This was the best E-bike experience and customer service of my life. My boyfriend and I were visiting Zion for 16 hours and initially had no intention of renting bikes. On our walk back from dinner, the owner of the business struck up a friendly conversation with us outside of the shop. He came off as very kind and genuine, and convinced us to adjust our hiking plans to include E-biking. I am SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL he did!! This was the highlight of our entire Zion trip. We needed accommodations, since we were leaving at 6 AM for the trails and needed access to the bikes before the store opened. The owners generously provided us with a special lock combo to access the bikes early in the morning. We ended up chatting with the owner for over 20 minutes, and he even offered us free cold beverages and an additional "Friends" discount. This was the cherry on top, considering that the price of renting was the lowest in town. The E-bikes were easy to use, high-power, and gave us the most scenic views of the park. The bikes were fun and in good working order. The thing I found frustrating was that even with a reservation it took about 40 mins to get our bikes. When we got to the shop shortly before 9am on a Sunday during spring break there was only 1 employee there, which contributed to the long wait. This feels extra long when you have small children with you and you're trapped in a rather small space. The employees don't serve you based on reservation time, but rather on who gets there first. All your reservation does is ensure the type of bike you want is available when you get to the front of the line. It also would have been nice if there were signs posted in the small lot in the back that there is an additional parking lot where you can park for free. I overheard them telling this to another customer after we had already paid for parking elsewhere. read more

This is hands down the best e-bike rental shop in Zion! The customer service was phenomenal-friendly, patient, and eager to make sure we had a great time. We rented for 4hrs and it ended up being plenty for us since we didn't pack appropriately for the weather! It was freezing after sunset so make sure to bundle up any exposed body parts because you will be frozen! Lol. Easy trail since it's completely paved and the e-bike has a kickstart feature which will boost you uphill it was AMAZING! They loaned us all the gear we needed like helmets, headlights, and bike locks, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. You have to watch an intro video before leaving the shop so pay attention to it! It gave us confidence and clear guidance on the trails and riding rules. There is no other way to see Zion other than on an e-bike! These are pedal assist ebikes, and the person who answered the phone when I called about all the different bike options was able to advise which bike would work best for me and my family members. We got 2 of their Harley Davidson e bikes--recommended because they had good power and speed, and also changed gears on their own. Price was a little more (maybe 20 bucks) for the Harley's than the regular ones, but it was worth it. We also got one magnum payload which my husband rode with my 10 year old, which is a larger/longer bike with a sort of flat padded bike rack in the back where my kiddo sat. .lYou need to be at least 12 and I think at least about 4'11" tall to ride one on your own, so it was nice there was an option for my kid who wasn't quite old enough to do that. The payload is actually good to even have a 2nd adult on the back as well, so long as you stay below the 300-400lb limit between the two riders. Our magnum had no seatbelt/safety straps and kid had to hold onto dad for the ride, but some other payloads did have handles or some bars around the rack area to hang onto (for younger kids). We ended up renting for an entire day just so we wouldn't have to rush around. We were able to ride to the emerald pools hike, finish the hike, and then ride down to the Zion lodge for lunch. We then climbed back on and rode to the end of the road and did the riverwalk hike. Seeing the steep colorful rock walls around you while zooming down a wide bike path, and stopping anywhere you'd like to take pictures and take in the view is amazing vs waiting in hours long lines and being crammed into a bus . The road is closed to cars, and even when the bus approaches they aren't allowed to pass until you pull over so it feels really safe. Since the road into the park is all uphill, the pedal assist was key to easy enjoyment. All in all a 10 star experience, lots of bikes to rent and choose from (even ones with toddler seats and other contraptions for multiple kids on one adult bike. Only issue we had was that we rented online the evening prior and the morning we arrived they didn't have our name at first. So after renting online may be good to call and confirm they have your reservation. Would rent bikes from here again in a heartbeat! read more

We pre-booked a half day or 4 hour rental. When we got there, they were anticipating our party and recognized my name. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, easy-going and so very helpful to explain everything. We left the shop feeling very confident that if anything should do wrong, they would do everything they could to help us. However, keep in mind once your inside the park, there will be no reception. Anyways, we took the Ebikes into the park and ride the Pa'rus trail and then biked all the way to the Temple of Sinawava. We took our time and stopped several times to enjoy the view, or adjust something or to take pics and videos of each other however we did not stop to take any hikes. The longest stop was to get some frozen sorbet from the sorbet truck. We wanted the most of our time to be spent just enjoy the bikes. We all felt 4 hours was the perfect amount of time for us. But I think 3 hours would be just as doable. Ebiking in Zion was our absolute favorite thing we did in our entire Zion/Bruce trip and I can't wait to do it again. I will 100% be going back to this same shop as they made the rental process so easy and the bikes we got were in such great shape. read more

We were ready to roll in 15mins. They were the only place I saw that had a cargo bike so that I could fit all three kids (6 and under) on one bike. People are not that nice about ebikes on the actual trails they don't like to let you pass even if you ring your bell. But we made it work well enough. We wanted to leave early in the morning so we could hike Angel's Landing - they were so accommodating! We decided on a whim to do e-bikes through Zion NP. This was the first place I called and I'm so glad I did, I didn't need to look any further. At Ebikes they were so kind and accommodating. The location is 1/2 mile from the entrance to Zion NP. The staff gave us directions to which bike path to take and even where to go for the hike we were interested in. There are bike locking stations at every shuttle stop so you can hike knowing that your bike is safe. Locks and helmets are provided. There is a nice restroom as well. Amazing location to rent an E-Bike for your Zion adventures!!! First off, super easy location to find. Right on the main drag, across from Meme's cafe and right next to the Shell station. Rental process and sign up are superlatively simple. Make sure to have your phone handy to scan the QR code for release and waiver. Second, great selection of rental E-Bikes available at this location. BTW if you get hooked on riding these insanely fun bikes, the rental store has a sales affiliate in Saint George. Third, just a short ride to the entrance of the park. Very easy to find, but make sure to use the pedestrian entrance, not the motor vehicle. The pedestrian entrance is last right turn, just before the main vehicular entrance. From there you are off for a blast. Lastly, the wonderful people running the rental shop are amazing. Very nice and super personable. From the introduction on using and riding an E-Bike to assistance getting to the park, they provided the level of service expected at any 5 star resort.
