Utopia Juice bar is much more than a juice bar with variety of healthy options like: juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, and more. It's fairly close to my work and I was able to do a pick up order of a smoothie. The smoothie I ordered was called heaven on earth. It consisted of almond milk, almonds, bananas, dates and coconut pulp/flakes. It was delicious and nicely fulfilling. It was my liquid lunch and did the trick. In the future, I want to try their açaí bowls. Nice employees/owner who worked on my order right away and I was able to take my freshly made smoothie in just a few minutes. Side Note- My review is just for a order to go but they do have a cute seating area with a big communal table, sofa seating, and a few small tables towards the back of juice bar.~ read more

The smoothies were great. I ordered an açaí smoothie which is usually one of my favorites. It had acai, almond butter, and banana. If you are a big fan of nuts, this would be a good smoothie to add peanut butter protein which was recommended to me by the employee. Beautiful Juice Bar with tasty Smoothie Bowls. I ordered the Cocoa Acai bowl but replaced Açaí with Pitaya. The woman at the register could've explained the menu after telling her that it was my first time there, but I just ordered what I thought was right. Seemed confusing on whether the açaí bowl toppings were optional and how many can be put on top. Also, the bottom of the menu was confusing about the granola with pitaya or açaí. Anyways, service was alright. They call your name or bring out your food when it's ready. It didn't take too long. I got the largest one so it was around $15 (so pricy) but totally worth it. It filled me up for the rest of the day. Blender would be better if used in the back since it's loud going on and off all the time in a place that seems serene. I want to love this place. They used to be awesome years ago. It has declined significantly. The açaí is good so I've given them more than a few chances over the years. Customer service is horrible. Every time I order I spend $30-50 and the order is always wrong. A medium acai is $10 plus they charge $3 for peanut butter?!? And it's super tiny. I told them the last order was wrong (gave me two smalls when I ordered medium and put about a pound of almonds and hardly any açaí )and they didn't want to do anything about it. While I was writing the review, the lady give us a bigger size for no charge. Still a waste of money for what you get and consistently unfriendly staff. read more

Utopia please hire friendly staff and if you are going to pre-make the açaí make sure it's not rock hard or super melty. The lack of consistency is super frustrating even in terms of taste. The açaí bowls were delicious and tasted very natural (not like any sweeteners were added). I would definitely go back and get more. I really liked that they had size options, unlike other açaí places that you only get one size (i personally can never finish them). Only reason I'm giving them four stars is because it took almost 30 minutes for our 2 medium bowls to be ready even though we were the only customers in the store. Giving a one star was mandatory to leave this review. I wish I could give zero stars actually! I will lead with I've been coming to this establishment well over 5 years and have in the past experienced great service! I knew the previous owner and now the fairly new owner, Nioki! FAST forward to 2024-2025 service has been repulsive across the board. You're never greeted when you walk in, zero positive customer service interactions, nasty attitudes and the appearance of some of the workers are not a good look or reflection of the business. I have had to do quite a few returns on my Acai bowls due the consistency being off, very soggy and having a juice like consistency. There have been times they don't add coconut or granola and I've asked and was advised, "Oh we ran out", why not lead with that and let me decide if I would like to still order this item. When asked why are you selling me a Acai bowl that is clearly not what the brand stands by, the answer I was given on multiple occasions was, "Well my boss knows but we weren't advised to stop selling it"! Unbelievable!!!! I decided to give Utopia a break for a few months and returned today to another extra soggy and juicy Acai bowl with very poor consistency! Again, nasty and unpleasant customer service which is insane because she was training a new staff member! Go figure! The young lady on shift was very rude, nasty, unapproachable and condescending! She was upset that I requested a refund, had to call and get assistance to do the refund and proceeded to say, "can you throw that away" after my refund was processed in such a rude manner! It is not what you say but how you say it! I ignored her initially but then she said as I was walking out, "She is so rude" to another customer! After the trainee asked me to sit it on the counter then she demands in such a nasty manner that I throw it out, while rolling her eyes and giving me a dirty look! Extremely unprofessional and had the audacity to knowingly sale a Acai bowl that was of very poor and watery consistency! As I walk out she screams, "It's not us" Go figure! read more

During my last visit their blenders stopped working and there was a huge back up leaving the employee with her hands tied. This was in my over-priced acai bowl (which i was refunded for) Why I kept the smoothie (i have no idea) because after drinking half, I felt sick to my stomach and dumped it. I do not feel safe eating here, as this is a food safety hazard. What else could have been in my food? Do yourself a favor and go over to Nekter juice bar in Coconut Creek. As for Utopia? Nope! Advice to management, hire people that care about food safety and have the necessary training for the job. This is why businesses around this area can't sustain, because they hire kids, for pay low enough that they are under no obligation to care about anything. If you want an Acai bowl or another health option, this is the place to go. We constantly order Acai bowls for our daughter here! The bowls are made with care and have countless layers including granola! Though some may like their chili and pizzas, I was not a fan. The chili tasted off and the pizza was dry. They do a nice job of implementing COVID standards such as mask wearing, gloves on servers, and plenty of sanitizer. The place was spotless and tables are spread out carefully. read more

We ordered acai bowls, love that they have different sizes for these, we got small ones which was a nice treat... Now I don't know who is more authentic, but these were made differently than ones I've tried before. It was darker in color and had a different taste to it... not bad, just different. In reality, this is a subpar juice bar. The food and drink is unreasonably pricy and does not taste all that good. I got avocado toast (one piece of bread) that was so salty I could not finish it. I also got a 16oz banana and strawberry smoothie that was lacking in taste. I paid $17 for these two. I would advise you to save your coins, hit up the gym next door, then hit up the Carmela's one plaza over where the toast is actually worth the price. The have breakfast items, cold brew, vegan pizza, and amazing acai bowls. Everything is delicious, but my go to is the Traditional Acai Bowl. All acai bowls are made to order, so patience is required. The Traditional Acai Bowl is layered with oats as the bottom layer, then frozen blended acai, sliced strawberries, bananas, and blueberries, topped with shredded unsweetened coconut. It is delicious, and my son loves it also. I have also tried their chocolate version which is also tasty and surprisingly healthy. They have a 5 berry and nutty options as well. No matter which you choose, you will be hooked. If time is a factor, call your order in, like I said, most items are made to order. From 3 times a week reduce to 3 times a month; the level of service has really dwindled throughout the Covid-pandemic. I would think with removing the dine-in option there would be an improvement in wait/production time, but if anything, I found myself adding an additional 10 minutes to an already 20 minute average. To make an already frustrating process worst, my last 4/5 orders have been missing toppings, wrong sizes, or even completely lost(multiple times). The cost of food here is above average, and i would be expecting the level of service to make up the difference; but it's honestly becoming the worst part of my recent experiences.
