    Family in The Narrows.

We were so glad we went with Zion Guru for our waterproof gear to hike the Narrows. 1. For adults, (wearing the bib version) the feet/ankle were more comfortable than some others that squeeze the ankle. 2. For kids, the size was small enough to fit my 7-year old. 3. For last minute planners like us, we were able to get 4 people fit in correct sizes the afternoon prior without previous reservations. 4. Kind, helpful and efficient 5. The phone pocket was large enough for the phone with a pocket insured the dry side, whereas other companies had the phones hanging halfway out while people walked through the water! Thank you, Zion Guru for a great product and great staff.

If there's one tip you need when visiting Zion National Park, it's this: rent an e-bike for the full day. Absolute game changer. This shop had excellent customer service and high-quality rentals, plus an impressive selection of helmets in different sizes and colors. Pricing was around $90 for a full-day adult bike, which felt fair for what you get. The employee explained that the battery lasts about 30 miles, includes a headlight for after dark, and has five speed settings. One important tip: turn your speed setting back down when you stop, otherwise you'll jolt forward when you start again (learned that quickly ). For reference, the canyon ride is about 9 miles one way, and we only used one battery notch total for the ride there and back. The bikes are a little heavy at first, but once you get the hang of it, cruising down the canyon on an almost empty road is honestly so much fun. A few helpful tips they shared: - If there aren't bike racks available, you can chain your bikes together - Watch the safety video -- it's actually useful - Check your brake angle before heading out; they can adjust it for you - There are bike tool stations inside the canyon if needed - The seats can get a bit uncomfortable after a few hours, so plan accordingly The shop is about 1.5 miles from the park entrance. There are closer rental options, but this one stood out for its bike quality, helmets, and service, so I'd still highly recommend it. For a full-day rental, you can request early pickup, and returns are due before 7 pm (as of December 2025). Overall, renting an e-bike made our Zion experience unforgettable -- 10/10 would do it again.

Zion is a beautiful national park that everyone should go to, but if we're being honest, you NEED to rent from here. Everything was super easy and the staff were very helpful. We opted for the Narrows gear with boots, socks and a stick which was honestly all we needed as we brought our own dry bag. But they did have a lot more options if you needed them. The real winner was the ebike rental though. It is a little pricey but riding through the park on the bikes was a top-tier experience. Words don't really do it justice but if you find yourself in Zion, do yourself a favor and try to rent from here!

My girls group rented from Zion Guru after learning that their waterproof bib and neoprene socks are all once piece - connected so in theory you won't get wet. We found the bib and shoes were all clean and comfortable. I have wide feet and the shoes still fit very well and didn't cause any pain throughout our hike. The staff also gives you a short presentation about the Narrows hike and you can ask questions and ask for suggestions then. Overall it was money well spent to stay dry and safe from slipping.

Zion Guru exceeded our expectations and helped us create a core family memory in the process. Nick was our guide for a 1/2 of canyoneering just outside of Zion and he was incredible. Our 4th grader did well under Nick's guidance, as he was patient and kind but at the same time was able to push her confidence level up when facing intimidating moments. We can't recommend Zion Guru enough, and we will certainly be repeat customers whenever we are back in the area.

Chris and Lindsey are both very informative and knowledgeable with years of hands-on experience. We went through equipment, safety, setup, techniques, approach, scenarios, brian storming on why, how, where, etc. and hands-on rigging, descending, belaying, rigging breakdown and clean up and retrieval of equipment.

We absolutely loved their gear and customer service was 10/10. I highly recommend this company to anyone hiking The Narrows.

We rented e-bikes and rode around the canyon and had a blast! We had a toddler and rented the child seat add on and she had the best time!!! She keeps saying she wants to go back and did not want to get off the bike. Great service from everyone and I definitely recommend renting your e-bikes here.

Amazing!! Highly recommend the E-bikes and the gear for the narrows. Super nice staff and they allow you to pick up e-bike and gear the night before for a small fee then you can start even earlier the next morning. It gets a little crowded getting the gear just be patient the staff are organized and very helpful. Cannot say enough good things about the e-bikes...EPIC Experience you won't want to miss this chance to ride throughout Zion.

They sized me and set it all up and had me test out the gears and test ride so that when we were shuttled to the trailhead we were ready to go with no adjustments. The staff at the store were cheerful, helpful, and really went beyond in my opinion. Wally, our shuttle driver was great and I'd request him in the future. We ran into him on the trail and we all stopped and he took cute pictures of us. Thanks Wally. The bikes were so great that we both want to get one. Sigh, some day. They also have bike clothes. I buy most of mine online and that can be disappointing. I got a great jersey top there. It fits! Yay! They also recommended where to get great sandwiches (Deep Creek Coffee, a block away) and wow was that a perfect recommendation. As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives. Yeah, that was a ride. Beautiful, challenging, and glorious.

The two guys at the desk were straight up ASLEEP when I walked up to the counter which cracked me up. After I stood there for a couple minutes they finally woke up and helped me right away! I like how many resources this place provides with maps, instructional videos etc. I asked for recommendations for trails and they were able to give me some good suggestions. They informed me that there was little to no elevation we would need to worry about, which wasn't entirely true, but that's why we have the e-bike! I would have felt WAY more confident on those hills if the battery on my bike didn't peter out the last 40 minutes of our ride. I wasn't able to use the assist like I wanted to for fear of it completely dying while in the park somewhere. I wasn't even using the highest level of assist the whole time I was there so I don't think there should have been any reason for it to die. My husband's bike was fine however. We opted to rent the bikes for 4 hours but if we had stayed out there longer, my bike would not have had any battery. It was charged all the way before we left so I'm not sure what went wrong. When we got back and mentioned the battery issue they, were just kind of like, "oh." The bikes were clean and overall worked well. I was happy that they had the kids seats available and our son was comfortable in it. Helmets they gave us were a little uncomfortable and worn so I recommend bringing your own if you have one. TLDR: Had a great time on the e-bikes. Bikes were in good condition, but battery died quick on one of our bikes. Definitely a fun way to see Zion especially with kids!

We used the bikes all day and had so much fun. Chris helped us with the return. We walked the bikes in and and collected our stuff in the baskets. The rental included a bike lock, basket and holder for a walking stick if going to the Narrows. When I return to Zion I'll be renting from Greater Zion E-Bikes.

The store location makes it so easy to get to Zion National Park. It's so much more convenient than waiting for the shuttle. The ebikes allowed us to stop wherever and whenever we wanted. There were so many photo opportunities that at times it was just a start and stop. As the day got hotter, the breeze from riding the ebike was refreshing. Even riding all day through the entire park with plenty of stops, the bikes still had plenty of charge left.
