Jason walked me through the process and though it was a bit costly, IT Connect was able to retrieve 99% of the files on my hard drive when others told me it was impossible. I would refer any and everyone to IT Connect. They are honest, helpful, reliable and I think, the only place to go when you need data recovery. Thanks IT Connect!

As a result, I picked MPC to build a new updated system that was cheaper today than 11 years ago. Nick is my hero! An unfortunate incident on a flight to MKE had me pouring almost two ounces of…read morewater out of my 3 month old laptop. I had little hope of it ever working again. I immediately stopped at the nearest PC repair where both gentlemen suggested I "wait 3 days for it to dry out", saying "opening the laptop casing would take some time and be too risky"...so they ultimately gave me no hope. Frustrated with that response, I drove to Computer Repair Specialists. Without hesitation, Nick removed the casing & battery, carefully dried all the components and the motherboard (it was evident that water would have NEVER dried out on its own), removed the corrosion that developed in the past few hours, and re-assembled...patiently explaining the procedure for 45 minutes while I anxiously hovered. The next day I held my breath and pressed the power button...and I COULD NOT BELIEVE it powered up and has continued to work perfectly. I am so grateful for Nick's knowledge, patience, and service - he 100% saved my laptop!

Good location for me. Big parking lot in the back. They call soon after drop off with a estimate…read more It's $75.00 right away plus parts and labor. My power button broke so he had to open the laptop up and charged for one and a half hours for that. I don't know what parts were, if anything. It was finished in a day and they then said it had to be cash or check. Yelp had "Accepts Charge" but they don't . I specifically looked for that. The total was $212.00 and screwed me up as money is tight right now. I also don't like that you do sign a paper before hand, but you don't get a copy nor a receipt. So, the laptop is working, it was swiftly done, but I don't like paying cash for repairs. You never know.
