Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

I've brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I've also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional -- one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

At one point, the customer even told him that he could go ahead and help me, but he told her no and continued their conversation while I stood there waiting. I understand finishing up with a customer, but when that customer is literally telling you it's okay to assist the next person and you still refuse to acknowledge them, it comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. I ended up leaving with a very poor impression of the service here.

Melissa is certified, licensed, guarantees her work and provides the finger print card. I called the day before and had an appointment the every next day. The only down side, you will have to pay in cash or check for services, so heads up and have your Lincoln's $ and Jackson's $ ready.

So I show up and am pretty rudely told that I need an appointment. I ask if that's needed for renewals too, since I had driven quite far from home to get there and didn't want it to be a waste, and was rudely told yes and given a talk about coming prepared. The man working acted like I was a complete idiot, even though I was just following my employer's poorly given instructions. For reference though, I found out later that I didn't even need fingerprints for the type of renewal I was getting, so even though the man working acted like I was an idiot, he didn't seem to know all that much more than I did. I would also like to add that I'm 7 and a half months pregnant with twins and am starting to experience other health issues on top of that, so it actually took a lot of energy for me to get here, since it's far from home. The least the man could have done was treat me with an ounce of respect. I was never rude to him, I didn't demand to be seen despite not having an appointment, I just asked a couple of questions and he was mean and condescending. A little kindness would have gone a long way. And now I know that if I'm ever in the area and in need of postal services, I should go literally anywhere else because this man does not deserve my business.
