Kohls is just ok for me. I used to shop there regularly back in the day but, they have changed over time. The layout of the store was clean and organized however I didn't see much selection to my liking. They have everything for the family and have a shoe, toy, etc section. They even have a Sephora. Haven't been to Kohls in a long time. We figured we give it a try again. The store was still well organized and didn't look like there was a mess of items. They try to organize the clearance racks fairly well. They only have the front check out desk open which isn't an issue but sometimes only have on associate ringing up purchases and so on, can take a while. Overall we got what we needed in the sizes we wanted and check out was a breezy after a few minutes wait. read more

The ONE Star Rating is for the two young girls at the check out Counter on Sunday Feb 25, 2024, who wouldn't allow me the Advertised 15% discount on the purchase of a Home Item, per the Sign in the Home Item area of the Store. Their reason was that "If you don't have the Kohl's App on your phone, we can't give you the advertised Discount" - They were so impatient and UNWILLING to actually realize that the words out of their mouths were ABSURD. I'm also VERY AGGRAVATED at the Website and the fact that NOT A SOUL can be reached at the Kohl's Corporate office at phone number 262-703-7000. Kohl's used to be a Premier and affordable place to shop and they used to treat their customers VERY WELL. Kohl's has LOST a LONG TIME CUSTOMER! Even though the Manager, Kenny, offered to give me the 15% discount, I will NOT be driving all the way back to Elizabethtown and I will NOT Step inside a Kohl's Store OR purchase ANYTHING from their Website EVER AGAIN! Not the lowest prices but at least the registers lines are not excessive and the produce is readily available and you can catch some of the Kroger membership specials. This store is always clean and very well organized, even when the staff is stocking inventory they are very mindful of the customers and go out of their way to make room for them. Two thumbs up for the self checkout registers and their ease of use. read more

I have frequented this particular store a handful of times. I like that it is conveniently located just North of the main shopping center and doesn't have the congestion. This store doesn't share property w/ any other store but it does share a parking lot w/ a few good restaurants that include Zaxby's, IHOP and Olive Garden. It is very easy to enter and exit the parking lot. The exterior and interior have always been neat, tidy and free from trash each time I visited. The layout of the store in very shopper friendly and each section is able to be identified from different areas of the store. Kohl's has really great and popular brands that are priced low without underselling its worth. I have been familiarized w/ Kohl's Cash and shopper rewards. One of the main reasons why I started enjoying shopping at this Kohl's is because I wear sizes for curvy women or plus size. They carry a great selection for curvy women and their intimates department carries great braziers and bloomers. They probably have one of the best stocked intimates section. The checkout process has been very efficient with friendly cashers and they don't pester anyone to sign up for a store card if they already said no. Sales associates are never too hard to find and seem happy to help you find or grab something up high. Kohl's has an app so that all of your Kohl's Cash and reward points can be stored without losing them in your purses black hole! Wi-fi is complimentary! read more

We found some great buys but then we had to check out...asked the cashier about the return policy, SHE HAD NO IDEA! I then asked if the store return policy might be 30 days? She said she didn't know and we would have to go to the back of the store and talk to customer service. We asked if she could call them, she of course told us no. Fortunately we were the only people at the check out so my husband walked back to customer service, she said we could return items any time as long as we had the receipt. Ok great! I, in the meantime was told by the cashier she didn't know the return policy but said "probably anytime". Wow. And let me just say, normally it really wouldn't matter but we were buying sheets for a bed we've ordered that won't be in under the 30 day time frame and we just wanted to double check. I never really like stopping at kohl's they always have this very disorganized feel to them. The clothing section is always very wrecked.

The shoe department is a wreck! I can never find what I'm looking for and usually give up. Someone needs to deconstruct this section and put it back in an organized way. Also, people need to learn to put stuff back if they don't want it (but that's not the stores fault, it's just lazy people). Hire a full time person whose only job is to keep the shoe department organized. read more

I like a Kohl's store but why does this one always look like it just survived a hurricane or has just been looted? YOU HAVE TOO MUCH PRODUCT OUT!!! I would rather be stabbed in the eye with an icepick than try and dig through your make believe sales rack. First of all, the clothes are jammed in there so tight you can't move them. Second, the items are in no particular order. You have pants, shorts, shirts and everything wedged on the rack. I should get a discount for having to sort through that crap. Now comes the funny part! Your sales are complete bull crap. No one is paying full price here! I love it when your clerk tells me I saved 200.00, I say "nope", I never would have paid that to begin with. Why not just mark your merchandise down to a reasonable amount? Maybe then you could move some product and not have clothes and other merchandise strewn all over the floor. You have no concept of the word "sale." And your buy one get one half off is bogus as well. JUST LOWER YOUR PRICES. You are NOT a premium store but you try to act like one. Give it up! Have you ever wondered why you find empty containers on your shelves? It's because someone stole your poorly displayed merchandise! And they aren't interested in paying your inflated prices! Now let's talk about value...You do not sell ties worth 30.00. Trust me, I own over a hundred and not one came from Kohls. Your tie clips and cufflinks are no where near worth 32.00 either. You MIGHT have had me at 15.00....maybe. Your wallets are not 32.00 wallets. Especially when they have been picked through and their containers are all beat up. Again, you have too much product out. Expensive, unless you have Kohls coupons. The staff seems nice enough but we did have a bad experience while looking for a specific shirt for my husband. The department head knew nothing of the shirts we needed, and the men's section of dress shirts was a mess. We ended up going to JC Penny's and found what we were looking for in less than 10 minutes. This is my first review on Kohl's, this is my honest and truthful review on this location in Elizabethtown Kentucky, I placed my order online but decided to go in store to try on a pair to make sure everything fit since I was in the area, I go in and found a pair I liked and noticed they were a bit snug but if I got a size up that would be perfect, I went to ask customer service as I didn't see any workers on the floor in my shopping area, go back and ask her she does check which was great, but then says they didn't have the size I was looking for and goes next , I wasn't finish as I was going to ask another question, but I just left that area and went on my search again, I did end up finding something I liked better that was my size, so that was my experience that day, then on Saturday I got my package and the pants didn't fit they were the same size that I was looking for but they were to tight mind you different brands, I called first thing the next day as the store was closed the day I got them, the worker answered the phone but didn't say a word until I said hello and she sounded like she was half asleep , I asked for customer service and she said ok, then put me on hold, I was on hold for about 15 min and decided to hang up and try again, I called back 2 hours later and finally got a live person, I asked her the question about returning the jeans I got , she was helpful about that but I said thank you and have a nice day and she just hung up on me, I don't know if these people don't like helping or what but the customer service is left to be desired apparently with these workers, I really don't know if they are even happy working for Kohl's! I think they need better training in the customer service department, and better manners! I am about to return these to the store, we will see how that goes! wish me luck! Always great Customer service. Went in last night looking for a Christmas tree which there were a few left; however at 149.99. Ellie was so kind and helpful and marked it down 70% to price match two of the other trees they had disputed for 70% off. She even kindly enough helped carry it to the front! I tried to give this store a chance. Several chances but every time i go in there it is a mess! Shoes are the worst! Womans dept is so mixed up nothing is on the correct rack! The store can be pretty messy. Most of the associates are helpful and friendly. Full price items aren't much of a deal, a bit expensive even but when there are sales, coupons & Kohls Cash you can get some great deals. The Yes to You rewards are worth signing up for. You get points for every purchase, regardless of how you pay, which leads to coupons & Kohls Cash. They will pretty much always ask if you have a Kohls charge but I haven't found anyone to be too pushy or rude about it when you say no thank you. There is plenty of parking. The store is easy to get in and out of. Sometimes the check out lines back up but it's usually due to people not reading the fine print on discounts. Who knew Kohls had a cosmetics department?!?! It's small but they have some good brands: Bliss, Lorac, Cargo, Essie, and Pur Minerals. I may have missed some but it is worth checking out. There is a staff in the department so if you need help, they seemed nice and knowledgeable. Overall, we'll keep shopping here. read more
