I am giving two stars because really my issue is with an online order, so doesn't directly relate to the Etown location. I went to At Home and *finally* found a trunk the size and color I'd been looking for for months! I was so excited. I purchased the one they had in-store and subsequently placed an online order for five more. I never received correspondence except for the order received and order shipped notifications. I was so excited when my order of five trunks arrived -- until I opened the box and found only one. I went straight online and looked at my order history which showed two trunks had been "cancelled" and three had shipped. When I looked more closely at the shipment notification, I noticed it only listed one. (I admit to not having read all the way down and only looked at the expected delivery date.) So I was very happy with the item I found, but am very disappointed with the lack of communication -- even inconsistencies in their order history. I've reached out to customer service, but really if they had let me know I couldn't get all five, I would have cancelled my order. read more

On the hunt for Halloween decor and other home goods, we stopped in At Home. We love the variety of selections with patterns, colors and textures on their everyday home items like towels, placemats and more. They usually have a good amount of seasonal items. They had their fall and Halloween items out and displayed and separated by season and holidays and we noticed that some seasonal and holidays items are repeats from last year. They try to provide new and fresh items for the current year which is nice but they were a few items we saw last year that we were hoping they would bring back but didn't. Either way we had a great time browsing and looking at the displays. My only gripe is I wanted a certain tablecloth and they had limited selection and availability. read more

Only 3 stars for this particular AtHome visit. Although I like to shop here and do so often, I seldom return an item. However, this visit and the experience does not warrant a 5-star rating. Purchased this exact pillow but color was cobalt blue a week ago. Returned blue pillows today to exchange for this orange. Rather than an even exchange, AtHome's policy, according to some manager, stated item had to be returned and a gift card issued. Same price. Same exact item!!! What should have taken 2 seconds took approximately 10 minutes. So with the gift card I just turned around and purchased same item over again and left the gift card ($0 balance of course) with the cashier. Cashier had to call manager to register 2x for an override code. Not sure what he was doing on his end. I know every return is not the same but for those such as this that can be simplified and save customer time, do an even exchange. Work smarter, not harder! read more

My friend and I traveled from Bowling Green to Elizabethtown to shop at "At Home" today 11/27/22 and wow, what a shopping experience. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Octavious Gregory who was so nice and helpful. He told us about the store and the Black Friday sales. When we had a question, Octavious would answer it. He helped us with everything - even loading the car! I highly recommend the store and especially the staff for excellent customer service!! This place is like a utopian version of a store. It's so clean and organized and bright. I love just going in and looking around. The prices are usually pretty good and the variety is large. It's definitely the place to go if you're looking to update your home decor. read more

I went today and yes, they do have boat loads of stuff, anything really from what I could tell. The store is essentially like a big Hobby Lobby, minus any kind of sales, the prices are in my opinion too high for the quality of the items. Not saying I know it all and it is obviously in the eye of the beholder, but I love to shop and don't mind paying, just not that much for cheaper stuff. The look of the store is sort of warehouse meets Big Lots, I personally find nicer things for a lot less at TJ Maxx or Home Goods. read more

I had high hopes for this store and was excited for it to open. It has been nothing but a disappointment. The customer service really needs to be kicked up a notch. I needed two more chair cushions and asked if they had anymore in stock. At first the girl told me she couldn't check. Then she went and got a pricing machine and looked it up. They didn't have any and I asked if another store may have it. She said they have no way of checking. With all the technology these days you'd think that would be easy. If they want to stay in business they need to get with the times. Every time I've gone in there the employees are not helpful at all. It's just disappointing because this could be a fun store to shop in. It feels more like a morgue when you go in there though. Disappointing! read more

I am so excited to have an At Home store in Elizabethtown. It sure saves me from driving all the way out to Louisville (Blakenbaker location). For those of you that remember Gardenridge; it is now called At Home. It's a large building filled with anything and everything that you can think of to decorate, organize, and update your home decor. I think the prices are very reasonable for the items they sell. The selection is huge! The aisles are very tight, so be careful when you navigate your shopping cart in and out of the many various aisles. My favorite time to visit At Home is Christmas time. The selection is amazing, anything and everything you can think of to decorate for the holidays. I would try to avoid going on the weekend as it is very busy and can be slightly overwhelming. It's difficult to maneuver around to look at things, or get down an aisle with the amount of people on the weekend. Check it out on a weekday! read more
