After discussing which units we would like to see, Eddie showed us the units and pointed out how to access the units from the loading areas. The facility is well maintained and secured. There are plenty of cameras and the staff walk the entire facility throughout the day to ensure there are no problems. We were able to rent a storage unit that allowed us to consolidate from two units to one unit. The storage unit was less than 20 feet from the loading / unloading spot. We would recommend Redondo Hermosa Mini Storage. They beat the price of our previous storage facility.

These people were rude about it they offered me no refund. It's basically just total fraud. It's unfortunate I was really excited to be able to get a local storage unit right near my house for a fantastic price and I intended to hold on to the unit for several years I understood that the price went up to 175 a month afterwards but for 65 bucks a month for three months that was a good deal. As it turned out these people were not nice they do not return phone calls.

At some point over the last couple of months, someone was able to access the property and steal our truck and trailer, undetected. Both were eventually recovered by police, but the trailer was completely ransacked. Everything of value was taken, including the generator. The equipment they couldn't remove was destroyed in the process. What's just as concerning is what happened after. When we asked for access to the security footage, we were told we would need a court order to see it. No cooperation, no urgency, not even a "I'm sorry this happened to you". Just a wall of defensiveness. They keep calling to cancel our spaces. They just want us gone so they can pretend they don't have a serious problem at the core of their business. It's not secure! While filing the police report, the officer told us this storage facility is notorious for theft. If you're storing anything you actually care about, I would seriously think twice.

Every customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, and this interaction fell far below that standard. In May, our RV was broken into, trashed, and used for drug activity. Our insurance company deemed it a total loss. When we reported it, the staff (with the exception of KJ) were dismissive and rude (Sylvia) irritated that we were upset about the break-in. After taking over the RV lot, they more than doubled the rent without making any meaningful improvements--just some new parking lines and numbers. They advertise security cameras, but apparently nothing was recorded. There's no real security presence at all. Sadly, what used to be a safe, reliable RV storage facility has completely gone downhill. Do NOT recommend this business.

They promised 24 hr guards, and cameras, but neither worked that well!. They didn't even have a camera pointing in the direction of our unit!! (they told me that they are working on that!). So, i finally moved out, but when we arrived on the moving day, we couldn't get into our unit because someone tried to break in again and damaged the lock! The manager came out and cut the lock off and charged us $15 dollars!!! really?? After the tens of thousands of dollars I've spent renting their units, and the thousands I've lost in the break ins, they have the balls to charge me to cut off a lock for a burglary that they should have protected us from?? So, i wrote a letter to the company and have not heard back from them, so it was time to type this one up! Don't bother with this crappy company
