They don't read directions they don't follow directions If you call to find your package to get connected to India, where they're very happy to reach to you off the screen about all their policies , you also get to listen to on hold commercials, telling you how great they are. Their pickup truck wasn't even there yet and they totally could have accepted it, but they just wanted to make things difficult. Editing to add that we drove all the way to the other FedEx, only to learn they didn't have a printer, so they couldn't print our label. We then turn around and head back to this FedEx. When we arrive at 4:40, we see the truck being loaded up. We asked the driver if he would take the package and he agreed. Lots of wasted time over nothing.
