Trisha, the new manager, will harass you, attack you on your way in and out while interrogating you on why you're there, has a rotten personality, zero customer service, and a overall negative vibe with a degrading eye roll. This is very unfortunate, because we've had a unit at this specific location for years, and after today's harassing attack, we are forced to relocate all of our stuff somewhere else. Beware of this location. There are a lot of homeless and sketchy-looking people in the area who seem to camp out and wander through the facility. They also do bait and switch pricing. They'll offer cheap prices on units then once they have you as a customer, they keep raising the price to well beyond what other nearby units charge. I rented from them for a while then found a much nicer and cheaper unit elsewhere. read more

The worst storage company in the area. When it was a small business and owned by a local person it was a terrific business. Safe, reliable and clean. When US Storage took it over they fired the staff and started changing things. Three months later I found a leak had entered my unit (I had been a great customer for over 9 years). This water leak was next to the elevator and no one else had damage. I had several boxes of vintage irreplaceable items and when opening the unit it smelled of severe mold. I had the manager come and document the damages. They uploaded the pictures and filed a claim. Then they never called me back. I called several times and they have not called me back. It's been three months. read more

Read this first: From my experience I recommend that anyone seeking storage look elsewhere. From my experience from the start: dishonesty is a constant. I was a customer for a short period, so it is clear one could get embroiled in very costly problems should you have a larger unit or units and or for a longer duration. Initial quotes/reservation prices are not honoured once you arrive at the facility. Staff members are evasive, and or dishonest in a effort to obtain a much higher rate or add charges. I should note here there are no account numbers on the paperwork. Most important: Once I closed my unit, I was not given release documents and told "we will email it to you". That email never came. Over a month later, I received a large bill for an additional month, plus other charges. The company is patently dishonest : it is impossible to speak with them about error on their end. In an effort to resolve, I was stonewalled repeatedly. Managers have failed to respond whatsoever. read more

I have rented a 10 x 10 for over 13 years and a of yesterday I went to get something and I noticed my lock was different and my key did not work . I went and checked at the Front . the lady said they did not change the lock so I went back and sawed the lock off and when I opened it up I was ROBBED they stole My collection of Guitars / Banjo . Bass . and several amplifiers , Microphones /DJ mixer . TV . along with lots of other things of Mine . Iam sick to my stomach . DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY ITS NOT SECURE !! read more

I chose this storage center because they are close to my house and they got very good Yelp reviews but so far I am not impressed. The units are very expensive compared to other storage places like Public Storage and they are not clean. My unit has a big, wet, gooey stain the corner of it. They tried to run the credit card I had originally given them but they said it did not go through. No reason why - it just didn't go through. So they just kept calling me over and over and over again. I work a lot so it is very inconvenient for me to keep answering phone calls from a robot. I finally spoke to a person and later that night I dropped in the security slot a new authorization form to charge a different card which they lost and never charged my card. Now they have charged me a late fee. I was told that I cannot get the late fee reversed even though the lady finally found my form in the wrong location that I had dropped off a week earlier. So I was forced to pay the late fee. Then I was told I need to wait a whole week to call back on Friday and talk to the manager, Cleo because only she can reverse the late fee. Customer service here is severely lacking and all the employees seem pretty incompetent so far. The only employee that seem to know what she was doing was the one who signed me up for the storage unit in the first place. Sadly I have not talked to her since I rented. Would not recommend. read more

Beware! I set up storage here about 5 months ago and all of a sudden I get an email that my rent will go up close to $76 (so from $213 to $289) a month which was ridiculous. No warning, no reason, just a straight up raise in price. They don't do contract or any type of lease either so they raise the rent anytime they want and a pretty big jump. You also have to pay for a protection plan of $12 a month included in this price. So when my monthly price was raised I called to talk about it and was told a manger would call me but a manager never called or reached out to me about this experience. So I had to drive down there and speak to someone which didn't give me a reason to why they raised the rent and pretty much told me do I want to stay or would I be cancelling. Of course I cancelled. I'm giving an extra star only because the place is clean and organized so I'll give them that. But customer service is poor, communication is poor and be careful with there rent hike in price all of a sudden because for me it was a high percentage. read more

I had a great experience with US Storage (in La Crescenta, CA) moving in, but after only a few months they raised the rent. When I paid the old amount but was late with the increase amount, they hit me with a late fee of $47, nearly double the increase amount, and after being only ten days late. I tried to call but the "manager" could not be located and never returned my calls. Only after pleading my case with an assistant manager they finally reversed the late penalty. A few months later I was able to move out on August 1. As of August 20, I'm still waiting for my refund, twice as long as they waited before charging their late fee. These people are to be avoided it at all possible. Customer satisfaction is a completely foreign concept to them. read more

I have utilized this Us Storage facility for nearly 2 years now and highly recommend it! Patty B in the office is extremely helpful and professional. Her thorough detail to the business and company was a selling point for me. The units are kept very clean and immaculate, with a perfect unit temperature so that all my belongings were kept at their original color and condition. The safety gate with a personal code kept my belongings safe and I always had the feeling of cleanliness and safety while on the premises or off.
