Both times there has been nobody inside and no cars in the parking lot looking like they are about to come inside to open the store. This is frustrating when the early morning is one of the only times I am able to run errands. This problem is unfortunate and is what caused me to take off a star. Though, I still think highly of this UPS location, as it is incredibly efficient, friendly, and helpful with all of their customers. I frequently come in for Amazon returns and am always in and out in less than two minutes.

If you have a busy schedule, don't want to drive all of the city for services and you need to complete fingerprinting ASAP, Ink and Roll is it. Melissa is certified, licensed, guarantees her work and provides the finger print card. I called the day before and had an appointment the every next day. The only down side, you will have to pay in cash or check for services, so heads up and have your Lincoln's $ and Jackson's $ ready.

My employer sent me here to get fingerprints done for my FCC renewal. They didn't give me any…read moreinstructions other than to come here. So I show up and am pretty rudely told that I need an appointment. I ask if that's needed for renewals too, since I had driven quite far from home to get there and didn't want it to be a waste, and was rudely told yes and given a talk about coming prepared. The man working acted like I was a complete idiot, even though I was just following my employer's poorly given instructions. For reference though, I found out later that I didn't even need fingerprints for the type of renewal I was getting, so even though the man working acted like I was an idiot, he didn't seem to know all that much more than I did. I would also like to add that I'm 7 and a half months pregnant with twins and am starting to experience other health issues on top of that, so it actually took a lot of energy for me to get here, since it's far from home. The least the man could have done was treat me with an ounce of respect. I was never rude to him, I didn't demand to be seen despite not having an appointment, I just asked a couple of questions and he was mean and condescending. A little kindness would have gone a long way. And now I know that if I'm ever in the area and in need of postal services, I should go literally anywhere else because this man does not deserve my business.
