Ok I guess I'm the only one who had a great experience with Brandon and the company as a whole. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 15 + years and I got tired of looking at the all discounts/freebies for new customers on their web site over the years. I contacted them and asked what do you have for long time loyal customers because I wanted a new phone and I was told absolutely nothing for current customers. This kind of left a bad tast in my mouth because I have been with them for so long and I was not offered 0 for my loyalty and some Joe shmo walks in and gets the goodies. I looked at US cellular and they had a promo of up to $650 for switching phone numbers to them so I went over to find out more, I know I'm not getting $650 to switch over. Brandon went over all the options/promos and I was only eligible for $250 off the galaxy S9 with a $100 gift card, well that's a total of $350 which is not bad so I bought the S9, two week new on the market which I didn't know. Well US Cellular is now my new cell company and the whole experience was easy with no activation fees and forward pricing. In the S9 box was a so called $100 retail value wired headphones by Harmon that actually sounded very good but lacked bass, I transferred music in via computer to test them into the phone. Crisp/tight with nice highs and very clear for ear buds. All Verizon had to do is look at my length of time with them and if they threw like $50 off a new phone I would have felt good and bought a new phone from them but unfortunately they could care less even when I told the of the US Cell promos, so I'm a new US cellular customer now. read more

US Cellular is that flagship feel good brand brand that cares so much about their customers. Have been a customer for about 15 years now. If something is wrong they make it right. They always have cool new products to try that you can easily bill products to pay later or pay now. Lots of promotions going on all the time. Very good service. Payment arrangements are easy breezy. They aren't quick to disconnect long time customers if your late paying. Brandon has been a jewel to work with. Beyond knowledgeable. He knows the products, features, pros, cons, and always makes very smart recommendations based our family needs and lifestyle. Everything he recommends we never regret purchasing. He doesnt feel pushy or sales driven. He listens and knows our family dynamic and recommends accordingly. Makes sure I'm saving and a great multi tasker. We went with US. Cellular due to their promotion that they would pay our early termination fees, that was in August. As instructed, we brought in our old phones with a copy of my last bill from previous company to obtain our early termination refund. At first we were advised we did not return our phones (how did the refund process start then)? Then they advised the issue was escalated and we would receive the refund (not store credit as I demanded as it was their error). I have finally received the refund cards in the mail...my name is spelled incorrectly and they are for store credit. If I had the extra money, to pay off my phones, I would be leaving them today. read more

This applies to all us cellulars....apparently they have stopped swapping out batteries-the practice that set them apart from the rest. They did this without notice to customers....the janesville store claims no one used the service! The other store across the street in janesville said even if we did still swap we didnt swap yours. (1 Of the hottest phones on market) had I known about this I wouldve switched carrieers before buying this phone. I couldve saved alot of money on a better plan. What a pile of hooey. read more

I would like to give it less but it will not allow me to. This is a corporate store. My husband came in with a kyocera phone with a frozen screen. They supposedly tried everything to get it to work even had there tech look at it. Even told him he didnt have sim card in his phone. So all his info was supposedly gone. Then he got the run around trying to get a loaner phone. Non of the employees could figure out how to get his number to the new phone. He got 1 loaner that he gad to buy wtf! And went home with another because it was going to take up to 24 hrs to activate. All I have to say is u better train your Incompetent Staff. Since he had to bring his original phone home to send out to get fixed. I decided to take a look at it. I got it to work. It's called the internet. Seriously I used the internet to figure it out. It took me all about 10 min. And it took you staff three hrs. When he could have been working. Try holding down the power button an the volume button at the same time. And it resets the phone. And as far as the sim card that wasn't there take another look cause I found it just fine. I have been with us cell for a long time. I am not happy with store at all.
