I'm BAAAAAAACKKKKKK! And she's still here, the fantastic Stephanie! Thank goodness. She makes the horror of having, and moving, and storing too much stuff sooo much less painful. In the process of moving in with my husband (bakc in 2009) I went through 3 different spaces with her, (I had 2 houses, a condo, and a career as a costume designer to accomodate as new hubs and I got used to living together...yikes!). She was from the beginning, incredibly helpful, friendly, had great ideas, and always steered me towards the next best move as my storage needs changed, which was A LOT. Storage is never cheap, even less now, but after current research, this place is STILL the best in town, and closest to the home we moved into, back in 2010. Now that we are doing a yard, re doing some rooms, making the garage a man cave and game room, we once again need storage, and visited 3 places today. And you know what? Walked through the door, there she was, totally remembered me, (hubs had a space there as well, while starting a business). The space available was the easiest one to get to of all the ones we looked at, the cleanest, the largest (hint - not all 5x10s are actually 5x10, at other places!). It could not have been any easier, or faster, to get signed back up. I don't know why I bothered to look anywhere else at all. With Stephanie there, I know, it will be safe, it will be open, it will be easy, friendly and flexible. If I need it bigger, or for longer, she will make it work. While I hope not to need storage forever...if I do, I know she will do her best to make it as painless and economical as possible. So glad for US Storage, and their wonderful Manager Stephanie. I figured, why not change locations since US Storage was so much more convenient for me. An amazing associate there, Stephanie, did the best customer service for us handling this matter, and with that, my boyfriend ended up getting a unit for himself there as well. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. As an example of their great customer service -- I somehow stupidly locked my storage unit handle in the UNLOCKED position and then left on vacation. That meant there was no way to lock or secure my unit unless I came back and took my lock off. Stephanie, the property manager, caught my error during one of her daily lock checks and called me to let me know. However, I was already out of the country on vacation by the time. So, she went though all the effort of removing the entire locking mechanism off the roll up door, replacing the handle and putting her own lock on it. This meant all my stuff was secure and I had peace of mind until I got back from vacation and was able to put my own lock back on. She even emailed me photos of the unit so I knew all the important stuff was still in there and not stolen. On other visits, I always see her making an effort to say hi to people and will go out of her way to go track down a dolly cart when you need it. So, again, a well deserved 5 stars for this place. read more

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! #1 problem is your items ARE NOT SAFE HERE!! My storage unit that I rented from this location for almost 10 years was robbed in Sept of 2012. The management knew the day and time of robbery and even had video. But did nothing to help me. #2 reason is they use bait and switch tactics. We originally were attracted by low fee. Then within 1 year the monthly fee tripled (as other Yelp reviewers have noted). read more

I've never had any sort of problem in the time that I have been there and have rented both an interior second floor unit as well as a ground level drive up style.
