I've used this post office on & off for at least 25/30 years . Today walked in rare no waiting with 2usps agents manning the counter . Besides stamps , postage , mailing envelopes they also sell cards . The lobby is quite big/long with automatic doors ( all post offices? Grant rd also ) . Letter drop off lane on n side followed by post office parking . River rd w of Campbell s side it can be challenging to access going west on river #tmi tip I u turn at first light w of Campbell past Tierra Antigua realty . Glad to hear post office and postal workers haven't been pushed out by the new government cutbacks . read more

Worse post office to ship your packages! The collection box only says 5:00 pm with sharpie which is not true! They scan the packages all the way until next day around 12 pm. I'll drive to the one on Grant, quicker to scan packages and move them through tracking read more

It was a quick stop for me at this location as all I needed to do was mail off some family photos. Not knowing what to do, I approached the counter and asked for support and I was warmly greeted and assisted very well. The two staff members that were there were very helpful and kind, and I felt like the service was quick. Even with having a few challenges with their equipment at the time, they were able to move through the line with a consistent pace and a great attitude. Place as well as well. read more

Updating this review for the customer service at this post office. We've had some trouble lately with mail and the folks at this location have been very helpful. It's nice that you can actually speak someone over the phone and in person locally. While it's not ideal for packages to not get delivered, they were proactive and that helpful. read more

I can't get through to anyone but apparently they get your requests and just do with that what they will. They dropped off a package and then WENT BACK TO PICK IT BACK UP. The worst Post Office that ever existed in the whole history of post offices. I filled out a forward when I moved, but they did not honor it. Went back several times over a period of six months to ask them to fix the problem and each time they say OK, it's working now, and yet it is not. I sent myself letters that don't get forwarded to me. I sent myself an AirTag to track what is happening to my mail and sure enough it is stopped at their post office and then just gets tossed in the trash. Nothing you can do about it. They are just horrible, horrible horrible, and unprofessional. read more

Never answer their phone. It'll give a dial tone after almost 4 minutes on hold. I ordered a mailbox key (was told take about 7-10 days) and it's been 2 weeks. There's no way to ask about it, unless I drive up there to see if it's ready or not. read more

I moved from the 85719 to 85718! I had proper forwarding to my new address! But I i have had a few pieces of mail, including mail with much needed checks enclosed sent back to sender!! WHY???? Everything else was forwarded!! Get it together!!! read more

I want to start this off by saying I don't usually write bad reviews because it could affect someone's job- Today I'd give ZERO stars if I could. The blonde woman who worked @ 9:00 AM was extremely rude (and that's an understatement). I had a pretty simple question and she didn't give me a very helpful answer... If anyone in the area knows where I can get my hands on a couple of the Regional rate B boxes - NOT FLAT RATE - lmk. I went to a different post office yesterday and the man was kind enough to spend a couple of minutes searching to find me a couple. To the blonde b***h who clearly hates her job- I hope you find something that brings you enough happiness to either quit your job or be grateful to be in a government position. I have moved probably a dozen times in the last 50 years. Never had problems in other areas like with this Post Office. Weeks after we moved here, no mail was being delivered addressed to US even though proper forwarding was done in the state we moved from. But we were getting all kinds of mail addressed to former occupants. Went to the Post Office and spoke with the guy in charge. He said they would not deliver mail unless we came in and TOLD THEM we were not the residents of a residential address that had been in existence for over 40 years? Never had to do that anywhere else and when asked, he could not produce anything in writing that backed up his claim that this was "required"? He further stated that while other Post Offices may not enforce this rule, his did. Brought up that our mailbox was full of mail coming to numerous former occupants. He further assured me that once our local postman put just mine and my wife's names inside the box... that would cease and ONLY mail delivered to us would be placed in our mail box. Well... we have literally received thousands of different mailings in the years since addressed to former occupants going back at least 15 years. Two were on mailing lists for cruises, cookware, charities, along with a dozen or so more places you could order products from. I Googled the guy who built this house in the early 1980's, he was a prominent real estate developer. Online, it said he died in 2009... you guessed it, we still get mail addressed to him. So much for we will ONLY deliver mail addressed to the current occupants we listed on the inside of the mail box. When I have went into the Post Office, the people have been helpful and friendly other than the guy I was referred to who was in charge. His explanations and assurances were both illogical and have not proven to be accurate. read more

if i could give this specific usps location fewer stars, i would. i had four boxes to ship and chose usps over ups. that was my first mistake. there was no line and a female employee took my first box, asking me the usual questions about hazardous contents, etc., to which i replied no: clothing, books and vitamins. i also told her that i had three additional boxes in the car and since i was doing the carrying by myself, would be back one by one with those remaining. she said okay. i brought in the second and left it next to her on the counter. i went back to the car for the third of four boxes, walked in and here are the magic words from her lips: "we can't mail these boxes". i just stared at her for a second and asked why not?! to which she replied: these are WINE boxes and the usps can't mail wine or alcoholic beverages. i had to regroup for a second and then reminded her that the contents were NOT wine; these boxes were given to me by and recycled from a local grocery store. so what if they pulled them from their wine dept.? she then informed me that i would need to completely cover every INCH of the box covering all words mentioning wine on the exterior before they would accept them. i just stared at her and finally asked the pertinent question: why on earth did she wait for me to bring in THREE of the FOUR boxes before finally opening her mouth to tell me this. there was no answer from her but the female next to her piped up and said they would not accept these recycled wine boxes. i took the three boxes one by one back to the car and said thanks a lot. and people ask why the usps is bankrupt. there's 99% of the answer. use UPS; they mailed everything for me w/o any hassles. read more

I came into to return to items I purchase from amazon. I printed out the labels but my printer was low on ink. I did the best I could with what I had and with $250 of items from amazon, I need them sent back before leaving on vacation. Shelley is who I worked with, she tried to scan the low inked return labels I had with no avail, she then said, sorry they won't scan, and handed me the packages back. I asked, can you type the numbers in? She said, yes but it will take longer. I said ok, this is the best I can do with the labels, can you please type them in. I asked if she had some tape I could use, no but you can buy some for $3.50, and move over to another table. I taped the boxes, asked to borrow scissors, taped the labels, and it took her about 1 minutes and 15 second to type in the label numbers. She was really going to let me leave because she couldn't scan the labels. How about you HELP someone! I'm not having a great day and really could have used you being nice to me. Instead, I acting like you and writing this review. Great. I did leave the tape I purchased there, and asked her to please allow the next person who needs tape to use my tape, as I'm nice and helpful. read more

This is my favorite post office. If you are lucky enough to get Ed - you will get excellent service. He is kind, helpful and courteous. I don't understand the 1 star - she must have been having a bad day. There is no line mid day. Go here. These employees help you save money as well. read more
