    Felicia Dunn This will be the first time I've ever had a wonderful experience at a storage facility the manager hair is fabulous and she should be promoted or get some type of incentive for giving wonderful customer service.

    Freddy @ US Storage was super helpful and made the process easy for me to complete. I was able to store my things with reassurance that they were safe and the space was exactly what I needed. I didn't have to wait for anything to be available, and it was able to purchase a lock for my unit. Thank you guys again. I'll be sure to recommend!

Was not notified that the STORE MANAGER "accidently" charged another renters card on my account 6/4/25 and they did not make the correction until 7/18/25, causing my account to appear pass due. I was not made aware of any of this until I login in to pay my bill and saw that it was pass due. My bill does not come out until the 13th of each month and since the error was not corrected until the 18th everything looked fine on my end. The store did not tell me about this error until I had to call them and ask what was going on. At first I was told I called and requested them to reverse my June payment and they would only do that if I requested them too. I told them that I did not call and make that request because it does not even make sense. The team member said they would look into and hung up on me. I called back and was told by the same team member about the error and that I needed to pay for June still. The next day I had my dad go in person to resolve the matter since I am out out town. He called me and we were both told by one of their male team member about the error that was made by the STORE MANAGER and that he would request for a credit on my account. Later that day the reginal manager called me and told me about the error and that I needed to pay for June. I told her what I was told by the team member. She told me she was going to call me back but never did. I reached out the their twitter page about the lack of communication and misinformation. They did called me back and said the credit was disapproved and that I still had to pay. I am extremely disappointed in there customer service because I was not notified by anyone on their team about this. It is highly unfair that I as the customer is being made to fix their mistakes which is the reason I'm missing a payment in the first place. And then to find out it was the STORE MANAGER would made the mistake lets me know that the staff is not properly trained on how to do their jobs. I do not feel safe with my belongs there because I was not left with any reassurance that this matter will not happen again. Also how do I know if this is not a regular occurrence. It unprofessional as a business to conduct themselves this way. It comes off like they use renters payments to pay for other renters.

    Well it's clean. But that's it…read more The staff are rude. The first day after not getting any help to find my unit I left at 5:01pm - one minute late - and got an email about that. Then they billed me for the whole month instead of the $1 as promised. And now I can't get up to my unit because the elevator is put of service and the property manager isn't picking up the phone to help me.

    Issue #1 - If i could give a zero I would. Staff is unprofessional and rude. First issue I have is…read morethis place completely closes down when employees go to lunch. Then employees strolls back in sees us waiting outside and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that they've been gone. (Hello, thank you for waiting, come on in). We had to inch in the door and make sure it was okay seemed like we were disrupting a fabulous fast food lunch. What company of this magnitude closes doors for lunch? Meanwhile someone else too lazy to help sits in the back office locked up to avoid having to help. Issue #2- 10 minutes after signing the contract and trying to load things into the unit we discovered so much trash in the facility and in the elevator we didn't have enough space to take up our items. The rude staff complained to me that she was by herself so not sure how much cleaning she can do. Not my problem you are understaffed. Issue #3 Despite the snarky attitude of the staff, they shut the elevator down on us so we couldn't load our items upstairs. Mind you we made it inside the facility before closing and they shut the elevator down causing us to have to reload and come back next day. No one advised us of this during signing the contract. Issue #4 Two days after we last entered the unit we get a call that we were being charged for trash clean up. Are you kidding me? After walking into this dump, complaining about the trash within the first 10 minutes you then charge us for trashing the place? Why would we take the trouble of moving things into this place and dumping it at move in? I wouldn't have lifted a heavy mattress up the 2nd floor if i didnt want it. Ppl dont bring things upstairs to dump it!!! I don't need to pay public storage to dump something, its free! Issue #5 - A "Shaina" was suppose to call us regarding this issue (she's some type of area manager) she never did. Poor follow up from upper management when there's issues with this place. Issue #6 - I agree with everyone else on the elevator issue. The first day we came the elevator was broken so they expect people to use stairs instead of offering ground floor units to soften the inconvenience. They have carts you can also borrow from the office but when I asked for one I got scolded that if I borrowed I must bring it back to the office (I guess since the staff is too lazy to go get the carts on the property). Then they lock up the carts which makes it a big inconvienence to borrow one if you already inside the property. This is like saying "After you do grocery shopping it's not good enough to put the cart outside where the carts go, you need to walk it back in the store" This place is ruthless. There's other storage facilities near by, please consider before you waste time with unprofessional people. You might end up with a headache, stolen items, or even fraudulent charges like me!!
