I have two units in the C building. Both units are clean and easy to access. Stephanie (manager) has been amazing with her assistance! I very much appreciate her attention to every detail, whether it be for cart (dolly) availability, logistics surrounding an issue I had, or consolidation of my accounts for easier payment. Delicia was also excellent with the rental process for my first unit. Thanks to you both! read more

Stephanie Blumenthal saved my butt!!! I had my whole life packed up ready to go, and my new lease fell through last minute. While I had all sorts of paperwork signed, a mover booked ( a guy that steph recommended because shes awesome) she was able to help me navigate canceling my storage unit with compassion, kindness and professionalism. I hope to one day meet her in real life and give her a hug (when covid allows us to) until then i am happy to write this review and when the time comes to store my whole life on the west side, this will be the first call i make. Thank you steph for being a nice person to a stressed-out lady! xo read more

Stephanie is an amazing worker and human being. She is professional, thoughtful, and thorough. This U.S. Storage Center is lucky to have her. The location is nice and convenient. read more

I have never written a review for any business, but I have a reason now. Storing valuables is always a challenge and its easy to overlook important details when involved in such things. I found myself in a situation that was getting difficult to plan out for a wise solution. I thought I knew it all when it comes to dealing with storage companies, or so I thought. Taking advice from a company employee whose job it is to operate the business and make maximum profits is not my idea of a good source to find the best solution until I dealt with Stephanie at US Storage in Redondo Beach. She gave us the opinion of her experience and it proved to be the right information at the right time. She cares about people and does so much for everyone. She puts her heart and soul with managing the whole place and that's a fact! Thank you Stephanie for taking the time to understand our situation and respond with clear and helpful advice, you're the best! read more

We went to several storage units and honestly we choose us storage centers because of Stephanie. She is amazing and made us feel comfortable, welcome and very informative. The units are so clean compared to others that were infested with spiders. US Storage Centers are lucky to have her as their property manager. read more

I am a repeat customer for one reason only: Stephanie Blumenthal! Wow -- what a God-send moonlighting as a Manager at the Redondo Beach location. Just to give you an idea of how amazing she is: Stephanie not only remembered me when I called, but also the unit number. Also, as she inquired about how I was doing, she learned that I had just recently lost my Mom, to which she responded, "Let's just stop right now and talk about Mom first." I didn't know what to do -- whether to cheer or to cry! So, I silently did both. As far as I am concerned, Stephanie Blumenthal is the standard when it comes to customer service -- not only for US Storage Centers, but any business -- period. No wonder she has a so many awards adorning her desk! May The Heavens open up and rain gold all over her. read more

Place is clean and well kept only reason for the 2 stars is because they entice you with a promotional rate for the first month then goes to its normal fee for the second month then they raise the rate at 4 months which I was never told about which makes this place more expensive then the many other choices out there without the hidden fee raise. So just make sure you ask about the rate increases as time goes on. Also found other storage place with better rates overall read more

Just went to checkout this location as a possible place for our RV. Was so impressed not only by the state of the facility but also by the property manager Stephanie. She was a pleasure to deal with. So looking forward to using this location for our RV storage. read more

My entire experience has been awesome! From the initial contact to the person on the phone to meeting Stephanie Blumenthal to the exceptionally cleanliness of the facility; I couldn't have picked a better storage place for my belongings. I purchased a lock from the facility to secure my storage and feel additional security knowing each customer has their own entrance and exit code which is a unique combination to each. I have encountered other staff who were also helpful and attentive during our move in. Stephanie gave of a tour of the facility and discussed in detail about the facility, payment, and notification; as well as contact information. Exceptional customer service. read more

Wow. Stephanie provides incredible service. Very trustworthy. I've used their units for over 2 years now. Reasonable prices and OUTSTANDING customer service. read more

The staff is friendly and the facility is nice and clean. Now, the reason I took two stars off is because their marketing is capitalizing on the "America" theme; however they do not offer Military retirees a discount. Also, this one applies to everyone: they prorate the first month (keeps the sign up enticingly low, but pay attention on the way out. I left on the 5th and they charged for the ENTIRE month. No prorating when you leave. That's plain dirty. Don't worry, they'll smile and tell you that you should have read the four pages of small print you signed. You got me. But never again. read more

This is the worst storage ever! The property manager STEPHANIE is terrible! She is selfish, A fake person, she treats well only new costumers! I'm very frustrated about this person and this disgusting place!!!! I really don't understand how there's so many people giving 5 starts here, probably everyone is fake accounts or they gave some storage discount for who was giving 5 stars on yelp. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! read more

Needed a place for our RV for two months while we were redoing our backyard. City restricts RV parking so the search begins. After checking a half dozen possibilities, I hit the US Storage website and low and behold, one 10 X 30 spot is available. I go to the reviews and seems legit. In fact, the reviews were amazing. They kept going on and on about a "Stephanie" the worked there. I give them a call and arrange a visit. Well, the reviews were correct - Stephanie (and Dee) in the office were friendly and made the process quick and easy. Side note: the spot I was assigned was not an easy back in due to the two RV's stored next to my spot. Stephanie flowed with the punches and let me park "temporarily" in another location and worked with the two RV's make room for me. Thanks Stephanie and Dee read more

Emily is awesome!!.. she took us for a tour of the facility with her golf cart. My father immediately took the special for him to park his rv. Thank you Emily for an outstanding service!! read more

Stephanie was AMAZING!!! I called and was able to rent the last RV Storage spot they had available for my 30 foot motor home. Stephanie helped guide me seamlessly into my spot! From phone call to driving over/parking to paperwork was less than an hour. Worth every penny for storage at this location with employees like these!!! I love the peace of mine of having a secure storage location with phenomenal employees like this! Highly recommend! read more

Just use them. I move often and this was the best experience I've ever had. I've got only positives to say. The service was amazing. Stephanie was awesome to speak with and sorted things out in minutes. Very welcoming and Dee also was great. Both very efficient and kind. The service was like being at a 5 star restaurant. Great location near highway and easy to pull in and out of place. Clean and dry and can access 7 days a week til 10pm. Very secure and well lit. easy to get in 2nd floor unit. Large elevator and roller. I called 4 other storage places and this was by far the less hassle of them all. All of them had spaces open on short notice, but this place had the best prices. I just needed 2 weeks and that's all I paid for and I got the monthly special also. Everyone else wanted me to pay for multiple months or extra time and then get refunded later. They also had the highest ceiling of any units in town, without any extra cost. I'm not sure if it is just this location, but I will test it out by going to other US Storage Centers in the US. The nationwide number staff was also very friendly and easy to deal with. Moving is stressful enough, that it makes a huge difference when a company wants to make things hassle free. read more

Great service. Safe, reasonable prices , Perfect location. Made an extremely stressful time in my life go super smoothly. Thanks again!

My personal experience with US Storage was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and the facilities were nice and clean. I only stored my belongings for a short period of time but they were able to be very flexible with their rates. I also appreciated how flexible the hours are. It made it easier to get the move done in one day without having to worry about the storage unit access and the facility closing it's doors at 6pm. Definitely would refer again. read more

I have nothing but exceptional comments for US Storage Centers in Redondo Beach, CA. Stephanie has been a life-saver! I was in need of a storage unit with many specifications for work, and one quick call to Stephanie was all it took to put the perfect unit on hold. The location is convenient and the price is great compared to other options in the area. I have had a TON of packages delivered within my first week or so here, and every time my packages are either neatly placed in my unit, or I get help moving them if I am present for a delivery. I moved to California this month and hardly know anyone. Finding this location and having Stephanie be as welcome and awesome as she is has truly been a blessing.
