The process was seamless thanks to our Estimator/Production Manager Hovik. I simply dropped the vehicle off with him, provided the claim number and he took care of the rest. In no time we got the call our vehicle was ready. When we dropped it off it was pretty dirty both inside and out. Now I didn't expect a wash out of this but when we picked our car up it looked like it had a full detail. The paint matching was as good as you are going to get and the customer service is top notch. So glad we found USA! We had a few items on our SUV that needed repair, including fixing and re-painting the lift gate, and removing dents on both fenders. We dropped off our car just before leaving on vacation, and USA took care of everything. The car was ready when we returned and all issues were expertly repaired. My experience with USA Collision was over a year ago but I wanted to share. My car was in an accident years prior and repaired at a different shop. More recently I brought it in to USA collision after the front bumper and splash guard fell off- the original repair did not hold up. I was prepared to replace everything that was damaged. After they assessed the car, I was told that I didn't really need the splash guard, and to make a long story short it was recommended that I do a lesser fix as opposed to replacing everything. As a woman I very much appreciate being given an honest and conservative assessment rather than a recommendation that I buy and replace everything which would have doubled the cost of the job. Almost a year and a half later the work has held up, and I would absolutely go back to USA Collision if I needed further work. read more

Long story short - our neighbor damaged my sons car. We asked them to find a repair shop and get quotes to fix. They came back with this place and after I looked at reviews and the quote I agreed on the place. We were able to bring the car in right away. Once they saw the actual car and not the just the pictures my neighbor took they were amazed that the damage was worse than the pictures portrayed. Stated they might need to increase quote - of course I thought to myself, but since my neighbor was going to pay I left the car. The owner was able to have the damage fixed and honor the original quote (good for the neighbor! ha) and the work was done well and within the time frame promised. After reading reviews on Yelp/Google, I decided to take my car in to this shop. The initial advisor, Hovik greeted me nicely enough but every response ended up with an excuse. Hovik seemed to bring his own wallet and internal management issues to me, the customer. This was the most stressful any shop has treated me, especially concerning an insurance claim repair. I would go into detail, however, I do not feel like USA Collision wanted me as a customer, so I will not give them any more of my time after requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. USA Collision is absolutely the most honest and trustworthy company I have dealt with in 40 years. We own a Kia Rio (big mistake). It was stolen and repaired by a Kia dealership in Tucson. Once we got it back to Phoenix, we took it to several places for estimates. I met with Eric and trusted him to do the work promised. They found an additional problem in the front end of the Kia that the dealership in Tucson missed. They worked with Statefarm to get it covered and repaired. I would recommend them, all day. Great work but took a long time to complete. Not sure if it was our insurance holding up clearing extra work needed or if that was an excuse because both sides blamed the other. My daughter didn't have rental car coverage so obviously keeping her vehicle for three weeks seemed outrageous and she was beside herself paying for that rental car while her car was being fixed. read more

I called to see if they would paint my 1969 VW. The young lady told me that Dave would need to call me back, he is the "specialty " guy when it comes to older cars. In a nutshell, Dave finally called back after about a week and left me a message. I returned his call within 5 minutes (I don't answer numbers I don't recognize). Dave did not pick up my call and it went again to voicemail. I left another message, and were more than a month since I left that message and no return call. Dave is obviously too busy to both take my call and my money. I'm a huge communication guy and this kind of or lack of response tells me I'd have issues with Dave and or this company if I went into a contract with them. If you have to be the aggressor with any company to have them provide you with a service, STAY AWAY. There are a lot more people eager to take your phone call. read more

Unfortunately, accidents happen, and I've been lucky enough to drive for quite a long time without one, but when someone else ran a red light, causing the right-turning driver in front of me to suddenly step on his brakes, I couldn't stop myself in time, and I hit him. It was slow speed and did essentially no damage to his car, but of course my car would absorb most of the impact of the collision. Based on prior reviews, I decided to stop by USA Collision one day when I was out to get an estimate. I'm glad I did! Eric was nice enough to help me out. A very nice guy with a good sense of humor, he walked with me outside to take a look and took down all the information he needed. After returning to his computer, he gathered some of my details and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He also let me know that they're currently booking a few weeks out, due to the same labor and supply-chain issues most businesses are facing, but that wasn't a big deal since my car was drivable. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes. When I gave him a call back the next week to give him the green light, he set up an appointment for me, and we were off. All in all, the estimate was almost perfect, except for the addition of a support structure that was compromised, which could only be detected once the bumper had been removed. He was nice enough to send me a picture of it, so I could see what he was talking about, and it made sense. I took my car in on a Monday, and he told me it would probably be 72 hrs, ready on Thursday. But turns out their staff was even better than the estimate (which is always a nice thing), and it was ready in 48 hrs on Wednesday. As you can see from the photos, it's a perfect replacement. The fitting, the part, the pain job, all as good as new. And the hidden support structure inside is good as new, as well. And as you can also tell from the before and after photos, I'm grateful for the car wash! Well done, USA Collision! And well done, Eric! I have an 11 year old car with a great motor. The body is plastic and breaking down. The clips holding my front bumper broke. Toyota and other body shops wanted hundred of dollars to fix it. I simply wanted the bumper reattached so the vehicle was safe. I drove past USA and decided to stop. Eric Boyer treated me fairly and repaired my bumper. The reviews are correct! Had an incident where my garage door scraped the back of my trunk, and as you can see from the photos it left a series of fairly significant scratches about a foot wide. Hovik at the shop took a look, said he thought they could buff it out. Had me pull around back right on the spot as his guys took great care for about 30 mins getting it PERFECT. My insurance company recommended I use another place that was one of their preferred providers and I never ended up going to them because it was such a terrible experience to even get scheduled. I read all of the great reviews for USA and decided to go with them. Everybody I dealt with is SO professional and honest. They told me parts wouldn't be in for a couple of months but said they would keep checking to see if they might be delivered early. Parts ended up coming in several weeks earlier than expected, they called me and scheduled the work the next day and I had my car back within a couple of days.
