Tracy was horrible and very rude wouldn't recommend this place to anybody the customer service is so bad its almost sad. They have no idea what they are doing had me sit and wait for 30 minutes to come back with a slip instead of my packages saying they don't have them but even if they did they couldn't release them. Called the company and they said they would take care of it for me and the Post office eventually actually called me back to tell me they're going to send them back to the shipper because I called them and had them deal with the situation. Wouldn't recommend to anybody

It isn't difficult to get to and while there is usually a line I don't usually have to wait long. Let's keep it real: old people use the post office and they're not playing on their phones. The thing I like most about this post office is that the employees are friendly. They also at least pretend to share my enthusiasm for postage.

The clerk was nice enough to help me out - no lie my total was $100. I had a few packages. Of course the store filled up within 1 min of me going to the counter. Yes I was crazy embarrassed. I swear it was Christmas presents not toilet paper. Another employee eventually come up from the back to help the long line that was forming. My lady was very nice and didn't make me feel like an ass. Worth the extra drive to go to this location.

Also they have a few rows of lock boxes if you are needing that Service. Prices on par with other post offices. The few times I've went inside of there was a line they do a solid job of processing it. Sometimes it's nicer having smaller post offices as the lines won't be as long and the workers are usually more personable. Overall solid post office that serves its intended purpose. No major complaints from me.

I had a great experience at the Crittenden Drive location in Louisville. I went there to see about…read moregetting a replacement for my misplaced passport card. It was super busy but the employees had everything under control. There were several customers for whom English was a second language who sometimes struggled to communicate. There was a woman with a rambunctious child there for services. The staff helped each of us with the same friendliness and respect. I very much appreciated the kindness and patience exhibited toward marginalized community members from a government facility. A woman named Becky, I believe, waited on me. She was efficient and informative. I didn't expect to be able to actually get my picture for my passport card taken an application submitted today, but once she realized I had brought proper documentation, Becky let me know I had time to fill out the papers and get it done before the 3pm cut off time. The process was quick and very organized. It was all women working as far as I could see and these ladies had it together! They had positive attitudes with all of the customers and with one another. They gave the impression that they enjoyed their jobs. I will definitely go back to this location when I need USPS services again.

The biggest thing I noticed right away was that while there were accessible parking spots conveniently located near the entrance, the doors were not automatic or handicap accessible. You have to manually push/pull them open, which could definitely create challenges for some visitors. Accessibility should start at the front door. Once inside, though, the visit was seamless. I went straight to the self-service kiosk with no wait at all. The kiosk was easy to use, straightforward, and glitch-free. Everything moved quickly, and I appreciated that it gave the option to print a receipt, email it, or do both. That kind of convenience makes a difference when you're trying to get in and out efficiently. Overall, a fast and hassle-free stop with a very user-friendly kiosk system, but updating the entrance doors would greatly improve the experience for everyone.

Not bad right, reasonable. Today, these same stamps cost 77 cents. From a customer point of view this is ridiculous. I refuse to buy another stamp!

It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. After I walked out, she then turned and kept yelling at my husband for absolutely no reason at all. She threatened to call the cops and I told her I wish she would. This place is awful. The people are awful. Don't go there unless you want your day ruined.
