After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. The staff member took our product, scanned it into the computer and gave us a receipt. I wish she would have bagged it up on the spot like they do in Sacramento and put the label on it. instead she put it on the counter with the label on it for later packaging. I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store
