This place is a complete joke. I haven't been to a post office in years because I normally use UPS. My mom had something overnighted because she was in town. It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. After I walked out, she then turned and kept yelling at my husband for absolutely no reason at all. She threatened to call the cops and I told her I wish she would. This place is awful. The people are awful. Don't go there unless you want your day ruined. read more

Usually, I have no problem getting my packages, I usually have the same person assist me when I have to pick up packages at the office. I don't know his name but he's wonderful. BUT. Whoever they have to deliver the mail now sucks. Bent up a package to fit in the mailbox instead of putting it on the porch when it specifically said "DO NOT BEND" on it. Ended up bending some pretty rare art. Plus, sometimes my packages themselves arrive in a little rough condition, normall doesn't matter but for ornate/collectable packaging its infuriating. read more

I had a PO Box at the Radcliff office for well over a decade. They would frequently give me other people's mail so I knew my mail was being mishandled too. Sometimes, the staff was willing to rectify the issue while others could have cared less. Did know Post Offices can charge different rates for PO Boxes depending upon location? The Radcliff office charges more than Fort Knox and Vine Grove! Once I realized this, I was out of there!! Upon leaving the Radcliff office, they wanted me to know how much they valued all of my years of service with them by not giving me one dime back (no refunds) AND they mishandled my Express Scripts order by sending it to Neverland (aka their Louisville hub) where I had to wait WEEKS for it to be "found" and redelivered to me. The worse part is EVERYONE there acted like this was the norm for them to lose packages!!!!! Now, that was less than a year ago and I'll be damned they got a hold of one of my Vine Grove packages and did it AGAIN! The Radcliff office also gets those weekend Amazon orders that can't be delivered to the Vine Grove post office. I had a package that arrived at the Vine Grove Post office on a Sunday, so since they were closed Amazon dropped my package off at the Radcliff office. You already know........Those incompetent people at the Radcliff office never bothered returning my package to the Vine Grove office or attempting to contact me.........NOPE, they told the Vine Grove office my package wasn't there and then they improperly scanned it sending it to Louisville. Their office needs to be investigated! read more

My recent of experience with this Post Office off of Lincoln Avenue was very unprofessional. I contacted the Post Office to inquire for a simple matter that my mail had not been delivered for more than a week. The man was quick to respond with a very generic answer before I was able to finish my initial question. He was very rude! This is not the first time that I've had negative experiences. My wife has had the same and refuses to even deal with this post office. I thought that the United States Postal Service a Federal entity that serviced the American people. You would think the quality of service would be professional and be held to highest of standards. read more

Was trying to get information on buying a P.O box, I tried to ask more questions but they kept cutting me off and was saying "Sir, its best if you come in" over and over. Spoke with "Antonio". Do they not understand not everyone gets off work before 4:30pm and calling saves time. read more

This is the worst, rudest, lazyest post office ever. My mother moved in after my Father passed. She stayed until my grand mother became ill and moved to Indianapolis to care for her. She filled out a change of address this began the nightmare. After realizing all the mail was being sent there I drove to Indianapolis and got my mail and called the Radcliff post office. He informs me there was two different types of change an individual and family. He changed it over the phone. It's been three weeks and I had to drive again to Indianapolis to pick up my son's cap and gown plus all mail with that last name. This time talked to Becky. She is rude, u am the post master she claims, than fix it. I always walked up to the mail truck who was writing out a pick your package up from Post office slip. While he never once removed his lazy self from car. Radcliff Post office sucks it has.went down hill. Wish I could give negative stars. read more

My experienced this post office is very unprofessional people. I was 3 mins late to closed door was propped open and the worker SHUT the door front of my face not saying anything. Tried to knocked the door many times and I heard them talking about me that I'm going to pick up some package but don't bother come out and talk to me. Is not like they really really closed the counter still helping few customers. And finally one customer got out and still didn't speak with and knocked more one customer got out again and finally I said something and the the worker told if I don't stop knocking he will call a police on me. After being rude to me he have guts to say that. Why because of my color that's why is easy for them to treated me the way the USPS worker treated me. I remembered before I was in the window and already 2mins closed someone knocked to picked up a package and they still help them because they same color and they "thank you buddy!!!! " read more

The staff at the Radcliff Post Office really care about customer service. Yes, sometimes we do not give the answers people want to here because of due to FEDERAL rules and regulations. We are a Federal Non-Profit entity. It is a team effort here, from when the mail arrives, to getting the mail to the 17 carriers, to servicing the public in a PROFESSIONAL manner. This can also be difficult when the customer comes in already mad, rude, and cursing because we are only human and nothing we can say or do will he fix the problem immediately. 90% of the issues we deal with are miss stakes a customer has made and they think we can fix on a dime. This is not the case. It takes 7-14 days to fix some problems, but we do strive and want the Radcliff community, the employees at the Radcliff post office are dedicated to customer service, we are #RadcliffPostalProud. read more
