We had last minute plan for the biking in Zion National Park. Utah E-Bike Adventures came to rescue! It had the lowest price and the only shop able to provide 4 bikes within our schedule. The pick-up time was flexible, and they open early too (7am)! We were helped by Anthony, he explained everything in detail yet efficiently so we could go on our adventure! The bikes we had were Rad Runner, riders range from 4'11 to 5'11. They fit great and were in good condition. The service here was very inconsistent. The lady who helped me first was very kind and told me that although everything for that day was sold out, there would likely be availability tomorrow. I told her I would check with my wife and come back in 15 minutes. When I returned, a man with long hair told me there was "nothing for you for the entire week" in a very dismissive and condescending tone. I politely mentioned that the lady had just told me there would be availability tomorrow, but he just repeated himself. It felt like I was bothering him, even though the store was not very busy. I understand that availability can change or that the earlier information may have been incorrect. That is not the issue. The problem was the attitude and how rude the response felt. I have 10 years of retail management experience, and a respectful explanation would have gone a long way. The lady was great, but the interaction with him left a very uncomfortable impression. read more

I'm not even sure why you're thinking of another company to rent with. This is the place with the latest and greatest when it comes to E-Bikes. Not long ago it was extremely difficult to find an E-bike in Zion. But now it seems there's 5-6 places within the park. If you have a large group rent online ahead of time to avoid a hassle. We had a group of 20 riders and Hunter and Victor took care of us. They helped us choose the right bike for each rider from beginners to experienced riders. They provide bike lock so you can lock your bike when you're on a trail, a basket, a bell, everything you need to be safe and have fun. They were extremely patient with us when we had 20 people show up and made sure we were well versed on the rules of the park with e-bikes. They also took group photos of us and double checked each bike before it left the shop. Full battery on each bike that lasted all day. We rented for four hours but could have easily spent an 8 hour day riding the bike. Each bike is priced differently but for four hours it's about $80.00 which is reasonable and cheaper than other shops around. I was going to book with someone else and it was anywhere from $95-120 for 4 hours. Make sure to ask for Victor or Hunter if you're coming. Book ahead on holiday weekends. This place is legit ! Best service. Best bikes. No hassle. No scam. If you're a few minutes late they don't jam you up. They are reasonable and if you respect them and their bikes you're golden. Do yourself a favor hit that book button now. Stop looking for other reviews. This is your sign. read more

They are brand Néw , battery runs for a whole day , they look so amazing that when you drive everyone's heads turn when you speed by. Hunter the the owner is the kindest and sweetest guy ever. Wow! Just WOW! I've been to Zion National Park 3 times now. The first 2 times I took the shuttle to trailheads so for my latest visit I decided to rent an e-bike from Hunter... let me just say riding through Zion on an e-bike is now one of my all time favorite adventures! You miss so much taking the shuttles, I'll never take the shuttle again. The roads are basically empty for shuttles and bikers plus all the trails are accessible by bikes. We had the best experience renting from Utah E-bike Adventures. We had called and inquired with a lot of EBike rentals regarding their pricing and bike options before visiting Zion. Utah EBike was the only one that offered a bike which could seat two kids behind the rider. This was perfect for our family of four with kids 3 and 7. I am barely 5 feet tall and was not sure I would be able to handle an EBike with a kid in tow. We absolutely loved the family bike option. My husband had no issues handling it with two squirmy ones in the back. Needless to say kids had a blast. They have tons of other options like bike carriers, baskets, single seats as well. And they are super accommodating to your needs. Big shout out to Hunter for taking time explaining and adjusting our bikes before we started. He was so accommodating when we rented for half a day but called to extend the rental to a full day. Friendly warm customer service! The bikes were new and super smooth to ride. Great battery life, included convenient accessories like cell phone holder, water bottle holder, hiking pole holder, helmets and bike lock. We rode our bikes all the way to Temple of Sinawa and parked them at the trailhead as we completed the entire Emerald pools hike on our way back and rode back with the wind in our hair. What an exhilarating experience. Ebikes are the best way to experience the canyon scenic way in Zion. Don't let having young kids discourage you. Check out the family bikes. P.S shuttle buses wait for cyclists to safely pull over before passing. So biking is definitely safe on the scenic highway. read more

I have called several ebike rental stores and Utah Ebike adventures is by far the best. Not only are their prices great but Hunter really goes way above and beyond his duties to get you what you want. Also, everyone else had a 2 week cancellation notice requirement for a refund and Hunter's is 24 hours. I worked with Hunter for my big group that had a mix of toddlers and older kids. He has special seats for the toddlers as well as seats for the bigger kids to ride behind an adult. I even had a unique situation where he offered to work with a buddy of his to get us the special equipment we needed. He even gave me his cell number for quick access to answers for my questions. Other companies took a couple days to return my call while some didn't even bother calling me back. With the shuttles at Zion so crowded, ebikes are a great way to avoid waiting in line for hours and still be able to see the park. Utah Ebike adventures' location is right outside the park entrance. He even offered to meet us earlier than other companies so that we could beat the heat. We already can't wait to come back! read more

We had a great experience with Utah E-Bike Adventures! We had a party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers , and Hunter was extremely helpful getting us the exact bikes with baby seats we needed. We rented for 2 days and this was by far the best way to see the park and get to where you want to go and hike on your own schedule, not having to wear a mask on a crowded hot tram! Riding the E-Bikes around Zion was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had in my life. There are some parts of the park that cars cannot drive through, but you can ride through them on bikes. E-Bikes make it so much easier to ride, and you barely have to expend any energy to get going. Utah E-Bike Adventures is one of the cheaper options around, and also had an exceptionally friendly staff. It is located right by the Desert Pearl Inn about .8 miles from the park entrance. You can park on the street by Hoodoo's for $12 for the day. The bikes were $65 for 4 hours or $85 for the full day (8 hours). I recommend getting them for the entire day read more

We had to book 2 ebikes last minute and was about an hour late to our appointment, but Hunter was still understanding and let us rent the e-bikes for a full 8 hours.
