The 1st worker at this location effortlessly walked me through the proper envelope I needed which was decided after she scanned my QR code. Her system was down for purchases(she charismatically explained she took a week off and now the system won't recognize her login) so she got the label ready for me and the next worker(Conner) continued my purchase again, effortlessly. They had a down system and I got better service here and was in and out quicker than the oracle location. Lol the lady packed the package for me to without me asking, wish I got her name but receipt said clerk 22, she rocks. That said everyone should be doing their best to come in the post office somewhat prepared, don't rely on the workers to do it all!

We left a scannable package in the outside box and it did not get scanned when the box was emptied. However, when we went back today to make sure it had actually gotten picked up from the box, the staff person was very friendly and helpful. We operate a business, and on occasion, must send small packages via Priority Mail. Not only do these packages not get picked up, but our regular outgoing mail is ignored as well. The outgoing mail is conspicuously marked, and in order to deliver mail, the outgoing mail has to be moved aside. So, bills, letters, invoices etc., all delayed because USPS doesn't 'feel' like doing their job. Unfortunately I cannot send all letters etc. via UPS, but would gladly do so since they actually care about customer service. Calling USPS is a useless proposition. I am given a local number to call, and upon calling, find it is a FAX machine. Emailing USPS is pointless. What gives USPS the right or authority to determine whether or not we are able to operate our business?

What should have been a 5-10 minute stop turned into 20 and I had to walk out in order to make a medical appointment. I live on base, half the time my mail doesn't make it to my home within 1-2 days of it showing up in my Informed Delivery emails, then it all shows up at once inside a rubber band. Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.
