It was 5:30 and they close at 7. Then another lady rushed around sweeping the floor and making us all lift our legs- couldn't that have waited until close or when I was no longer sitting there? Then when I went to wash my hands, the sweeping lady stood behind me impatiently and made me feel super uncomfortable. Finally the owner or manager loudly was talking with the guy doing my nails for 5 minutes straight and kept staring at my nails and I just got this feeling she was talking shirt about me or something. Which makes no sense- I am polite, friendly, pay without any issues, and tip very well. I am also loyal to places I like and will continue going back to places for years if I am happy, as well as refer others. At any rate, I just felt like they didn't want me there, so I will give them what they want and not return. Very strange way to run a business.

She was very kind, thorough, and efficient. She wastes no time, love that for me because I love to take my time and enjoy it by being in the moment but if you're on a time crunch, it helps. After she finished, she oiled up my toesies and put on my sandals for me. My french pedi came out perfect and I love that Kelly made sure to ask me if I liked it, which makes a big difference after having gone to so many salons who don't care enough to ask. Unfortunately, this was probably the worst my toes have ever looked after a gel polish service. The technician immediately tried to blame it on the fact that I didn't get a full pedicure, but that has absolutely nothing to do with how uneven, bubbly, and messy the polish turned out. I even chose Funny Bunny because I know it's a simple, classic shade that I've gotten over a hundred times -- and never once has it looked like this. The polish is streaky, full of air bubbles, and unevenly applied with gel all over the skin around my nails. When I mentioned it, instead of fixing it properly, she just layered on more polish to cover it up, making it look even bulkier and worse. On top of that, the attitude and gaslighting were unbelievable -- insisting it "looks fine" when it clearly doesn't. I honestly could have done a better job myself at home. Really disappointing experience, and now I have to pay again somewhere else just to get them redone. The pictures don't even show how bad it is in person.

Not only did they make room for me the day before one of their busiest holidays as a walk-in, but the accommodations I experienced were above and beyond. I arrived Friday morning with my nine-month-old, originally coming for just a gel pedicure but inquired about a gel manicure as well--cat-eye style. I was hesitant to do both because I wasn't sure how my baby would be. It would be my first time getting my nails done with him. She sensed my hesitation, went lower on the price, and came over to do my nails as I received my pedicure--not only going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable but my son as well. As he began to get a little ancy, knowing I only had one hand available at a time, she would pick up one of his toys and try to play with him to distract him. This meant everything. The nails and toes came out great. I was nervous and they made me feel so comfortable. Megan was quick with my toes and the owner did a great job with my nails. We were in and out within an hour.
