I completely understand that salons can get busy, but if technicians are being overbooked, customers should be informed ahead of time -- especially when they have an appointment scheduled. Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Unfortunately, this experience made it seem like they do not value their clients' time.
