We had last minute plan for the biking in Zion National Park. Utah E-Bike Adventures came to rescue! It had the lowest price and the only shop able to provide 4 bikes within our schedule. The pick-up time was flexible, and they open early too (7am)! We were helped by Anthony, he explained everything in detail yet efficiently so we could go on our adventure! The bikes we had were Rad Runner, riders range from 4'11 to 5'11. They fit great and were in good condition. Plus the provided helmets were clean and in good condition (especially the inner liners/protection foam). read more

10/10. This is HANDSDOWN the SPOT to get e-bikes in Zion. This is our second time here. First time was in November of 2023. Had no idea what to expect at Zion, did little research beforehand, so didn't know e-bikes were a thing. We stumbled upon this shop, met the owner, Hunter, who is an impressive young entrepreneur, he gave us the pro-tip that we could completely bypass the shuttles and instead see the entire park by bike and OH MY WORD was this the secrets of all secrets. I hate even sharing that secret and would rather gatekeep, but it made all the difference and seeing the park by bike was even more impressive than the actual hikes and trails themselves. This now is our second time, we brought our kids and I know my 14 yo is about to have the time of his life experiencing the park by bike (those teenagers need a little more thrill than a shuttle). We met Annie yesterday and she went above and beyond to make sure we had good bikes that fit our family as well as was accommodating in getting us last min reservations. This is the spot. read more

The service here was very inconsistent. The lady who helped me first was very kind and told me that although everything for that day was sold out, there would likely be availability tomorrow. I told her I would check with my wife and come back in 15 minutes. When I returned, a man with long hair told me there was "nothing for you for the entire week" in a very dismissive and condescending tone. I politely mentioned that the lady had just told me there would be availability tomorrow, but he just repeated himself. It felt like I was bothering him, even though the store was not very busy. I understand that availability can change or that the earlier information may have been incorrect. That is not the issue. The problem was the attitude and how rude the response felt. I have 10 years of retail management experience, and a respectful explanation would have gone a long way. The lady was great, but the interaction with him left a very uncomfortable impression. read more

My daughter and I rented an e bike last minute on a weekday afternoon and they only charged us for the time we wanted to use it. I was ready to pay a fortune but it was super reasonable and super fun! Everyone there was kind and patient and showed us how to use it (my first time) would totally come back. Thank you Jack, Jeff, Sheldy and Hannah for making it an awesome afternoon with my little one read more

I'm not even sure why you're thinking of another company to rent with. This is the place with the latest and greatest when it comes to E-Bikes. Not long ago it was extremely difficult to find an E-bike in Zion. But now it seems there's 5-6 places within the park. If you have a large group rent online ahead of time to avoid a hassle. We had a group of 20 riders and Hunter and Victor took care of us. They helped us choose the right bike for each rider from beginners to experienced riders. They provide bike lock so you can lock your bike when you're on a trail, a basket, a bell, everything you need to be safe and have fun. They were extremely patient with us when we had 20 people show up and made sure we were well versed on the rules of the park with e-bikes. They also took group photos of us and double checked each bike before it left the shop. Full battery on each bike that lasted all day. We rented for four hours but could have easily spent an 8 hour day riding the bike. Each bike is priced differently but for four hours it's about $80.00 which is reasonable and cheaper than other shops around. I was going to book with someone else and it was anywhere from $95-120 for 4 hours. Make sure to ask for Victor or Hunter if you're coming. Book ahead on holiday weekends. This place is legit ! Best service. Best bikes. No hassle. No scam. If you're a few minutes late they don't jam you up. They are reasonable and if you respect them and their bikes you're golden. Do yourself a favor hit that book button now. Stop looking for other reviews. This is your sign. read more

Highly recommend. They were very thorough in the safety and riding directions. E bikes were amazing (can be very little work).

We came in to rent our bikes the night before. We had never ridden e-bikes, so I had a couple of questions. The gentleman wasn't very knowledgeable. However, we rented the bikes. The morning staff was friendly and could easily answer our questions. We had a fantastic day and are glad we chose Utah E-bikes. read more

Excellent service, fabulous ebikes, and wonderful day! Big shout out to Hunter and his fantastic customer service--so helpful! Utah E-bike Adventures was top notch! Riding ebikes was our favorite way of experiencing the park. Highly recommend! We had a 13 year old on an ebike for the first time and he did a great job. Love that they also have ebikes where the 10 year old could ride in the back. It was also conveniently located next to the Desert Pearl Inn which made the whole experience so easy! read more

Utah E-Bike Adventures is by far the best place to rent an E-Bike. They are brand Néw , battery runs for a whole day , they look so amazing that when you drive everyone's heads turn when you speed by. Hunter the the owner is the kindest and sweetest guy ever. The moment we contacted him, we felt like we are in good hands. He gave us his cell phone and he was reachable all day and responded to all of our questions regarding directions , how to turn on the head flash lights etc. we are so grateful to him and his service that we will always come to him when in Zion. Update: store opened about 1.5 hrs late. Owner called and apologized and offered free rental to make up for the inconvenience. Wow! Just WOW! I've been to Zion National Park 3 times now. The first 2 times I took the shuttle to trailheads so for my latest visit I decided to rent an e-bike from Hunter... let me just say riding through Zion on an e-bike is now one of my all time favorite adventures! You miss so much taking the shuttles, I'll never take the shuttle again. The roads are basically empty for shuttles and bikers plus all the trails are accessible by bikes. Thank you Hunter for opening my eyes to the best way to get around Zion! Can't recommend this enough!! read more

I have called several ebike rental stores and Utah Ebike adventures is by far the best. Not only are their prices great but Hunter really goes way above and beyond his duties to get you what you want. Also, everyone else had a 2 week cancellation notice requirement for a refund and Hunter's is 24 hours. I worked with Hunter for my big group that had a mix of toddlers and older kids. He has special seats for the toddlers as well as seats for the bigger kids to ride behind an adult. I even had a unique situation where he offered to work with a buddy of his to get us the special equipment we needed. He even gave me his cell number for quick access to answers for my questions. Other companies took a couple days to return my call while some didn't even bother calling me back. With the shuttles at Zion so crowded, ebikes are a great way to avoid waiting in line for hours and still be able to see the park. Utah Ebike adventures' location is right outside the park entrance. He even offered to meet us earlier than other companies so that we could beat the heat. We already can't wait to come back! read more

We had a great experience with Utah E-Bike Adventures! We had a party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers , and Hunter was extremely helpful getting us the exact bikes with baby seats we needed. We rented for 2 days and this was by far the best way to see the park and get to where you want to go and hike on your own schedule, not having to wear a mask on a crowded hot tram! The bikes were great, plenty of power and long lasting batteries! Thanks again Hunter! read more

Been waiting 40 mins past our reservation time. Early starts are crucial for long hikes. Very disappointing.

Hunter was very helpful and knowledgeable of the best biking trails! Highly recommend.

Riding the E-Bikes around Zion was one of the coolest experiences I have ever had in my life. There are some parts of the park that cars cannot drive through, but you can ride through them on bikes. E-Bikes make it so much easier to ride, and you barely have to expend any energy to get going. Utah E-Bike Adventures is one of the cheaper options around, and also had an exceptionally friendly staff. It is located right by the Desert Pearl Inn about .8 miles from the park entrance. You can park on the street by Hoodoo's for $12 for the day. The bikes were $65 for 4 hours or $85 for the full day (8 hours). I recommend getting them for the entire day read more

Riding the e-bike around Zion was by far the best experience we've ever had! Hunter, the owner, was more than friendly and accommodating to us. We had to book 2 ebikes last minute and was about an hour late to our appointment, but Hunter was still understanding and let us rent the e-bikes for a full 8 hours. He gave us very helpful tips about where to go, how to avoid cars, and etc. Although we didn't need it, he also has his number written on the side of the e-bikes and was more than happy to answer our questions while we're on the road. After we were done, we didn't have to do anything but give the e-bikes back to him. Super cool owner and super rad e-bikes! Overall a 10/10 experience!! read more

Rented bikes on May 29. Called ahead and reserved, nice person on the phone, very helpful. Overall, customer service was top notch, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helpful advice for our biking adventure too and Zion park. Highly recommend! Also, was able to park in their lot (got there very early!) which was a bonus. I'm on the short side so I was concerned about renting a bike I could ride, it was perfect, easy to adjust for my size and no issues whatsoever. read more

Best price, best service, & fastest ebikes in Zion! My husband and I were looking for the best priced ebikes in the area, and these were by far the best price! You can rent hourly, half day, or a whole day. The shop is connected with the Desert Pearl Inn, so turn into the hotel parking lot and it is the front building. When we walked in, Hunter greeted us kindly and walked us through how to use the bikes. He also has locks and phone holders for every bike. The seats were SO comfortable. I'm normally sensitive with bike seats, but I had no soreness the next day. His recommendations for where to ride were very helpful! He even told us about a small hidden hike! We loved renting these ebikes so much, that we rented them again the next day! read more
