Stewart was the person that helped us. He explained everything and let us tested out first. We rented a double plus a pet carrier for our dog. Which was so much fun for all of us. Only reason why I would only gave a 4 stars is because their cancellation policy. The night before our ride, the whole town and town next to us electricity was out for several hour. So we thought of just driving home if the electricity wasn't going turn on soon. We had asked if we can cancel because of this and they said no refund. Only a credit to use within 2 yrs. Even if it is due to weather. Electricity did come back on 3 hrs later. So I'm glad everything turns out good. Beside that I would go back and rent from them again.

We spoke with Fiona the day prior to when we wanted to go e-biking. She was able to help and accommodate with last minute reservations and my group was able to complete the waiver ahead of time. Once you arrive, they'll have you watch a quick safety video and then explain the mechanics of the e-bike. It's fairly easy and straightforward. Their shop offered options for e-bikes, but they will assign one to you based on your needs. Be sure to ask if one with a basket is available! They are a game changer. If you plan on doing the Narrows, their e-bikes do have a compartment near the back tire to insert your hiking stick. Another thing to note, they have parking available behind their shop. The entrance is in the side of the building with the light gravel. Very convenient since you don't need to worry about street parking. We had no issues whatsoever during the trip. We even had some guests inquire about our e-bikes and where we rented them since they didn't seem too fond of what they rented themselves. We had zero complaints and only good things to tell them. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

The owners are suuuuper nice, chill, and very knowledgeable. They were really attentive and answered all of our questions with passion for Zion and the e-bikes themselves. All of our bikes were relatively new-so we didn't have any issues at all with the mechanics or battery life. They are tucked in between Oscars restaurant and the gift store. You'll see all the bikes on the street...but you walk as if you are going to Oscars and it's a door on your left. Highly recommend- will be our go-to for bike rentals.

Some didn't respond, and others were clearly pricing to pay for their expensive storefronts. When Nestor at Blue Raven emailed us back, we discussed the bikes we would need for our family of 6 (kids aged 7-17) and then stopped by to make sure there was a fit for our 10-yr-old. There was! We made a reservation for the next day. From beginning to end, Nestor and his wife made us feel like family. It was our first time on e-bikes, so they took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we were comfortable with the pedal assist and throttle. The kids took a few practice laps across the street in the City Hall parking lot. And we were off! Navigation was easy thanks to a digital map they sent us. If you've never used an e-bike, you'll be amazed at how easy they are to operate, and grateful for the uphill help. (The Snow Canyon route is uphill nearly all the way in.) We rented the bikes for 4 hours and Nestor made clear that we didn't need to "rush back", he wasn't going to charge us extra if we were a little late. And he also assured us that if our plans changed last-minute, there would be no cancellation fee. This approach was so refreshing, especially after being nickeled, dimed, and hidden-charged by so many other places during our vacation! Oh, and can't forget to say that Blue Raven was half the price of any other place that actually responded to our inquiries! Half! If you're looking for a thoroughly enjoyable experience that goes far beyond the phenomenal beauty of Snow Canyon and leaves you feeling great about the whole thing, start here.

Tracey was the GOAT! - she is the new owner of this bike rental establishment…read more We called the day before and reserved 2 bikes for the next day for pick up at 8:30. We were given instructions to enter the Zion gate and go to the visitors center parking lot to meet up and get the bikes. Well...the line to get into the Zion gate that day was unusually LONG...so we called her and she sent us a (map) pin to meet her back outside the gates and she was waiting for us. Tracey and her cute son unloaded the 2 bikes and gave us a lesson. (we also needed to sign waivers) Because of the kerfuffle with finding her - she said we could keep the bikes all day if we wanted (we only rented for 1/2 day) - but we assured her our delicate little bums could not handle all day on the bikes anyway... I was unaware of how this part of Zion works, but basically it is a 10 mile road that starts with a bike path, then goes to road. This city girl was quite nervous, but there is basically only shuttle busses on this road, and they wait for you to pull over before they pass you, so it isn't too scary. There are lots of places to pull over and look at the scenery or to take a hike. There are baskets and bungee cords on the bikes for your gear. The bikes get up to about 20 mph at max speed and we got used to them pretty quickly. The bikes are heavy when not moving FYI. We were also given helmets. Returning was easy, We called Tracey - she was not quite available, so she told us exactly were to lock them up and send a photo. This was one of the funnest things we did on vacation.

Rapid cycling was recommended by a friend to clean up my road bike, the service team was honest…read moreabout what they thought the bike really needed, but they also worked with the budget that I could afford to do at the time to work on my bike. It was a simple replacement of an old chain, but they also do a general check to make sure the bike is safe. Took it out for a little spin and the bike rode better than before. Saving up to get a full bike check. The tool wall is a site for anyone who loves clean tool organization.
