E-Bikes with Greater Zion E-Bikes had a coupon available that I saw through their Instagram! My husband and I rented e-bikes with Greater Zion E-Bikes! They were fantastic! Their team members really helped us have a good time, and their customer service was great. They are very nice, helpful and they explained everything we needed to know to ride the bike. The bikes were all working properly when we got them! We spent some time exploring Zion with the E-Bikes. Using E-Bikes helped us explore at Zion the area at a lot faster pace than if we had been using traditional bicycles. One big advantage is being able to see the beautiful Zion views without having to worry about where you will be able to park your car too! We would rent from Greater Zion E-Bikes again, and would definitely recommend them to everyone who comes to Zion and is interested in using E-Bike rentals! read more

Overall, had a we had a great time renting E-bikes and riding through Zion. We happened to discover this business while we were grabbing coffee next door. The two guys at the desk were straight up ASLEEP when I walked up to the counter which cracked me up. After I stood there for a couple minutes they finally woke up and helped me right away! I like how many resources this place provides with maps, instructional videos etc. I asked for recommendations for trails and they were able to give me some good suggestions. They informed me that there was little to no elevation we would need to worry about, which wasn't entirely true, but that's why we have the e-bike! I would have felt WAY more confident on those hills if the battery on my bike didn't peter out the last 40 minutes of our ride. I wasn't able to use the assist like I wanted to for fear of it completely dying while in the park somewhere. I wasn't even using the highest level of assist the whole time I was there so I don't think there should have been any reason for it to die. My husband's bike was fine however. We opted to rent the bikes for 4 hours but if we had stayed out there longer, my bike would not have had any battery. It was charged all the way before we left so I'm not sure what went wrong. When we got back and mentioned the battery issue they, were just kind of like, "oh." The bikes were clean and overall worked well. I was happy that they had the kids seats available and our son was comfortable in it. Helmets they gave us were a little uncomfortable and worn so I recommend bringing your own if you have one. TLDR: Had a great time on the e-bikes. Bikes were in good condition, but battery died quick on one of our bikes. Definitely a fun way to see Zion especially with kids! read more

This was our first time doing bikes through the park and we had THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience!!! Hunter made our adventure stress free and SO FUN! He recommended the perfect bikes to fit our family of seven (kids ages varying from 13-1). Every detail was attended to, and our boys had a blast! Darby and Anthony made sure we were equipped with all we needed, and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out of the shop! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!! This was truly an experience our family won't forget, and one we'll be talking about for a long time to come! The bikes at Greater Zion were top quality and we had zero issues! Great customer service. This shop is located in a shared space with a coffee shop. Made the reservation online. Thisnwas my first time riding an e bike and they really gave great directions. Helment included. From here you can ride to the park. They even provide detailed instructions on how to get there. Totally worth it and I would rent again. read more

First time visiting Zion and feedback from others travelers was to use an e-Bike instead of the shuttles in the park. I chose Greater Zion E-Bikes because I found a coupon code for the rental. I reserved the bikes online a week prior. On arrival the guys who checked us in were professional, thorough, courteous and showed us a great video on the route once we left the shop. They gave great instructions on how to use the e-Bikes. We used the bikes all day and had so much fun. Chris helped us with the return. We walked the bikes in and and collected our stuff in the baskets. The rental included a bike lock, basket and holder for a walking stick if going to the Narrows. When I return to Zion I'll be renting from Greater Zion E-Bikes. read more

Incredibly nice people to deal with. My wife and I decided to use e-bikes to see Zion. We found the staff to be incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. Took the time to set up my wife's bike with a better seat. They gave us a map and showed us some cool places to stop. The bikes are comfortable and efficient. You have you're know what you doing and be a good bike rider because you can move pretty fast. It was such a great adventure and you got to see so much of the park and you could stop whenever you want to versus going on a bus. read more

Staff was very helpful, responsive and friendly, both in person and when I called in advance. I was doing an early morning ride to spend the day up the canyon. They set everything up for me the day before (bike orientation and route info) so I could pick up the bike before they opened the next day. Everything went very well. The bike was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. Extra props to the staff for offering great tips on places to stop and things to do. read more

100% would recommend going here to get your e-bikes. It was such a beautiful experience to be able to ride these amazing e-bikes. The employees were such great help. They gave a us a full run down on how to use the bikes and where to go. They even had an orientation video showing us where to ride and the turns we need to take to get us to the right path. read more

Found a coupon on Yelp! Look at the photos for it. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I was nervous since it was my first time riding an e bike but he helped us out and made me comfortable. It was the best way to see the park, totally worth it not having to wait for the shuttle. Great bikes, never have any issues with them and we've rented here multiple times. Good knowledgeable staff. Shared space with a fun local coffee shop. Pricing is average for Zion. $96/bike for 8 hour full day. They have been flexible on us changing our reservation which we appreciate. Awesome location because riding into Zion is very quick and convenient! read more

Great experience! The staff is very chill and friendly, which made the whole rental experience easy. We absolutely loved our experience with the e-bikes and actually came back our second day to rent them again. Once you ride an e-bike through Zion, you'll never want to take a shuttle again!! Wow! What a great experience! We scheduled a last minute rental with Hunter and couldn't be more impressed with everything from the moment we walked in the door to pick up our bikes. Super clean shop, very well maintained bikes, and excellent communication from the shop staff. This is the best way to explore Zion. The bikes were very comfortable to ride, including our 6 yr old daughter who rode on the passenger seat and absolutely loved it. Can't wait to come back! read more

The pick-up time was flexible, and they open early too (7am)! We were helped by Anthony, he explained everything in detail yet efficiently so we could go on our adventure! The bikes we had were Rad Runner, riders range from 4'11 to 5'11. They fit great and were in good condition. Plus the provided helmets were clean and in good condition (especially the inner liners/protection foam).

We did the morning Half Day Family Slot Canyon Tour at Lambs Knoll, and our guide Forrest made the…read moretrip. While some of us had rappelled before, none of us had been canyoneering. Forrest struck the perfect balance -- fun, knowledgeable, and great with kids -- so everyone felt completely safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Our 9- and 11-year-olds crushed 50-foot rappels and were so proud of themselves. Highly recommend, and we'd book with Forrest and Zion Adventures again without hesitation. We also rented our Narrows gear through them, using the new Virgin location instead of Springdale. It was more convenient for us since we were staying in Hurricane, making it easy to pick up gear the night before. Easy process, and Maile made sure we had everything we needed plus all the info necessary to stay safe on the hike. One tip: if you're not staying in Springdale and are booking a canyoneering tour, book the Virgin location. It's right by Kolob Canyon Road where Lambs Knoll is, so it saves you the drive into Springdale.

They give the best customer service with their knowledge, friendliness, and patience. They made sure we were on the right bikes for our height and comfort level. Each bike was taken around the store to make sure everything was in working order before we hopped on them. Rental includes the bike lock, helmet and carryon pack. The store location makes it so easy to get to Zion National Park. It's so much more convenient than waiting for the shuttle. The ebikes allowed us to stop wherever and whenever we wanted. There were so many photo opportunities that at times it was just a start and stop. As the day got hotter, the breeze from riding the ebike was refreshing. Even riding all day through the entire park with plenty of stops, the bikes still had plenty of charge left.
