choose a small business that has been in Washington for at least 15 years. I noticed that steps on the new deck they built for me were not square and they came out and fixed them. Later on I took a picture of the entire deck and realized a huge slope on the right side of the deck. My deck was not level. I'm not talking a little slope (a 1/8" to 1" slope) I'm talking a big slope. At least 5" to 7". I sent them a picture and never heard back from them. I don't think anyone even checked it.
