Target is not a place I frequent to a lot. I did get a few things while here but, not much. They have everything for the whole family, home, pets, grocery, etc. I usually like to browse the women's clothing which they have a very good selection of clothing not just for women but, for everyone. Having a Starbucks is always a plus. This store is very organized and well kept up. I will always love a good trip to Target even though I don't go a lot. read more

I usually do pick up orders and have been using the drive up option lately. The target team is fairly fast getting orders out and super nice. My orders are always correct and usually ready to for pickup less than or right about an hour after I place my order. Picking up inside is easy too, the app helps to speed up the process. read more

I did not typically shop at target. However, this past Christmas holiday I had a change of heart. They were completely different than all of the other department stores. In a Great way. Their store is CLEAN, even the mens bathroom. They were all smiling or had a pleasant look on their faces. I was in there a total of 20 minutes, and was approached by three different employees attempting to help me find the Pokémon toys I needed for my son. Every single other department store in the area could learn a thing or two from Target. At the Walmart in Etown the employees run like roaches in the light. Keep up the good work and sorry I took so long to write this quick review of your store. Personally speaking. Meh. This is probably my least favorite Target, and I've been to a TON of them all over the country! They don't have those nice plastic shopping carts that other Targets have, which means no clipping in the Starbucks cup holder. #firstworldproblems I make it a priority to try and hit up the Dollar Spot at the beginning of the month, as that's when they stock all the cute seasonal stuff! By mid-month, the good stuff is usually gone! The store itself is smaller than others I've been to. It seems like less of a selection of almost everything. The grocery department is definitely lacking the most! Don't expect to find fresh produce, meat, or many other cold items. There are only about 3-4 food aisles, so not a huge variety of products. read more

Nice location and very well stocked store, when looking to get in and out without long waits, this is the place to go.

I honestly love target. They can't be beat to me. They can be expensive but most of the time it's comparable to places like Walmart. The store is pretty neat/organized and the staff is friendly and attentive. The lines are usually short or fast moving. I'd go everyday just to walk around and look. I love Target, but this Target needs a makeover! I have probably been to this Target about 4xs since moving into the area, and each time that I've gone--its never busy. I don't know if that's because of the Super Walmart that's right across the street or because this location is a bit worn in appearance. I prefer Target anyday over Walmart, but in this case, the Super Walmart is better in this area. read more

I came in this morning, 7/15/20, at 8 am when the store opened. I was only planning to get Starbucks and a few personal items, but was immediately told to leave because I was not a senior citizen for their 'senior hours', even though the sign out front specifically says it is open for seniors, pregnant women, and the immunocompromised. I am pregnant and immunocompromised. I was trying to explain this to the girl that was 'greeting' your guests, but she would not hear it and made me leave. Not that it was her business why I chose to go in early, as I do at any other store, but that was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Let's talk about this Target: 1. The remodel has made it look more modern and upscale- plus. 2. It has a Starbucks! I wasn't sure it would get a Sbux since there are 2 others in town, but it did, so now I can go full on basic white girl and drink my S'mores frappuccino while I mindlessly buy all the leggings. 3. I love the addition of self- check outs. Previously, the lines were really long and frustrating. I have been back an embarrassing number of times since the remodel, and at varying times of the day. I have never waited more than a couple minutes for a check out and usually don't have to wait at all. 4. The self-check out employee doesn't stand slack-jawed with a vacant expression waiting for break but actually taught someone how to use the self-check out! I had gotten used to other stores' models, which include wandering employees and someone coming to help only when the check out is in melt down mode because how dare you buy something that was marked down! (Also, I have never had an issue with the Target self check outs so that is refreshing! I hate the waiting for an attendant message!) read more

I love Target. That being said, this is a smaller Target. So if you have moved here from a large suburban area, you will be disappointed. I don't care that it doesn't have groceries, but it would be nice to have a bigger selection experience. That being said. For a small Target, it's awesome. read more

I really like this target. I never have to wait long at checkout, the staff is friendly, and they usually have what I am looking for. I have on more than one occasion asked an employee for assistance and they were always happy to help. Wish they sold more things made in the USA. read more

I don't think i have ever been in any cleaner stores than target. and they may not bring in the business like they should, but i believe they care more about their customers and employees than just making a few extra bucks.I had never been in the ring rd. etown, ky 42701 store more than 2X but that's because its across from Walmart. So i was sure surprised to see all the clean shiny floors, well stocked bar area, & clean rest rooms. employees were very sweet & helpful.I love this store! thanks for the chance to voice my opinion. Oh and by the way, their prices are very good. the only thing this store needs is more ladies clothes. Especially larger sizes like 2XL3XXL & so on. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I love Target stores and normally go to Lexington store but my experience today was horrible in Elizabethtown. Checking out with a very nice older lady and I had forgotten my Redcard so I asked if she could look it up. She politely said I don't think I can and I responded that Lexington store has looked it up for me before. She replied let me ask the manager. She called for a manager. Michelle came over and I asked if they could look it up and she abruptly said No, my response was, Oh, ok they have looked it up for me before in Lexington and she said No we can't then walked to another associate (who I assumed I be another manager) and proceeded to talk about me considering the constant looks at me and Michelle making gestures to that associate and both gazing at myself and my husband. I didn't really need the 5% savings that bad!!!!! I checked out and the nice associate waiting on me apologized and I said that is fine. Then I had to pick up an online order and Michelle came over to help me and she was very rude and said I need to see your ID (as though I didn't know you would need to see an ID to pick up an order) and I said I have it. I felt as if I had stolen someone's identity at that point. Very unprofessional and rude. My husband said me, Not sure how some people become managers when you can't be nice to people and if it is a policy to not lookup Redcard information, then politely explain the policy. Still not sure how one store can ask, would you like me to look up your redcard information and other stores can't or won't. Not disappointed I could not use my Redcard, very disappointed in how people are treated from so called Managers in Customer Service. read more

This Target looks like it is stuck in the 90's. The staff acts like you do not exist either. There are some friendly members, but most act like royalty and you are a peasant. They are out of a lot of items all the time. This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. read more
