So I went to the next closest store on 68th and Greenfield. That staff knew what would work for me immediately and I walked out 20 minutes later with an iPhone 13, and a great sounding JBL speaker I purchased on a whim as well. It was worth driving the extra mile and a half for knowledgeable and very friendly service. As a result that location on 68th and Greenfield got two sales and my money.     Worst customer service ever! Purchased our phones back in June of 2017. Told our bill would be…read morearound $200 per month with all the fees, taxes, etc. First bill was almost $400. I figured ok first bill might be high since the way billing worked but nope next months bill was $360. Called US Cellular and they said they can't understand why they would have ever told me that. After hours on the phone and speaking to many different departments they were able to get my bill down to under $200. Everything they told us in the store was a lie. We also purchased screen protectors that came with a lifetime warranty and free replacement. My 15 year old son went in to change his cracked and peeling screen protector for the first time (18 months later) and they said it would be $10. He called me because he wasn't sure what to do. I asked to talk to the guy, Eddy, and he told me nothing on our account said we purchased them. I said that I have had nothing but problems with that store from the beginning and they are liars. He said that he would replace one time but never again and I said don't worry because we wouldn't be back. After I hung up with him he told my son he was very disrespectful and he shouldn't have called his mom and that his mom should never act like that. Well I got one better for you Eddy, don't lie and people won't act like that. Save your money and find another reputable dealer to help you! Thank goodness US Cellular had great customer service.

I was given an option that saved me $1800 over 36 months and a $200 gift card. Everything was explained except that I had to use my debit card which was worded as a bank not debit card so my auto pay is on my bank credit card which I thought was a bank card, nope it's not. I could have saved an additional $1260 over 36 months if the actual word debit card was used in the sign up process. Every day wording is essential when explaining contracts to people because everyone knows what debit card means vs bank/card most people don't think of their debit card as a bank card. Debit cards specifically say debit card on them and not bank card. Shame on me for not knowing that and shame on us cellular for not saying the term everyone knows. The $200 dollar gift is only good for 3 months so I put the card on Amazon as my primary credit card on file and I bought a $200 gift card with it that has no expiration date so I could leisurely spend it over time so as to not loose it. Overall I did save at least $2000 + over 36 month without knowing how much my Internet would have gone up over the next 36 months. It's definitely worth looking into for my situation.

    BEWARE THIS COMPANY! This company is fraudulent in its…read moreservices. If you go check multiple service speed tests. It's always well below what they advertise unless you go to their specific speediest site. They also overcharge an additional month past date you cancel and refuse to correct and unless you pay they directly send it to a collection agency and mess up your credit rating. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I personal am going though this experience with them in North western WI. I received their bill. then called them and canceled them. the following month received another bill. 1 month after canceling them. I called them to correct it. basically told to bad and to pay it. When I refused to pay, they sent it to collections and have since ruined my credit rating.

We had them out several times, but the issues were never resolved permanently. When the full month bill was received in Sheboygan, they claimed that another business wrote the contract; therefore, they were not responsible for the huge increase in the monthly bill. We said we have the contracted amount on hard-copy, and they would not honor it. Bait & Switch, no extras like call-waiting or forwarding, very crappy internet (went out all the time), and sluggish TV streaming. Learn from our experience and run from this business!

The…read morestaff here is usually pleasant to work with, and Joseph was really helpful and kind during my visit. He had mentioned he would help handle something with my bill and follow up with me. Before my billing due date, I emailed him to check in but didn't hear back, so I ended up going back into the store. When I spoke with him in person, he let me know he had seen my email but had been busy and wasn't able to reply yet. That said, he did help me once I came in, and I really appreciated how empathetic and understanding he was about the situation. I've been with Spectrum (previously Time Warner Cable) customer for over 10 years, and right now I'm happy with my current service and the customer service I've received at this location.

When I upgraded my phone in-store, I was told I'd receive $800-$1,000 trade-in credit and that a return box would be mailed to me. I never received a box. Later, I was charged $333 because they said I missed the return window. Apparently the instructions were buried in promotional emails, which contradicts what I was told in person. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with multiple reps getting different answers. One told me to send the phone to a third party, but now I'm being told it's only worth $100-$200. To make things worse, my service was shut off over this disputed charge, even after I made payments. As a single parent and disabled veteran, I rely on my phone for communication, including VA medical calls. The mobile service is okay, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I will be leaving Spectrum Mobile as soon as I can.
