This is the 1st review I've ever written in my life lol. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, I had a bad experience and will not be returning. I had an acai bowl and left for coffee across the plaza. Came back 5 minutes later announcing to the young lady I came back to wait for my friend who will be eating here when she arrives. I sat down and opened my laptop only to be interrogated by the tall guy. He asked me how many friends and how long until they'd arrive... I felt so uncomfortable that I left. Cute place next to the gym in the plaza, easy to miss if you are not paying attention. They don't have many tables, they have one couch, so you might have to take your order to go. They don't have many savory options. Spicy hummus wrap was very tasty, I enjoyed it, but was expensive. I paid about $8 for that wrap (pictured) and it had no sides. I wish they had a few more savory options, it's mainly smoothies, açaí bowls, and the likes. They have daily savory choices that are not on the website, but maybe 3. And they are only listed on a blackboard outside by the door, so you have to decide if that's what you'd like before walking in. I don't know if I'd be going back because of the price. read more

The food is surprisingly very good. This was my first time here and I was surprised. The foods that neither sound tasty nor look appetizing, are actually delicious. Everything is vegan here, which is always a plus. Now the elysium juice was very good. I could taste each ingredient. The fresh juice is made to order and they make it right in front of you too. I could taste the lemon, ginger, jalapeño, celery and apples in here. I loved it. Also there was no residue or pulp, which I was scared of. The cauliflower pizza was very good. I so loved when Utopia Juice came to my neighborhood and Susie was the proprietor. Since it was sold to someone else I have noticed it go downhill in the availability of items, quality and taste of the food and customer service. If the owner is reading this can you please update your packaging on the premade wraps because it lists items that are no longer in there. Sadly I discovered this twice after I took it home. On a return visit I mentioned this to someone behind the counter and barely got a response "no it's not in there". Sadly, the selection and taste of the food and friendly, helpful vibe it initially had is no longer there. I used to love their pizza, açaí bows & smoothies but honestly, ever since the owner, Suzie stopped working there... everything has been going downhill. I came today & placed a very simple order for an açaí bowl... it took 3 attempts for them to get my order right. The woman who took my order also added peanut butter to my bowl after I told her several times to please make sure because we're allergic to peanut butter. Every time we come, we always see new faces & new employees which is great but the consistency of the products/ customer service is being compromised because of the constant employment changes & lack of proper training & menu knowledge. Walked inside and sat at the bar. A few minutes go by and we were greeted. We were told to write down our orders on a sticky note. Immediately thought that was a little strange. She left and took her time on one order, while other customers were waiting in line. Completely ignoring all of us. We waited 20 minutes just to place our order. Mind you she was letting people sample coffee when we wanted to order! Finally she takes the sticky note and leaves it on the cup for 10 minutes before she even touches it. Continues talking to the girls that she let sample the coffee. Now it's be 30+ minutes since we sat down. Still no order. She finally makes my friends drink. Still waiting on my SMALL tradition bowl. The men in front of us received theirs first (10 more minutes)! The same traditional small bowl I order. I waited ANOTHER 5 minutes! Nothing!!!! Finally got up and demanded my money back. She said it had been sitting here ready for me (On the back counter? That the employee just finished topping off? That's what you call "sitting here ready"?). So do your customers always wait 50 minutes for two items? If so, you're going to lose a lot of people that way because it's not even worth the wait. Clearly, she can't multitask and needs to reevaluate how she treats her new customers. No new customer wants to be put on the back burner because you have returning customers you'd rather please.
