Amazingly friendly staff, especially Stephen when he immediately returned our call. Rented last minute to make our permit time and it was so much fun we came back to rent the next day. Stephen immediately recognized us and made us feel like we'd been returning customers for years. I'll definitely be returning to Zion and renting from here again. The freedom to roam without the schedule of the bus line is unmatched, plus the bonus discount at Onyx Pizza was the unexpected well needed perk at the end of a long adventure.
Absolutely amazing experience with E-bikes Zion as through the week they approached us walking down the street asking if we had interest in renting. We heard them out because we were, and were glad we did. We previously rented from another e-bike shop, and it was so/so. No personal touch and the bikes were nothing special. E-bikes Zion will match any other e-bike shop offering a lower price on the strip. Their associates are super approachable, knowledgeable and honestly just fun. They made sure we had everything we needed, were educated and ready to have fun- as we did just that, have fun. These bikes WHIP, and are so much better than the others we rented, for a cheaper price. Stop in and show them some love, they're amazing and deserve every penny!
This was the best E-bike experience and customer service of my life. My boyfriend and I were visiting Zion for 16 hours and initially had no intention of renting bikes. On our walk back from dinner, the owner of the business struck up a friendly conversation with us outside of the shop. He came off as very kind and genuine, and convinced us to adjust our hiking plans to include E-biking. I am SO INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL he did!! This was the highlight of our entire Zion trip. We needed accommodations, since we were leaving at 6 AM for the trails and needed access to the bikes before the store opened. The owners generously provided us with a special lock combo to access the bikes early in the morning. We ended up chatting with the owner for over 20 minutes, and he even offered us free cold beverages and an additional "Friends" discount. This was the cherry on top, considering that the price of renting was the lowest in town. The E-bikes were easy to use, high-power, and gave us the most scenic views of the park. We were provided with clean helmets and 100% bike charge. I will DEFINITELY be renting from them again during my next trip to Zion.
We did the our first biking experience with this business and had a great experience. Pricing was reasonable for 2 people at $150 to do a 4 hour ride--which turned out to be more than enough time to explore the park. I would highly recommend choosing this place, the standard EBikes are easy to use, and the baskets make it convenient to carry your lunch + belongings.
This is hands down the best e-bike rental shop in Zion! The customer service was phenomenal-friendly, patient, and eager to make sure we had a great time. We rented for 4hrs and it ended up being plenty for us since we didn't pack appropriately for the weather! It was freezing after sunset so make sure to bundle up any exposed body parts because you will be frozen! Lol. Easy trail since it's completely paved and the e-bike has a kickstart feature which will boost you uphill it was AMAZING! They loaned us all the gear we needed like helmets, headlights, and bike locks, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. You have to watch an intro video before leaving the shop so pay attention to it! It gave us confidence and clear guidance on the trails and riding rules. On top of that, the prices were the best we found in the area. Can't wait to rent from them again on our next trip! Spectacular views it was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the park if I could give them 10 stars I would they absolutely deserve more than 5 :)
There is no other way to see Zion other than on an e-bike! These are pedal assist ebikes, and the person who answered the phone when I called about all the different bike options was able to advise which bike would work best for me and my family members. We got 2 of their Harley Davidson e bikes--recommended because they had good power and speed, and also changed gears on their own. Price was a little more (maybe 20 bucks) for the Harley's than the regular ones, but it was worth it. We also got one magnum payload which my husband rode with my 10 year old, which is a larger/longer bike with a sort of flat padded bike rack in the back where my kiddo sat. .lYou need to be at least 12 and I think at least about 4'11" tall to ride one on your own, so it was nice there was an option for my kid who wasn't quite old enough to do that. The payload is actually good to even have a 2nd adult on the back as well, so long as you stay below the 300-400lb limit between the two riders. Our magnum had no seatbelt/safety straps and kid had to hold onto dad for the ride, but some other payloads did have handles or some bars around the rack area to hang onto (for younger kids). We ended up renting for an entire day just so we wouldn't have to rush around. We were able to ride to the emerald pools hike, finish the hike, and then ride down to the Zion lodge for lunch. We then climbed back on and rode to the end of the road and did the riverwalk hike. Seeing the steep colorful rock walls around you while zooming down a wide bike path, and stopping anywhere you'd like to take pictures and take in the view is amazing vs waiting in hours long lines and being crammed into a bus . The road is closed to cars, and even when the bus approaches they aren't allowed to pass until you pull over so it feels really safe. Since the road into the park is all uphill, the pedal assist was key to easy enjoyment. All in all a 10 star experience, lots of bikes to rent and choose from (even ones with toddler seats and other contraptions for multiple kids on one adult bike. Only issue we had was that we rented online the evening prior and the morning we arrived they didn't have our name at first. So after renting online may be good to call and confirm they have your reservation. Would rent bikes from here again in a heartbeat!
KADE was very helpful from my first call. We had quite a few bikes to rent and he even worked with my son making sure he could fit into the right bike. The bikes were quality and well upkept. ++++ run business, we would highly recommend
These bikes were super easy to ride, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful when instructing us how to use our e-bikes. This was the best way to go around Zion without having to wait in long shuttle lines.
We pre-booked a half day or 4 hour rental. When we got there, they were anticipating our party and recognized my name. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, easy-going and so very helpful to explain everything. We left the shop feeling very confident that if anything should do wrong, they would do everything they could to help us. However, keep in mind once your inside the park, there will be no reception. Anyways, we took the Ebikes into the park and ride the Pa'rus trail and then biked all the way to the Temple of Sinawava. We took our time and stopped several times to enjoy the view, or adjust something or to take pics and videos of each other however we did not stop to take any hikes. The longest stop was to get some frozen sorbet from the sorbet truck. We wanted the most of our time to be spent just enjoy the bikes. We all felt 4 hours was the perfect amount of time for us. But I think 3 hours would be just as doable. Ebiking in Zion was our absolute favorite thing we did in our entire Zion/Bruce trip and I can't wait to do it again. I will 100% be going back to this same shop as they made the rental process so easy and the bikes we got were in such great shape.

Everyone here was so nice and accommodating. My husband and I decided last minute to try the ebike into Zion NP. We never ride one before so we asked if we can just try it out first. Stewart was the person that helped us. He explained everything and let us tested out first. We rented a double plus a pet carrier for our dog. Which was so much fun for all of us. Only reason why I would only gave a 4 stars is because their cancellation policy. The night before our ride, the whole town and town next to us electricity was out for several hour. So we thought of just driving home if the electricity wasn't going turn on soon. We had asked if we can cancel because of this and they said no refund. Only a credit to use within 2 yrs. Even if it is due to weather. Electricity did come back on 3 hrs later. So I'm glad everything turns out good. Beside that I would go back and rent from them again. read more

Great experience! This will become my go to spot for rentals when I visit. And one I will recommend. The staff were very friendly and informative. We spoke with Fiona the day prior to when we wanted to go e-biking. She was able to help and accommodate with last minute reservations and my group was able to complete the waiver ahead of time. Once you arrive, they'll have you watch a quick safety video and then explain the mechanics of the e-bike. It's fairly easy and straightforward. Their shop offered options for e-bikes, but they will assign one to you based on your needs. Be sure to ask if one with a basket is available! They are a game changer. If you plan on doing the Narrows, their e-bikes do have a compartment near the back tire to insert your hiking stick. Another thing to note, they have parking available behind their shop. The entrance is in the side of the building with the light gravel. Very convenient since you don't need to worry about street parking. We had no issues whatsoever during the trip. We even had some guests inquire about our e-bikes and where we rented them since they didn't seem too fond of what they rented themselves. We had zero complaints and only good things to tell them. Again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. read more

We had the best customer service from the owners wife/co-owner. She was very kind and helpful. So was Garrett I believe his name was. He knew all the places to go. I feel e-bikes are a great way to get around Zion and avoid most of the crowds. It was a reasonable price and the process is very easy signing the waivers and doing hands-on instruction. We were ready to roll in 15mins. They were the only place I saw that had a cargo bike so that I could fit all three kids (6 and under) on one bike. People are not that nice about ebikes on the actual trails they don't like to let you pass even if you ring your bell. But we made it work well enough. Most of the trek is uphill after the majority of the foot traffic anyways. We took it up to the Grotto station. read more

My boyfriend and I visited Zion January of 2024 and had such a great experience here! Neither of us had ridden an e-bike before and we hadn't planned on using them for our trip, but after some late night research the day before we were planning on visiting Zion, we decided we wanted e-bikes. We called the morning of, and they were so kind and accommodating and answered all our questions. We were able to book online and I made a mistake choosing a bike that was too big for me, and once we arrived they were able to swap it without any issues. They have a short, but informative video to watch about safety and regulations through the park, then they had us on our way! They have exceptional customer service and a wide variety of bikes to choose from. So glad we went with them for our trip. read more
Easy check in and out experience. Parking is great - go to the back of the store for ample parking. Shuai gave us great customer service and helped us to find bikes that worked for our heights. We used the newest Harley ebikes and they were so smooth. 5 levels of speed including electric option off, eco, tour, sport and boost. We would 100% come back! read more

Amazing customer service! Was staying at the Springfield suites and this was the first Ebike place to rent from on the way towards the park. I had checked a few others and the prices are similar however this was the best rate and closest to the hotel. There is no other way to do Zion! If you are in decent shape (I mean it's an ebike!!) there is no better way to see Zion. We stopped along the shuttle and bike only road and saw things others missed out on being in the shuttle. Suggest riding to top and working way back. Hiked Riverside walk, Angels Landing (a must do), and Emerald Pools. Only way to see the park!!!!! read more

We figured e-bikes were a much better option to the crowded shuttles in the park. We reserved online for a full day. Was great to be able to park behind the business and the pickup was easy. Enjoyed riding through the park and it was easy to pull over for shuttles to pass. Never had to wait in shuttle lines-yay! Plenty of places to lock up bikes. They worked great on hills to assist peddling. First time using e-bikes. We ended up only needing them 1/2 day, but the full day offered flexibility. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience! We rented Harley Davidson Serial 1 Rush City bikes and loved every minute of our day. We wanted to leave early in the morning so we could hike Angel's Landing - they were so accommodating! We were able to get fitted for our bikes and helmets the night before and have a quick instruction session so that we could just sign our waivers and hit the road the next morning. We are also in the market for e-bikes ourselves, and they were extremely knowledgeable on the e-bike market to provide us with insight on our upcoming purchase. Biking through Zion was incredible. It allows you to see the park and all of its beauty outside of the shuttle, which was breathtaking. We would 10/10 recommend! read more

We had so much fun e-biking through Zion! This is a great location near the main gates, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We were in and out within 10-15 minutes, and rented for a half day. The bikes were very easy to learn to use. Would 10/10 recommend! read more
