The crew assigned to my project was Jose and Ismael Fernandez; from the moment they set foot on the project site these guys were respectful, courteous, and professional. At each step during the project they checked in with me on project status, and ensured I was happy with the work/results. They answered all my (somewhat basic) questions, and were very customer focused throughout the project. Their attention to detail and overall quality of work was really appreciated and made the whole residing experience much more enjoyable. I would definitely request them again should I ever be looking to reside another house in the area. They also fixed various electrical and plumbing issues that had cropped up over the years. Ian and his team of skilled laborers were extremely quick and efficient, and were careful about shifting existing furniture and possessions from room to room as they worked on the flooring removal and installation. Our project manager Aaron Hernandez kept in touch with us daily, and personally visited at least every other day to check progress and resolve any issues during the 3-1/2 week project. We were also very happy with the quality of the flooring and bathroom products that they recommended and installed.

They were very professional and informative through the whole project. They made a mistake and took ownership of it and came back out to repair it (needed 1-2 more hole vents in my eaves).
