She check my papers to make sure, they were going to look straight and even. But when they finally came out, the printer was smearing the ink. She tried to clean it and reprinted with no luck. She gave me a couple of decent copies for free, since they were still smudges and smears. She even help find some Erasers I was looking for with the help of another store associate. Today I placed an online order and used the advertised 15% off code. Woohoo! I completed my order and immediately got a call from the store informing me they were not participating in the discount, but they would offer the online 10% discount. I was told to cancel and re-place my order using the 10% off. OK. That stinks but the fine print did say "participating stores." I informed them that I did not have the ability to cancel my order so someone else called back to tell me she could cancel my order on their end and I could reorder, but she didn't know the 10% off code and I couldn't find it. I asked if it could be applied if I just came to the store. She said they could only do 5% if I was military! My niceness wore off and I said, "I find it hard to believe that after the inconvenience of not offering the advertised discount that you can't manually give me 10% off." She she'd she would try and figure it out. My son went in to get the batteries and received the 10% off and they were very kind to him. But seriously, there should be a way to opt out of the 15% online offer and also I should not have had to lose my temper to get the 10%. I will be back to this location. As I said, we have had positive service before. I just hope this review is seen and a better process is put in place. I am also now waiting for my refund from the cancelled order.

The tenant in the duplex I own saw evidence of rodents, and after my husband I couldn't get a handle on it, I sought out an exterminator. Perks WorX responded to my Request a Quote via Yelp, and we were able to schedule a time for them to come out within the following days. Come to find out, we weren't dealing with mice but with Norwegian rats (viking rats!!!!), and the exterminator also pointed us to a raccoon living in the attic (ew!!!). I hate that I know way more about both of these creatures than I did before, but I'm thankful that Perks WorX had such information to impart. Their prices were the best I found, and they were able to get our rat situation (again, ew!) under control, and we have a plan for the raccoon. I was also able to text them questions throughout the process. While I hope I don't have to call an exterminator again when another pest situation arises ... I'm glad I know of a great company to reach out to.
