Absolute buffoons operate this facility!!! I changed addresses over a year ago and they still can't get their billing records straight despite a call EVERY month. Add in the constant rate increases and I'd store my stuff ANYWHERE but here! Just not worth the cost and inconvenience. read more

I looked around for about a month for a good storage place as I waited for my overseas shipment to arrive and thankfully I landed on this place! I reserved a unit online and received a call back from the property manager Benson within the hour. Benson walked me through the booking and confirmed all the pricing etc. We agreed on a date/time for me to come by and complete the paperwork. I store my RV here, so I can't speak to the quality of the storage lockers. But overall, the property is clean and well maintained. And Jolene in the office is very friendly and helpful. If I could deduct half a star from my rating I would only because the gate access is only until 9pm, whereas the previous storage facility I used could be accessed until 10pm; and the monthly rent is a bit higher than other facilities. But overall I can recommend this US Storage Center location if you need to store a boat or RV. read more

What an amazing team Benson and Jolene!! I am so glad that I found the right storage location with GREAT customer service!! Jolene walked me through the unit that I rented to determine if it would meet my storage needs. She went as far as mentally measuring my belongings and how it would fit into the unit. We even discussed the option to donate to the cancer charity that the location offers. On the day of the rental and move, Benson was at the location. After setting us up with the storage unit (and giving us a good monthly deal), he ensured that my access code worked by demonstrating it. He also showed me how to lock and open/unlock the unit, which is going above his normal duties as a manager. What a great experience. Right from the start I received five star service. I was in the middle of an RV purchase but did not yet have the title and insurance needed to book a storage space. Not to worry, Benson said he would hold a spot for me until I was ready. He also told me about the first two months half off promotion they were running which was a great selling point. It took me about two weeks to finalize my purchase and have the paperwork needed to rent the space and during the wait I received two follow up calls where they checked in and assured me the space was still being held. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I reserved a storage space over a month ago and received a written Booking Confirmation. Yesterday was moving day and I called the facility to let them know approximately what time we would arrive and to confirm our reservation. When we arrived, there was only one person working the desk and she was as incompetent as they come. Since I called ahead, I expected that Jolene would have printed out our lease so we could quickly sign it and get on with moving our things. Sadly, she was completely unprepared and while we and our movers sat and waited, she tried unsuccessfully to print our lease. I suggested she take an imprint of my credit card and I could come back and sign the lease when someone who knew how to operate the printer was working. She said she was not authorized to allow that and offered absolutely no resolution to our dilemma. After waiting for 45 minutes (did I mention movers get paid by the hour?), I consulted yelp and saw that there was a Public Storage location nearby. I called them and rented a storage space on the spot. We arrived at their facility less than 15 minuted later and had the lease signed and were starting to move our stuff another 15 minutes after that. The contrast between the professionalism of the Public Storage personnel and the abject incompetence of the woman at US Storage was mind-boggling. read more

I just want to add to the previous postings my personal experience. Well, I was looking for a place to put my belongings and that included my bed(now let me add, I'm very picky on where and who touches my bed) since my father passed away, I went to to several other storage centers, around my neighborhood, and was very but very upset at the way they looked, smelled and the business hours customers had access to their room, I'm going to be honest what caught my attention about u.s. Storage was the online price, I placed my reservation and the following day, I went in to check it out, I want to add, this is by far the greatest customer service is experience I have ever received, Malori, the manger,I believe, was very understanding on my current lost, and she made it possible to look at the space just perfect for me, she was not in a rush like the previous companies were, she explain the fine print on the contract, she explain the rules, and up to today, she does courtesy calls just to remind customers to make in their payment before the last day and avoid a fee, she is awesome, also it's been just about 6 months and I was hoping, at that time, of just using the space for only 4 months but I'm getting the feeling I'm not leaving anytime soon, I love this place, my belongs are well taken care of here, the place looks and smells good, 10x's better than Public Storage, I can access my storage for a longer time, too, and including holidays, I just want to thank Malori and Nelson for the awesome job. And if you have any questions post and I'll reply. But I wouldn't think it twice. You'll be wasting your time and money. read more
