It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. After I walked out, she then turned and kept yelling at my husband for absolutely no reason at all. She threatened to call the cops and I told her I wish she would. This place is awful. The people are awful. Don't go there unless you want your day ruined.

It didn't arrive with the mail and was sent back to the post office. I checked later on and it wouldn't be delivered until 9pm that night?!?!!? It wasn't in the mailbox. I woke up this morning to an email that it was delivered at midnight?!?!?! It FINALLY showed up in the mailbox!!! I don't understand these postal workers. There were at least five different Christmas stamps to choose from and I was pleased with my choice. I found an empty stand and had my cards stamped and sent in a few minutes. Lobby seemed clean. Passport services are available as well. Hand sanitizer available at one station only.
