We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. (Apparently she is the normal staff person but was not working the day our package was not scanned.)

It is just a neat place to mail items and it is usually not busy during the day except lunch and sometimes end of day. Pick up is stated to be 4pm so if you have something needed quicker then you should try another post office. In the lobby there is a small display case of photos of the post office from back in the day. Not a place to make a special trip, but if you are mailing something just look on the walls facing the counter.

Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

I've never been here with a wait less than 15 minutes, but I think that's fair of all post offices. It's got to be difficult to be patient when there are always grumpy people coming for help, but they've always been polite. The carrier that delivers our mail to our home is fantastic. He has gone above and beyond his duty to help us out a few times. While we wish him all the best, we are sad that he's decided to retire. Like everywhere, there are usually a few less than positive experiences occasionally, but overall we've been very satisfied with this group.
