Cole and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful! I was unaware you could reserve E-bikes in advance, but Cole managed to secure two for my friend and me. He also did a fantastic job making my friend comfortable with the e-bike instructions, as it was her first time. I've rented e-bikes before and struggled with the assist, but this bike worked perfectly. The best part is that if you run out of battery or encounter an issue you can't resolve, they provide a number to call for assistance or a replacement bike. I come to Zion quite often. We loved our e-bike experience! The kids had a blast, we got to skip the long shuttle lines and saw so much of the park. Bikes worked great - no issues, they had bungee cords to strap down our stuff and bike locks. I had an accident on the way back (user error) and the guys were so nice about it. They were so caring and helped bandage my hand and didn't charge me for the broken part. Great locally owned business - easy to work with and gave great suggestions on how to see more of the park. Honestly, I wish I could give this joint more stars. They were so great - beyond amazing customer service. I'd made a reservation for 2, but expecting traffic along the way. We arrived at 4:30, hopeful we could make something work. They were great, acted like it was no big deal and got us set up right away. My daughter was a little nervous about the e bike thing but they helped her get comfortable and insisted that if we tried them and didn't like it, they would refund us the money we'd paid. Thankfully, once we got into the park and had the operations down it was smooth sailing. The bikes were great! We had such a good time and got to see so much more of the park than we would have by foot. When we returned we'd only used a few hours and they offered to refund us for the time we didn't use. So above and beyond! I highly recommend this spot - their equipment is great, it's located the closest to the park and the customer service could not be better. read more

We visited Zion during shuttle season when private traffic through the scenic drive was closed. Our hotel was giving a discount for e-bike rentals through Zion Peddlers so we decided to give it a try. The store is located super close to the pedestrian/bike entrance, which was so convenient. Trevor, the owner, and his two adorable dogs got us all set up. He gave us suggestions on which hikes to take and informed us about stopping to let shuttles pass, etc. We felt confident about going in and exploring ourselves. I loved that there was a bike friendly route all the way into the park, and once in the park we only needed to worry about the occasional shuttle! The bikes were in great shape and ran perfectly. We zipped through the entire park with no problems. We definitely will be returning with friends and family! read more

Our family of four rented 2 Radwagons for the day in Zion and could not recommend Zion Peddler more highly. The location right outside the park was extremely convenient, and the staff provided excellent instructions/recommendations for an amazing day in Zion. Everything you want in a touristy service - convenient location (.4 mi from park entrance), easy parking, fair pricing, knowledgeable staff, top of the line reliable equipment, and cute doggies to greet you. Our legs were tired from hiking so we opted to take e bikes out last minute having done no research and this was totally the play. Felt super safe because the only cars really driving in the park are the shuttles which are few and far between. You can see all the most beautiful sights in Zion better with a bike, and skip the long shuttle lines. The staff helped us map out an easy to follow route and told us of some secret hidden spots. Also it's in a cute center with really good coffee next door to grab after. Would change nothing about this place! read more

One of the best experiences of any trip we've been on. Price includes the entire day, allowing for 12+ hours of use anywhere in Zion or in Springdale. Trevor is the absolute man and his dogs Cooper and Pickles are super rad customer service reps. The process is very easy, they take you through a quick training overview for every experience level and give you tips on the best places to stop. There were no lines (end of April) and all of the staff were friendly and tremendously helpful. THERE'S NO BETTER WAY TO SEE ZION! This was an unbelievable experience. The park is closed to cars with the exception of the shuttle and maybe some locals? That means the road is all yours for biking and with their ebikes you can do and see so much more in less time and effort. We did two of the most popular hikes in 6 hours and would not have been able to all that in such a short time if we were waiting for the shuttle to pick and drop us off. We had so much fun on these EBikes and it was hands down the best way to experience Zion Canyon. The bikes were comfortable and rode really well. The reason I took a star away is because the young boy who helped us get our bikes that morning wasn't very friendly- when we asked if we could choose the color of our bike (which we expected we would be able to from what we read online), he was cold in his response and acted really annoyed that we would ask. We ended up just using the bikes that were easiest for him to access because we didn't want to bother him (although we were the only customers there and they had many bikes available to choose from at the time). Overall a super fun experience, I was just sad we missed out on the amazing customer service we read about in previous reviews. read more

Ebikes are the best way to expirence Zion and Zion Peddlers is the best place to rent them from. When booking our rentals, Trevor gave us tips on what to do for the day. He recommended an awesome sunrise hike to Canyon Overlook trail and suggested we take the ebikes afterwards to Angels Landing. He then gave us a bonus rec on where to eat, Oscars (a tasty burger joint) and The Bit(bar/restaurant). This guy was very informative and knowledgeable. Sharon, his mom, assisted us with a training class to make sure we were well prepared for any issues with our bikes. This place allows you to park for free which eliminates another headache when planning your visit. Everyone here was very helpful and the ebikes were comfortable compared to others that we saw around the area. Absolutely awesome! A must do for all visitors to Zion!!! We decided kinda last minute to try to do a day of biking through the park and basically the only place we found that had e-bikes to rent was Zion Peddler and boy are we happy we found them! Trevor and his team (and dog) were so cool and chill and helpful. Their prices are comparable to every other place you can rent e-bikes in Springdale, but they are brand new bikes, in great condition, and are legitimately better than other e-bikes around! We passed up so many other e-bikers in the park it was hilarious! The bikes were easy to ride and they include a lock and helmet and short intro course to the bike with each rental. Plus they have parking right on site at their shop and it's almost exactly across the street from the pedestrian & bike entrance to the park (a parking spot on the street in front of their lot or across the street from them in the official lots cost $30-$50 per day!).The rental was for the entire day, from when we booked the pickup time until they closed (which was 8pm in June 2021). read more

An absolute blast! The best way to explore and cruise the canyon! Zion NP is an absolute zoo. The shuttle, trying to get tickets for the shuttle or other shuttle agency, or deciding to hike into the park. Skip the stress and cruise through. A lot of people looked miserable, when you're at a NP you should be smiling! You will no doubt be smiling on the e-bike! If you have never been on an e-bike, this is a great experience. You have to freedom of the road to learn with your only stress being when to pull over for the shuttle. Zion Peddler gives you the freedom of scheduling an hourly slot to book your reservation. Other e-bike companies wanted us there at a specific time early in the morning. An easy check in, gear grab, and instructions thanks to the staff. If you plan to go off roading, get the model R. The X and Y are road bikes. My brother is planning to go to Zion soon and I told him to not even think twice and book. If you're worried about the price, just think about what your time is worth to have an amazing time cruising with the freedom to stop and explore anywhere. I can go on and on, just do it! read more

E-bikes not only allow one to avoid the lines and hassle of the buses, they allow one to experience the park fully, taking in the sights and stopping where-ever. E-bikes allow for a more complete experience and great a much more memorable experience. Now that the value of E-bikes at Zion is clear, Zion Peddler is the BEST shop to rent them. The reservation process is clear and friendly. Zion Peddler has several models, and all appear to be in excellent condition. They also have a great selection of colors (which the kids enjoyed.) These e-bikes are easy to ride and more powerful than expected. The reservation and quality of the bikes would be enough, but the service and helpfulness of the staff made the day even more enjoyable. They took the time to assure everyone knew what to do and were comfortable. They were patient with us and answered all of our questions, including offering some recommendations. It definitely added to the overall experience. Each of the kids took time to thank me personally for the experience, but it was Zion Peddlers that deserved the thanks. It was definitely the highlight of our extremely full Utah vacation; we will be back! read more
