There was another lady in there doing inventory, but interacted with me as I was browsing. Their prices were on point and very competitive. Service outside of the lady at the jewelry counter was terrible. The store was an absolute mess needing massive recovery and the carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Not even vacuuming them. Belk is such a great company and the need to invest more payroll and attention to cleanliness and service at this store. I really appreciate the customer service from the lady in jewelry she was so nice and very helpful. The store environment was dreadfully hot, understaffed and poorly managed.
