Where do I start? Oh yeah, our Christmas was going to be a disaster, but Dave and the entire crew from USA Collision came to the rescue. We purchased a car for our daughter for Christmas; 1998 Honda Civic with 198,000 miles. The car was in great condition, but had a large dent on the hood. We went with a referral body shop where we left the car there, the 1st week of October, so they could "work it in". Paint the hood! That's all we asked! December 16th we received a call from the body shop saying that they would not be able to get the car done by Christmas and to "come get the car". We were devastated! Once I gained consciousness, I realized that with GOD'S will, we would find someone to take care of this. We found that will; Dave with USA Collision! I found USA collision on YELP! It was the 1st one I found that came up on the Google Search. Every review had the word "Dave" in it. So I didn't look any further! I called them and the 1st person I spoke with made me feel completely at ease; they then connected me with, Dave (The Man; The Myth; The Miracle). Dave not only told me he coud have the work done, washed and the inside cleaned by the end of the week (2 days), but he would have one of his driver's pick up the car from the other.......shop. I was in awe! Dave called me and said the car was done. I drove to USA Collision to pick up the car today and it was parked in front of the business. I didn't even recognize the car. It was PERFECT! Not only did Dave and company take care of the car to make it look like new, but he made us feel like "our" problem was "his" problem. Unbelieveable service! I needed to get a paint scratch on my vehicle's front passenger door repaired. The vehicle had scraped along a wooden pillar in our garage and it appeared that the scape was down to the metal of the door from the door handle down to the bottom of the door. The first place I went wanted $850 to sand down to the metal or the undercoat at the 3 or 4 places where the scrape occurred then build it back up and repaint everything to match the original look. Instead, I went to USA Collision at 10020 N. Cave Creek Rd. in Phoenix on the west side of Cave Creek Rd. and about a mile (+ or -) south of Cactus Rd. in north central Phoenix. They looked at it and asked if they could take it around to their shop area for a closer inspection. Soon the employee returned and said something like, "OK, you're all ." I asked what the estimate was going to be for the repair. He said, "There is no charge. All the visible scratches and scrapes consisted of paint from the wooden pillar that had transferred to the surface of the painted car door." He had used a solvent of some sort that removed the transferred paint without damaging the underlying original paint. The repair was fast and free. The employee was polite and knowledgeable. I realize that not all repairs will be free or immediately accomplished but I think that USA Collision went above and beyond good, honest service. They could have charged me $50 or more and I would have been happy to have paid them. I highly recommend them if your car needs body work. read more

Brought my 2014 Tacoma here after I had a fender bender with another vehicle in which I didn't have a clue as to how my truck would turn out. I didn't know of any body shops to take it to since this was a first for me and I'm new to the Phoenix area. I started reading reviews on yelp and all over the place and came across USA collision. I read the reviews and saw many before and after photos and just knew I had to check it out and was in desperate need of a body shop. So i called them and told them my story and I was welcomed with kind words and asking if I was okay from the accident and had an appointment set up that morning. I couldn't have been treated any better! I arrived there and met Dave the owner and let him know that it was being handled with my insurance and I would pay the deductible and he said no problem, he deals with insurances all the time. So I dropped it off and he had the truck apart that afternoon and put in the estimate to my insurance! Talk about being fast and proactive! My insurance came out and approved it and my truck was back to me in a few days (even faster if I wasn't dealing with insurance) and the work was awesome! Couldn't even tell the difference! It is my great pleasure to write this review for USA Collision and their awesome staff! Everything about doing business with them was top notch start to finish. They were prompt, affordable, and went the "extra mile" to not only fix what was broken but also to take extra measures to give me back a 14 year old car that was polished, gleaming and looked brand new when they were done. I would not have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes! I brought it to them because the drivers side seat belt broke. I figured while I was there I'd ask about fixing several odd-ball (best way to describe) things that needed fixing. Such as the center console unit and the gear shift positioning piece were busted which would make selling the car near impossible. A talented and very caring gentleman named Hovick worked his "magic" to put it all back together and didn't even charge for those extras! I was amazed! Dave and Seth (father and son) are warm and friendly and you can tell they take tremendous pride wanting to maintain an outstanding reputation. I was likely a "small job" to them. This summer I had the misfortune of speeding along the highway when a pallet fell off a truck and quickly proceeded to damage the front end of my car. Still drivable, I limped home my 2011, Infiniti G37 and started chatting with my insurance company about the repair. While they had several recommendations, positive word of mouth led me to USA Collision. On my first visit to their shop I had the opportunity of meeting with their President, David Robinson and found his straight forward candor and desire to please the customer a refreshing experience. When I gave him the challenge that if I was going to pay a $1,000 co-pay to my insurance, I not only wanted my car repaired, but I wanted to add some custom flair, he didn't bat an eye. Throughout the process he helped me add unique touches to my G, as well as kept an eye on my budget and time frame. Dave and USA Collision have been helping my family for the past 17 years. Always professional, they go out of their way to make a bad situation a good experience. They have helped us with our Dodge Grand Caravan, Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry and our newest vehicle, 2015 Kia Soul. They have been a big help from minor to major work. Our new Kia Soul had the edge of a cabinet fall and dent and scratch the bumper just days after buying it. USA Collision was able to make it like it never happened within a day with no hassle. They also helped greatly when I totaled my Nissan. The insurance was not enough to replace it. The owner, Dave stepped in and was able to talk the adjuster into not totaling it by suggesting refurbished parts be used. I'm new to this area so when I got into my car accident I didn't know where to go. I did my research through yelp and google and came across USA collision. They had perfect reviews from everybody. So I took a chance and took my car over there. They immediately greeted me with a friendly hello even though they were closing in 15 minutes and the fact that I didn't have an appointment. I have them my insurance estimate and information and everything else was history. They took care of everything for me. It was the easiest process to fix my car that I've had to deal with. They dealt with my insurance company. David and Charmane kept me in the loop the entire time my car was in their possession. The process did take longer than I expected but that's mainly because of the insurance company. When they drove my car out, it looked like it just came from the factory. I just moved to Phoenix not too long ago, and needed some body work done on one of my cars. Not knowing any shops in the area, or more importantly quality body shops, I was recommended to USA collision by a friend. I have had been to several body shops in my life, but not one like this. The manager, David is an extremely friendly, personable, efficient person. I brought my car in, and within 15 minutes, he had it looked over, pictures taken, and a quote ready for me to review. As I waited I was greeted by the friendly staff that works here as well! Fast forward a week, and my car was all done being repaired. When I first saw the finished product, I was very pleased, and knew that they had done a great job. USA Collision I needed to find an auto body repair shop to repair my 2004 Acura TL rear bumper. I picked USA Collision after considering my top three auto body repair shops rated on the internet. I was not disappointed! I mostly dealt with Dave, the owner, who was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. He assessed the damage, explained what needed to be done, and provided a cost estimate. The repair took a few days, which was the time frame I was given. When I picked up my car, I was thrilled to see the repair and paint job was seamless. My 14-year old car looks new again! The cost was very reasonable, and matched the estimate. (I was given the caveat that the job could cost more if additional work was required beyond the initial estimate.) There are many choices in auto body repair shops in Phoenix. USA Collision is simply amazing. Very fast, very friendly, and extraordinarily professional. David Robinson, the owner, offered me two choices: repair my dangling front bumper/fender correctly (an estimated two day, expensive option) or do a quick, inexpensive repair (in and out within two hours). Because I was only passing through Phoenix and was in a hurry, I chose the latter, and could not be happier. It's now six months later, and my van remains problem free. But I'm writing my first ever review for a different reason: Mr. Robinson is a wonderful, giving person. I had a "fender bender" with my well loved 1998 Mercedes 230SLK. I was extremely worried that a bodyshop would not give it the tender loving care I felt it deserved. Fortunately I met Roger at Perrelli Goodyear on 32nd & Shea, and he referred me to USA Collision. I was worried at first because Mercedes had told me to go to Penske in Tempe and they had a 2 week wait list. Boy am I glad I went to USA. They could not have been kinder to me. Not only do they do restoration of classic vehicles, which gave me a huge relief, but they completely understood my emotional attachment to my car. One week later my car is perfect! You can't even tell that I had a little fender bender. They did a superb job and billed 100% to my insurance company, dealt with the insurance adjuster and arranged for me to have an Enterprise rental car the entire time. I am very skeptical of body shops as a result of past experiences,USA Collision was the only business in this space that was awarded such high ratings so I thought "why reinvent the wheel". I can honestly say from the moment I called and spoke to Jane{ front office} she was courteous, professional and efficient at facilitating a appt.,then I came in and met with Hovik{ the estimator/manager} he was candid ,engaging and understanding of my concerns specific to costs and results.Finally I met with Erik who is the owner, what a breath of fresh air, the most down to earth ,honest people I have encountered in this space.Ultimately the job was done to perfection, and in a time frame that was less then what was initially estimated, for a fair and reasonable cost. We had the absolute pleasure of working with USA Collision and Eric Boyer recently after the rear bumper of my wife's Volvo was damaged. He promptly provided me with an extremely fair estimate compared to others, and saw to it that the vehicle was repaired within 4-5 days of me dropping it off as promised. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and was always available when I called with any questions. Not only was the rear bumper restored to brand new appearance, but they also completely detailed and polished the entire vehicle. This has been the 2nd time I have needed help from Hovik and Dave to repair some body work on my SUV.They have treated me like family both times. Very professional and very kind and understanding. They did such a great job on my car repair. Hovik and David are consummate professionals and their work ethic is commendable. Some of the key points that I want to highlight: 1. Hovik is by far the courteous, easy to work with person. The service was quick and he worked with the at fault insurance company without me having to do a thing 2. Hovik kept me updated on the work periodically. 3. I went to them a week before labor day weekend and I had requested if it would be ready then. Hovik kept that in mind and completed all work and gave me a call. The truck looked in immaculate condition, however Hovik informed me that there is still some more detailing work needed and told to bring it once I am back. I reached out to USA Collision and asked them if they would be willing to help paint the hood on our Phoenix Blue Tribute car. The car was built to honor police officers who died in the line of duty. They did not hesitate and asked when could I drop off the car. It businesses such as these that rise above the rest. It means so much when it not always about the profit margin but giving back to the community. The quality of work was amazing. I brought them a fiberglass aftermarket hood that had many imperfections and I didn't truly expect them to make it show quality especially when they where donating the time and materials. This is a good example of workmanship. I dropped the hood of and 3 days later it was complete and installed earlier than promised. Dave and Hovik and Eric are amazing! My daughter referred me to USA collision to have my front bumper repaired! They also replaced my two visors and the rubber molding around my windows. They were professional and honest... w a side of fun! The conversation was great and I didn't feel like it was just about $! I was in an accident last week and asked my car mechanics at ToyoMotors for a good place to have my car towed to for an evaluation. They recommendation USA Collision. Unfortunately, the damage to my car was too great to allow it to be repaired but regardless they treated me excellently. Charmaine, their estimator, kindly checked the car twice for me for anything of value that I left. They knew that the car had to be towed to the insurance yard, and kept it over the weekend, with no charges. Being in an accident and losing my car was tough enough, be being treated as well as the USA Collision did, was a positive experience I will remember and am happy to share.
